Not great but ok - NOT 4 stars. More like 3 Stayed for 3 nites Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Wonderful family run hotel on the outskirts of Avola. Sebastiano and his family took great care of us. Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the sea and it’s surrounding restaurants, as well as the train station for exploring further afield. This is a great base if you want to get out and about to see more of the area. Thank you so much!

The hotel is beautiful, the pool, rooms and facilities are superb. The staff are amazing and made us feel so welcome. The staff worked so hard to make sure we were happy. A huge thank you to Sebastian who really looked after us and made our holiday so lovely. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed here for 9 nights and wish it could have been longer! The hotel is fantastic with a large, clean room and great balcony. The pool is great. Wow is the word, If I could give 6 stars I would have done it. The place is magic, sunny, relax and nice people. It is in a strategic area where you can move easily and have a lot of things to do nearby. I loved the Italian food made house and the room was so clean and comfortable. First time holiday in Sicily for both of us. My wife was truly impressed with the tranquil location but you do need to hire a car, not good for walking along the roads but saw many cyclists. A truly beautiful property in an idillyc scenario with direct access to the beach. All the rooms are fully equipped and a short walk from the reception and the beach. The breakfast is amazing with homemade cakes and local produce. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly making our stay flawless.

We came to have a dinner at the Masseria sul Mare and we enjoyed it a lot! The portions were very generous and our waitress Chiara was super friendly, knowledgeable about the products from the region, she explained everything in the menu. Totally recommended!

Very nice family, perfect service. We only reserved at 5 pm for the night. The owner came especially for us to the hotel to prepare a room. We got a nice room with a roof terrace. The water pressure was fluctuating and the WiFi did not reach into the room, but this was not disturbing us.

Pros: great location, pretty room, spacious terrace, friendly staff, clean. Cons: broken air conditioner in our room (the hotel staff did not offer any alternative room, just a fan... which I find very disappointing!), wifi not reaching the room, a bit too minimalistic breakfast to my taste. The beach next to the hotel was my favourite beach in Avola, so location-wise the hotel feels perfect.

I have stayed there on winter time, but to take the most of it you should stay there on summer time, once it's next to the beach. The location is great to go to Avola centre, the “laghetti”, Noto etc.. because they got easy access to the motorway. Basic service served with passion! A plus is that they accept dogs in the property. So you can bring also your pets on holidays to discover the beauties...

This year I went back for the second time. I am very happy in this place. Arturo the owner is very simple and nice. The swimming pool is very popular.

We have just returned from this wonderful holiday, made even more beautiful by the friendliness and kindness of Arturo and Lili, they treated us like home, hearty and always fresh breakfast, rooms and bathrooms always clean, the children had a great time because Arturo gives good host showed them all the animals, great experience I recommend it

Beautiful place with large swimming pool in the middle of nature and 15 / 20min from Syracuse. Friendly, flexible welcome. Ok breakfast. Not all prices displayed on booking. Price for single room around 35/40 eur. Not mega modern or refurbished but functional air conditioning.

Cozy place, playful owner, we went there for Easter Monday. Eat abundant and well done entertainment for children and folk music for adults. And surprise that I did not expect: they made the children eat first and then the entertainer brought them to play, then lunch for us in complete tranquility and joy. Fantastic place, very friendly hosts. Nice neighborhood, close to downtown and the beach. The accommodation is just like in the pictures, comfortable, breakfasts are delicious, and Roger the rabbit is very cute.

Great location. Clean room but with some shortcomings. I found the toilet seat broken, the mattress with a pronounced dip that made my sleep difficult and nervous. Excellent breakfast, nice staff, shame about the two major drawbacks.

We stayed one night. I put 4 out of 5 only because we didn't like that the bathroom door was missing but there was a curtain. Then for the rest I recommend it. The owners are super friendly. Wonderful and varied breakfast.

The courtesy and kindness of the owners made our stay impeccable. Everything perfect from the room to breakfast with typical and genuine products. I am travelling alone, And found this place because it was one of the cheapeast in Avola still available, I was feeling so fancy because I travel with my back pack and always take the cheapest place to sleep. We had a wonderful stay here. We loved everything about it, especially the cat, who seemed to like to greet each guest with a personal room visit. The breakfast was delicious, with very helpful staff, and the pool area was comfy and pretty. There's an easy walk to the beach, or there are bikes to borrow. We would definitely return to this beautiful property.

We showed up on the shoulder season but a very magical place for a newly married or 10 year anniversary. Even bring your kiddos! 10/10 if it was possible

Nice agroturismo located inside a beautiful lemon tree Plantation. We had a wonderful experience interacting with the staff, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. They offer a private spa which can be arranged even on a short notice. If you are around Syracuse and looking for a quiet place, please consider them, you won't regret.

Lovely agriturismo. We stayed in one of the brand new appartements, in the new build part. Great location, close to the beach and the lovely rocks only 800mtrs away, easy to reach with the (free) bikes. Great big swimming pool too. Could reach 5 stars but needs some improvement. 1/ More shade!! Impossible to have breakfast on our terras as there is sun from morning till afternoon and no shade at all...

We stayed only 3 nights at this place and we enjoyed every minute. The whole place is located in the middle of lemon plantation that brings peace and quiet atmosphere. Aldo close to Avola, Noto and Syracuse. Breakfast was simple and very tasty. Cappuccino for breakfast was very nice touch. Mr. Paolino is very nice person and the place represents his kindness and character.

This is an awesome beatiful place! It is in between of lemon trees with an incredible flair. The landlord is very friendly and helpful with questions. The breakfast with great prosciutto, selfmade marmelades and apricots from a tree in the yard is wonderful. I think you need to have a car to go there but then it is very beautiful to relax or for trips in the region.

Oh, wow! It looks amazing and feels the same! Lemontrees and their sweetest smell on every step. A very private and quiet hotel and friendly personnel. Make sure you go to Laghetti Cavagrande for a hike and take the closed route Scale Ricci.

Coming from some very nice places before, our standard was probably quite high but despite the very nice and big pool, there were some things that were less nice. Small rooms, shower of the girls looked quite old and not very clean. The welcome by the owner was quite short even a bit brutal and the fact we could not stay longer on day of departure at the pool was very strange too. On the other hand...

Nice clean rooms with bare minimum toiletries which are not replaced when cleaning, even if they are empty. Pool is nice but super small compared to the amount of occupancy which this resort can take, in fact we didn’t get to use it as it was overcrowded. What a great resort set in a quite area! We stayed there for a week with kids and had a great time. Rooms were very nice, updated, cleaned regularly, no complaints. The pool area was well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun there. They also serve drinks there and the sunbeds and umbrellas are free.
