Not great but ok - NOT 4 stars. More like 3
Stayed for 3 nites
Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach.

Wonderful family run hotel on the outskirts of Avola. Sebastiano and his family took great care of us. Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the sea and it’s surrounding restaurants, as well as the train station for exploring further afield. This is a great base if you want to get out and about to see more of the area. Thank you so much!

Terrible hotel
This hotel is totally different to that shown on its website. There are no pretty lights outside that illuminate it. It is described as being comfy & stylish, it is any thing but. There is no restaurant, save a room where they serve a cold breakfast. There is no bar, there are no mattress’s for the sun beds, no amenities at all. This is certainly not a four star hotel. We feel we were totally fooled by their website and although we had paid for a 4 night relaxing break, we had to leave after only one night.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool, rooms and facilities are superb. The staff are amazing and made us feel so welcome. The staff worked so hard to make sure we were happy. A huge thank you to Sebastian who really looked after us and made our holiday so lovely. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed here for 9 nights and wish it could have been longer! The hotel is fantastic with a large, clean room and great balcony. The pool is great. Sebastiano really looked after us and made us feel so welcome. The staff are all fantastic and made our holiday perfect. We miss it already and can't wait to come back.

Wow is the word, If I could give 6 stars I would have done it. The place is magic, sunny, relax and nice people. It is in a strategic area where you can move easily and have a lot of things to do nearby. I loved the Italian food made house and the room was so clean and comfortable. We will defiantly come back again next year. Superraccomended

The Junior chef Sebastiano is a great guy and is always here, you feel as a guest very well! He always has an open ear for the guests!

The hotel is nice, new , functional and in a strategic position . The staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast is rich . Straconsigliato !

The 4 stars are exaggerated, the room was nice and with a wonderful garden. A difficult position and not exciting, even if convenient to reach Noto and the beaches of the south. Rooms scarsine for a 4 star hotel: fridge, 80s, soaps scarce and counted, safe box (2 euros per day), bed quite uncomfortable
