Everything about the place is amazing! The rooms are new and extremely clean, the pool is incredible, the staff always find a way to communicate with you and please you. We stayed at Villa Felicia for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a lovely setting with a great pool and nearby there are some great beaches. We would definitely return to this hotel if coming back to the area (which we hope to!), and the hotel has a super restaurant for dinner.

Villa Felicia is an exceptionally lovely country house type accommodation. Rooms were very comfortable, super clean, and air conditioned to perfection. Pool area is set in mature garden, and the ability to use the pool of close by Terra dei Limoni is a bonus. We stayed here 3 nights on an organised tour. Loved our room, it was one in the courtyard along the corridor on the left and hence had our own terrace. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh fruit and of course cannoli. What let this place down was the main course in the evening. This converted Villa has been turned into a quirky hotel offering large bedrooms over three buildings. The hotel maintains its high class villa feeling with its layout, furnishings and décor. This is probably the best and the biggest hotel in Noto. Only flaw was that it was almost 20 minutes walk uphill to the main attraction, the old street area with palaces. We had an offsite apartment. Overall it wasn't a deal breaker. The room was clean. We had everything we needed. Just a bit annoying not to have immediate access to hotel amenities. A lovely small hotel, we were upgraded on arrival, balcony and sea view. Set in a lush tropical garden with a pool. Breakfasts were very good but if you were spending time at the pool getting drinks was not something that happened easily. Although we were there mid May, there was only one restaurant open in the town and unfortunately the hotel did not do food.

What a wonderful place. Large, spacious grounds, which are once owned by a baron, have now been befitting restored and updated to offer an amazing stay to any guest that is lucky to visit. Large swimming pool, large grounds to explore, outdoor bbq area, fresh oranges and lemons to pick and first class hosts. So glad we spent a week here. My little son loved it and didn't want to leave.

The main issue we had is that there are no other restaurants besides the two at the hotel. They did serve quite alright food however so in the end its fine. Good breakfast was included as well.

We arrived at this hotel just for a day for the sandy beach and warm Bay, so the kids had a swim, so it was great that we settled immediately at 10 am, and leave was allowed at 12:30, so we are two days spent on the beach.
