Ideal position tucked in a quiet street just behind Piazza del Popolo. We received a warm welcome along with our dog. The staff were professional and friendly, the room and bathroom were both spacious and very comfortable. In addition, we enjoyed a generous breakfast with great service. Our go-to hotel next time we visit Ascoli Piceno.

The staff were very friendly but spoke little to no English. The rooms are most definitely dated. Keys are still used instead of key cards and you can hear everything from the halls and neighboring rooms as though the walls are paper thin. The breakfast is a typical pastry and coffee offering.

Our group of 14 stayed here 4 nights. We loved the location between the two large squares. There were many lovely outdoor restaurants nearby. Walking was very easy but there is also a small tourist train with headsets for touring the town. We did laundry one day - very close to the hotel. I was happy to return to Albergo Sant Emidio. The staff and service were excellent. The room was clean, the breakfast plentiful. I was greeted at the train station by a very nice gentleman who was sent by the hotel to pick us up. That was very helpful, as I am not too familiar with the area. I look forward to returning to Ascoli Piceno in the future, and staying at Albergo Sant Emidio again.

I stayed in this b & b for three days, from 29 to 1 October. The facility turned out to be better than I expected, wonderful services and amenities. The strengths were undoubtedly the attention to detail and the tranquility where the place is located, the possibility to relax and rest without any kind of problem. Recommended to all those who want to stay in Ascoli, I hope to return one day.

Super central location, very comfortable, but the room (number 7) is obviously poorly insulated in the attic and therefore very hot. The air conditioning helps but is very noisy. The tub is too badly adapted as a shower and the toilet seat should be fixed. For a fee you can request practically any extra service (breakfast, laundry, etc.)

its a nice place to fit inn for couple of days in Ascoli Piceno. You can enjoy the view of the mountain with ice, while sniffing the fresh air you could imagine right outside the appartment's window. From here you can arrived in the heart of the comune for only 10mntes.

This B&B is 10 stars, we were welcomed by the owner, an exquisite person who was attentive to our needs, the room was spotless and the bathroom was also, the breakfast was plentiful with freshly made coffee in the moka pot just like at home. I will definitely go back.

The house was a very nice old building what gave us a good feeling. The owner showed us the room and gave a map of the city. He explained things to visit.
