Our stay here was an absolute delight. We visited to see the hometown of my sweethearts grandparents, so everything needed to be special. The hotel was perfect. It is beautiful, the rooms large and clean, and it is ideally situated in the center of the town. The staff were delightful.

The staff were very friendly but spoke little to no English. The rooms are most definitely dated. Keys are still used instead of key cards and you can hear everything from the halls and neighboring rooms as though the walls are paper thin. The breakfast is a typical pastry and coffee offering.

I cannot rate this highly enough. The location on the side of the deep river valley, just by the roman bridge entering Ascoli Piceno, is just magical. The hosts are so welcoming and look after you very well. Breakfast is served on a sun terrace surrounded by lovely gardens and the cloistered arcade of the historic building. Clean and well cared for but we had to ask for at least a clean in the bathroom and the short breakfast time made it impossible for us to do it, nenake once, but they took care not to offer at least a coffee or a piece of cake to the girl never in 5 days. Pity.

We took a cooking class with Elena and it was one of our favorite parts of our visit to Italy. I have Celiac’s and everything was prepared separately. I felt really safe and the food was divine. Elena and her family were so gracious and welcoming. You can tell they really love sharing their home and their amazing food with visitors. Highly recommended!

Villa Cicchi hosted our wedding and we have to say it was superb from start to finish. Elena and her team were very kind, the food was locally sourced and full of flavour. They are ranked #1 in the Ascoli Piceno region amongst restaurants. This is for a very good reason: the food is outstanding! I stayed in this b & b for three days, from 29 to 1 October. The facility turned out to be better than I expected, wonderful services and amenities. The strengths were undoubtedly the attention to detail and the tranquility where the place is located, the possibility to relax and rest without any kind of problem.
