Location was good. Near old town. 2 gelaterias close by. There is a couple of EV charging sites very nearby too. Room size was good. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was acceptable. There's a step in the bathroom (Room 212) which wasn't served with a warning sticker on the floor - I missed the step a couple of times. Parking was free and plenty, with shades too. Staff were sufficiently friendly...

Arezzo is not a great city, the hotel has a good cost-benefit and the breakfast is amazing.

Good facility, good breakfast and excellent service. At the next trip to Arezzo I will stay there again

Great location, great service!

All staff is marvelous. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Bartenders make great drinks and drinking them at sunset on rooftop is divine. Stayed there twice; will always go back. They can tell you where everything in town is, where to eat, shop, pray, visit. Rooms nicely laid out and comfy.

Close to the train station. Good buffet breakfast. Beds were mediocre-mattress was fairly thin. A/C didn't work. Had a room on the street side which was noisy until we closed the window. Only stayed one night so no big deal

The hotel is located at a convenient place in the city & is walkable from the Arezzo Train station. The staff are friendly & polite. The other services of the Hotel are also verry good.

The rooms at BB hotels are always nice, big bathroom and spacious beds. The only shame is that due to a mistake by Trip, I booked a double and got 2 single beds and BB hotels had received a double with single beds from Trip. Trip made a mistake.

Hotel is very new and room comes with a bug tub! It was really nice bathtub and the bed was very comfortable. Hotel is small but location was very outskirt. We need to drive very far in to reached the hotel after exiting the expressway.

Unfortunately the evaluation cannot be real because it is mandatory to put the smileys, but I paid but did not benefit from it because the hotel kept 100% of the cancellation penalty even though I demonstrated the reason for the cancellation with a sheet issued by the facility for an operation Refused for various health problems. I did not ask for the full refund but at least I could take a penalty...

Best in Arezzo Great hotel and awesome spa. The staff was super helpful. They helped with booking our taxis and tolerated our attempts at Italian. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good stay Wanted a coffee in the morning and the staff were very accommodating. I’m only disappointment was the air-conditioner wasn’t working in my daughter had to get a fan from the front desk because it was quite hot in our room.

Although the hotel is shown in Arezzo, it isn’t! About 10km outside. €20 taxi ride away. First rom we had was small with a charming view over the car park. Soon sorted. Suite 202. Recommend. A friendly welcome, accommodating to requests, a varied breakfast with impeccable service, and a quiet, comfortable, and clean room. We'll definitely be back. The only drawback is the distance from the center of Arezzo, making it difficult to reach without a car.

We stayed at Le Capanne for 2 nights. The hotel was nice and clean with a beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Lastly, the hotel restaurant had great food. We highly recommend this place and would definetely pay another visit next time.

Beautiful place - you will need a car to stay here - its about 10 minutes outside of Arezzo by car. The place has an infinity pool that overlooks the farm fields below - its truly relaxing.

It's within walking distance of the town center. The inn felt like staying in a spacious condominium room. Looking back now, I wish I had stayed a little longer to enjoy this relaxing inn and the town. It's a great inn.

We stayed in the terrace room! Terrific view and peacefulness. The tub is an excellent addition if you want a relaxing or romantic evening. Only con: The elevator will not go all the way up to the terrace. So if you are carrying heavy luggage, this may be an inconvenience! Other than that, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away. We paid for the Panorama View and received the Panorama View, this in its entirety was unique. Upon entering the room, the tv over head was poorly fastened to its mount and was difficult to straighten. The 2 chairs in the room were pretty to look at, but were not comfortable to sit in. The love suite is a magical place. The service of the staff was impeccable, really kind and helpful. The suite is a dream, table set in front of the lit fireplace, petals and candles, whirlpool tub in the room. All studied and perfect in every detail.

This was my first trip to Tuscany and it could not have been better. The Villa has an excellent location just 15 minutes southwest of Arezzo. Its away from the busy city area and a car is recommended unless you plan to stay without touring the area. We rented the Villa for 1 week and were very pleased with our hosts.
