Very nice hotel in the middle of a quiet and green area. Mediterranian trees and plants everywhere. Many smaller and bigger shaded terraces or sunlit areas with lounge corners. Large swimming pool area with bar (only staffed in the high season). Good breakfast with a wide variety of local and continental choices. Beach about 200 meters away. No sand, just pebbles everywhere, so take along your thongs...

Really nice hotel located just south of Ancona. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and mostly enjoyed my stay. Staff is very efficient and incredibly friendly (always greeting guests). Clean, close to the city center, friendly staff, value for money. However, the toilet in the room is not convenient, it has a glass door, not completely closing, which does not offer privacy.

We have a wonderful stary at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, with AC, which made IT as a Perfect referat after long, hot day. Although the bathroom was on the smaller się, IT was well-mainatined and funcional. Breakfasts really tasty, the Hotel's staff always nice and ready to help.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom large! View over the port provided beautiful sunsets. The breakfast was excellent. Very extensive selection including the largest sweets section we had yet seen. The scrambled eggs were made to order and were delicious. Service from all the staff was top notch.

This is an amazing hotel. Gorgeous rooms. We stayed here for one night in July, but would have liked to stay a lot longer. Extremely helpful staff. When our taxi did not arrive, a staff member drove us to the railway station! That's true customer service. Excellent choice for a stay in Ancona!

The hotel is well located - albeit with some steps involved. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Well appointed. The breakfast is very good with small cook to order - mostly continental breakfast - very adequate. The evening drinks on the terrace overlooking the harbour is quite delightful. We stayed here in route to Tuscany. A beautiful hotel with a magnificent view The staff was so very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Great little town to walk at night and places to enjoy dinner and gelato and a charming bakery with lovely treats !!

My favourite hotel in Ancona... Located in a residential area 5 min walk from the sea. The decor is 70's modern Italian style, but somehow it all works. All the rooms are being renovated, some offer the best sea view of the Adriatic which is a must. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They now propose a basic menu should you wish to eat in the hotel.

The location is not the best in ancona but the staff and comfortable rooms make up for it.

I had an amazing stay, would highly recommend Ankon hotel, the gentleman at the desk was very lovely and helpful and made sure I was prepared for my early flight. I had a beautiful single room with a huge bed and would definitely come back to Ankon hotel.

was three times in the ego hotel in the past tree years. every time it was a bit more disappointing as the rooms by now need to be overhauled. chairs with damages, flush in toilet hardly working and staints on carpets in the corridors. will change my hotel next time, mainly also becsuse its way outside of the city center and you always nees a taxi to get there.

I liked the sea view from the room. To be honest not that expensive for what you get if you compare it to the price and value of other available options.

PROBABLY the best thing about Italy for me so far. The staff - excellent! Fast, courteous, efficient. The room - spacious as heck. Excellent lighting, excellent bed which was large than life. Suuuper clean. Breakfast - AMAZAZING. Massive spread, from delicious apple strudels to pancakes with maple syrup and brie cheese with bacon and eggs. Ahhh the coffee... I'm going to miss that cappuccino......

Please ignore my earlier review - We gave them a low rating because of an issue with the temp of our room. I suggested they were not being responsive. In fact, the communications breakdown was my mistake, not theirs. They bent over backwards to fix the minor issue and were 100% responsive. I would stay here again in a second - great, stately hotel with a wonderful staff!

Wonderful hotel overlooking the port area of the city. Excellent service, very nice staff. Great comfortable rooms. This hotel gives a nice feeling of old world charm but is right up to date. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very good indeed. A good breakfast with plenty of choice. Car parking is available at an extra cost but parked in their secure parking. We had a beautiful weekend stay here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was varied and the fruit was so tasty! They are very generous with their choices of hot breakfasts. We had a wonderful holiday for eight days at Hotel Emilia. The welcome was warm: a beautiful apartment was ready for us. What a wonderful life we had there: loving service at breakfast annd dinner; a large paradisiacal garden with a wonderful view of the Adriatic Ocean; a library as a fascinating cultural center. The Riviera of Conero and Hotel Emilia are on our list of most beautiful places to visit

We arrived late from Greece and were welcomed with a drink in the bar. Our room was modern and comfortable with views over the garden and to the sea. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks and a great choice of gluten free products for my wife.

We got everything we were looking for. A hotel perfect for people who likes silence, comfort and a place a bit away from tourist hotspots

usually, hotels near train stations are a bit seedy, but the Hotel Fortuna was very comfortable and updated. The room was in good condition and at first, I thought the bed might be uncomfortable when I saw it, but it turned out to be quite comfortable with extra pillows and nice linens. Definitely nicer than I expected

A three-star hotel is probably a far-fetched opinion. Compared to other hotels, three stars in Fortuna are a big stretch. You definitely have to thank and praise the nice service and the tasty breakfast (sweet and savory) but without hot dishes. On the other hand, the minuses that influenced my rating are cracked walls, holes in the walls, dirty doors and windows, visible mold behind the shower door...

The hotel is placed on a hill with a beautiful view. Didn’t like the smell in the room. The furniture is very very old and smells badly. They should have change it, given the fact that the prices are not very low. The lobby looks nice, like any old hotel in Europe, and the breakfast is ok.

Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. All rooms air-conditioned and good, stiff mattresses. The restaurant is a bit of a disappointment, understaffed and a bit pricey. But the breakfast is good.

A unique place in every way, both because of the historical location on the seafront and because of the dishes offered on the menu, with balanced taste and very carefully prepared in the dish. Particularly as a celiac patient, I really enjoyed the wide selection of gluten free options listed on the menu. A wonderful place with a unique and mesmerizing charm that leaves you with a magical aura of history and sea battles of past centuries. The view from the top is amazing and stands out to the turquoise sea with aquamarine facets that has something to inspire the senses. Beautiful. Staff, environment, restaurant made my business trip like vacations. Fantastic views, and surroundings. Outstanding food in the restaurant. Super friendly people. Rooms are clean and comfortable. One can get a beach within 10 or 15 min walking or ask staff for a lift. I would go there again to spend holidays or just few days with the next opportunity.

Beautiful hotel! Would definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast was really tasty and they really acknowledged the COVID guidelines. Service is outstanding. We had really little waiting time between dishes at dinner, because they always looked after us but without bothering our privacy. They charged us 10€ for the service at dinner but we gladly payed that fee as the service really satisfied us...

Fair quality price ratio. The hotel must have been recently renovated, everything is new and clean. 5+ for the staff, they accomodated us much earlier than our check in hour. For our needs, ferry port and train station, the location was perfect.

It is ideally situated for the train station and the airport bus stops close by, it is around 10 - 15 minutes walk into the city centre. It’s a 2 star rated hotel - so you can expect a 2 star atmosphere. Hotel Perks: Towels / wifi / shampoo / clean sheets / fresh air / quiet room. Doesn’t get much better than that for 23€ per night.
