All staff is marvelous. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Bartenders make great drinks and drinking them at sunset on rooftop is divine. Stayed there twice; will always go back. They can tell you where everything in town is, where to eat, shop, pray, visit. Rooms nicely laid out and comfy.

Terrible stay in Arezzo
We checked in and were given keys to our room and the room was not clean. It had an awful smell too. We were given another room at exorbitant cost and the air conditioning was not working. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to the train station. Good buffet breakfast. Beds were mediocre-mattress was fairly thin. A/C didn't work. Had a room on the street side which was noisy until we closed the window. Only stayed one night so no big deal

The hotel is located at a convenient place in the city & is walkable from the Arezzo Train station. The staff are friendly & polite. The other services of the Hotel are also verry good.

Well, the hotel is very conveniently located but it lacks some basic features. The bathroom is outdated, it is difficult to take a shower, we were not offered an upgrade. We got a very dark room. We were not warned that to service the rooms you need to request them.

Very centric located hotel. Very easy to reach from the railway station. 5 min walk away from the shopping street via Corso Italia.

Comfortable, clean and quiet in a great location. The breakfast buffet was very nice.
We had a rental can and this hotel was as close as we could get to the sights without going into a Zone of Limited Transport. The publick parking garage for 6 euro was about a 7 minute walk. There was a space in front of the hotel for parking long enough to check in and get our luggage to the room.
