While Il Verde Pino is located at suburbs of Ancona, there is a quick bus connection with the city and Anocona main train station from where you can also easily travel to other nice places or other regions of Italy. Really friendly staff and lovely breakfast room with even fresh figs for breakfast. Breakfast is laid out so you help yourself - good set up. Room is clean, comfy, quiet and spacious for price. Can walk to Ancona torretta free beach and a great resturant nearby - walk along road. Otherwise need a car to reach more attractive beaches. Splendid design b & b, right in front of the Court (Palazzo di Giustizia) and 100 meters from the Court of Appeal. Spotless and functional. 10 and praise!!!

Very well located apartment, near to amenities and shops. The flat is clean, warm and very tidy up. It is stylish and very well designed and furnished. The owner Mirko is a very understanding, outgoing, kind and polite person. The manager Patrizia is precise and smiley. Highly recommended to couples, families and travellers.

Good location (close to the port, close to the train station and easy to go to beautiful Passeto caves and beach), nice view from a window to the port. The room was clean, comfortable. Possibility to make a coffe. Breakfast simple but good.

Perfect place for a short stay. Swimming pool and tennis court available. Kind hosts. Best to get there by car, but still possibile to use the bus (191) and walk.

Very beautifull! Excellent location a stone's throw from Ancona on the Conero, comfortable rooms, very kind owner, nearby there are restaurants for all tastes. The pool is spectacular a healthy touch after returning from the beach. A park with a tennis court, flowers, plants and olive trees. 100% recommended

We had a comfortable room with our own en-suite bathroom and comfortable bed. We were greeted with afternoon tea and a drink (the choice of tea or coffee). Hospitality was wonderful and were able to use the kitchen to cook our own meal. Poor host even cooked fresh home made donuts. There is a wonderful view of the ocean, Ancona and surrounding countryside from the property.
