Nice hotel to stay with stunning view highly recommended

This was the best hotel on our vacation! It was clean, the staff was so nice and helpful. The food…. Ughhhh the food was so good! I wish I could eat it every day.

This property us immaculate but high up on the hill with a very small roadway l. It is advisable to drive.

The hotel location was great with fantastic views. Hotel staff were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was superb and hotel was super clean. 10/10

Fantastic find for us, great views. We tried 2 rooms which were both fantastic. The facilities are top notch and the staff are all amazing, very helpful and informative. We ended up booking 2 extra nights, and would definitely come back again!

The hotel is beautiful. It has the most amazing views and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is spotlessly clean and the grounds are immaculate. The beach, bars and restaurants are about a 15 minute walk away but we found it a bit quiet. We didn't go to Bacoli town as we only had a couple of days as a taster to Italy. Will definitely go back and stay at Cala Moresca.

A little small, but beautiful. In Victorian style, located a few meters from Lake Miseno, and from various public services (bars, tobacconists, petrol pump, market, etc.). The hotelier "Antonio" is very exquisite person, who can help you with advice and places to visit and dine in the area ... For the few days of stay I could not give a negative point, for what I was it went quite well.

The facilities is a bit old but the receptionist is friendly and accomodating.

The hotel has a breathtaking view, it looks very good but.... The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired I found a sock behind the balcony curtain The breakfast there are some good things to eat see the croissant the terrible drinks the coffee in the cappuccino tasted burnt and the worst thing was the milk had a long shelf life. What a shame…..

Wonderful hotel. There is an air of total relaxation. We chose the Executive Suite with Bathtub room, and it turned out to be a great choice, clean and welcoming room. Very kind and helpful staff. We had dinner at their restaurant and this too was a splendid choice, tasty and well served dishes. I highly recommend

Very nice hotel with a nice view. Breakfast was nice They have a shuttle to/from the train station, unfortunately we were not aware of that and we walked all over the hill. Room very spacious

We liked everything. Friendly and professional reception. Free private parking. Abundant Mediterranean breakfast with breathtaking views. The room was clean and equipped with all necessities. The shower was spacious and clean. Fairly modern and well-kept furnishings. We'll be back soon!

Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic food, really wow

Beware - The only access to the property is through a locked street level door. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The staircase is very steep to ascend/descend, very difficult & dangerous to navigate with heavy luggage. The AC worked very poorly. The property manager did not physically show up at the property during my two night stay.

Beautiful place, however I would have like for the host to have gave me heads up with instructions.

Excellent B&B very well located in the heart of Baia. Absolutely perfect for my purposes as a base for diving with a local dive shop and touring the Baia archaelogical park. Great room size, comfortable bed, good internet, friendly breakfast option. Host was communicative and helpful. Strongly recommend.

The place is V quiet in a beautiful area

Its a nice hotel in a prime location, right on the waterfront of Baia. The rooms are large, with a full bathroom and kitchen en-suite, and there is air conditioning in each unit, its very clean too. Some of the difficulty is that the WIFI did not work (even after rebooting it), the TV was not connected to any service (not even local channels for news), there were a lot of mosquitos, the check-out time...

Lovely spacious room with a view of the boats and the sea. Has a small fridge, provides a jug (but no cups only glasses), and hair dryer. Above a row of restaurants - we stayed on a Monday night and there seemed to be a party going on that started after 10pm and went on for a few hours. I was so tired I heard nothing and slept through it all but my husband noticed it. Instructions were all in Italian...

First impressions count and even though we were very late to book in, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was large and lavish. The sauna and baths were a lovely surprise! A great experience!

we were a group of 17 people. EVERY thing was perfekt. The staff - The rooms - the breakfast - the location and especially the hospitality.

We booked this via love holidays for 5 days. Although love holidays advertised it as Naples, it’s actually in Pozzuoli. The accommodation is very clean, staff are very helpful and polite. The highlight is just a 3 minutes walk to the public beach and a 5-7 minutes walk to a private beach (£9 for a sunbed and £4 for an umbrella). The train station is also a 3 minutes walk away which is very convenient...

The hotel was well situated in the town close to restaurants. Trattoria Rita was a 10 minute walk and the food was excellent

Hotel Villa Luisa was a great hotel! The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the outdoor terrace sitting areas were very nice! We would definitely stay here again! It's a very lovely hotel! Close to the Lucrino Train Station, which you can take to get to Napoli Centrale Train Station. (Lucrino to Montesanto, change trains at Montesanto to Napoli Centrale)!

Really cool hotel right be the water. Shoutouts to Mario for being cool. Nice rooms and air conditioning and a minibar. The room got cleaned every single day which was overkill but still really nice work. We visited so many places in naples me and my dad from there.

Spotlessly clean b&b. 24 hr reception. Rooms cleaned daily. Great value for money. 45 minutes walk from hotel to Baia or Pozzuoli main port or Casina Vanvitelliana. Lovely part of town with traditional shops, cafes, trattorias. Beaches via underpasses.

Our entire family of 8 stayed for 4 nights due to a wedding we attended near by. The views from our rooms were amazing . Staff was very professional and attentive especially Massimo at the front desk. A/C was available in our rooms but the hallways felt like a sauna . Curious of why they don’t maintain the outside of the building a bit more . They have a beautiful location but weeds growing around...

The hotel is older but very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is incredibly nice and the entire place has a very cozy feel to it.

Not a bad stay. Comfy beds, clean, spacious rooms and very tall ceilings (4m/12ft or so). Beware the small showers, you will get hit with cold water when it turns on. Bathrooms have a bidet and hairdryer. No air conditioning controls, although it seems there is some mild air conditioning. Biggest complaint is the breakfast is not complementary, it is 3 euros. I love this hotel because first impression is last impression When you enter in hotel dealing so nice from the staff members... And second thing is food no expensive Few money you eat yummy food....

We are here now til the end of month, not sure why the reviews are average, place is great, location is good- AC is a plus and the only issue may be a little language barrier - but that is on us for not knowing Italian. I didn't understand why in Hotel there is no anyone, who can clearly understand and speak English. Also we didnt get spoons, bowls and milk for granola. Very strange... I have to ask about it staff. But overall, everyday cleaning and conditioner in room it is good option.

Wi-Fi works very well and the rooms were very well accommodated with good AC. One day when there is even a restaurant it will truly be the best! Book now before the prices go up too high. Top.

This was an accidental stay. I had to grab a hotel for one night and I didn't know what it was but it really surprised me. My room was huge. They have a continental breakfast included and a coffee bar, plus several senic patios and solarium's, and a spa. Also, every room has its own wifi router. I wish I could have stayed for a week and really got to enjoy the hotel and Harbor town. I was there...

Excellent room offering everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Close to port area and Roman amphitheater good area to explore. Evening meal and breakfast were also good on roof top area

Forget about wifi, and also barely any signal, so you won’t be watching Netflix anytime soon… The room had 2 TVs, unfortunately no AirPlay. Also 2 ACs, the temperature was amazing. The cleaning staff was amazing, she didn’t speak english but she was absolutely amazing, did everything we asked for, swapped the towels every day and even made the bed every single day! This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well.

It's a cute residence but if you need something like a rack to hang clothes on the balcony they say they'll give it to you and they actually won't. Didn't replace toilet paper when finished. Everything else works fine and is well kept. The location is quite close to the train station, grocery store, restaurants, café and also to the centre of Pozzuoli. I had a very nice stay overall.

Great views, fine beds and although not completely silent nothing a few earplugs can’t cover.

Beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens. Great pool area and stunning view from the seating area at the end of the vineyard. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and booking dinners etc.

A great place to relax. The park-like vineyard on the back invites you to spend some time there having breakfast, a snack in the afternoon or just read a book. The staff is very friendly and helpful any time.

Great place! Ancient fort carefully renovated with incredible garden and view on the bay. Good breakfast. Good wi-fi. NOT accessible by car (and you won't like to drive it on the island anyway). Poor SPA, don't waste your time on massage.

A valid alternative to reach the hotel with large or heavy luggage can be a boat transfer from the marina. From the hotel, the restaurant, the rooms and the facing balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the village, the marina and the bay. The recently refurbished rooms have air conditioning, 29 'TV and a stocked minibar. Recent furnishings. In this context, botched crutches clash in the closet...

This place is very special and we will return. Everyone there was very friendly. Rooms are very nice and clean. The food at the restaurant was very good and you won't find a better view anywhere. Highly recommend!
