Beautiful hotel! Very "old world." In the middle of everything. Not the easiest to find but quite lovely. The Jr suite is spacious with a large bathroom. A hidden gem! The staff is great!

The staff were very friendly but spoke little to no English. The rooms are most definitely dated. Keys are still used instead of key cards and you can hear everything from the halls and neighboring rooms as though the walls are paper thin. The breakfast is a typical pastry and coffee offering.

Clean and well cared for but we had to ask for at least a clean in the bathroom and the short breakfast time made it impossible for us to do it, nenake once, but they took care not to offer at least a coffee or a piece of cake to the girl never in 5 days. Pity.

Nice welcome in a family environment very convenient for visiting Ascoli whose center is only 10 minutes away on foot. Paola the owner is a passionate traveler so she knows how to welcome adequately. We took a cooking class with Elena and it was one of our favorite parts of our visit to Italy. I have Celiac’s and everything was prepared separately. I felt really safe and the food was divine. Elena and her family were so gracious and welcoming. You can tell they really love sharing their home and their amazing food with visitors. Highly recommended!

Villa Cicchi hosted our wedding and we have to say it was superb from start to finish. Elena and her team were very kind, the food was locally sourced and full of flavour.
