Ciao We stayed one night before our flight home. We would have stayed longer. It was a nice way to end our stay.

We booked the room with the private balcony and hot tub. The view was amazing, room and amenities were great and the staff friendly and helpful. Would come back!

The staff and service are excellent. The view is beautiful. However, The hotel is not near anything. The room has mold around the shower/tile, missing light switches, extremely dirty hot tub. Had to get up early oh for our flight and could hear the Neighbor’s tv.

Everyone in the entire establishment was so very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious, the TV was small but who goes to Italy to watch TV. Our every need was anticipated and met with a smile.

This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well.

It's a cute residence but if you need something like a rack to hang clothes on the balcony they say they'll give it to you and they actually won't. Didn't replace toilet paper when finished. Everything else works fine and is well kept. The location is quite close to the train station, grocery store, restaurants, café and also to the centre of Pozzuoli. I had a very nice stay overall.

We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Cristina. Location was about a 25 minute train ride on the L2 metro away from Napoli Centrale, but it's within a 5 minute walk from the station and there's a cheap supermarket nearby that's open late (very convenient). I loved the hotel in general in spite of it's a bit far from the city center, you still can take the subway, the closest subway station is Cavalleggeri Aosta, 3 mins of walk. The hotel is older but it is clean. The waiter can't speak English very well, but he can still communicate with sign language. Overall it's okay. The advantages are convenient transportation, cheap restaurants nearby, close to residential areas, and relatively safe

To be honest, this kind of hotel is probably not stayed in in China, but you can't blame them as a whole. European countries have very poor infrastructure, privately owned land, and no updated urban decoration, so many hotels are old buildings with very poor livability.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately. The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂

The place was clean, but the breakfast was quite average as the croissants were burnt and there was no milk or bread, which are very basic breakfast items. There is parking available inside, but it fills up quickly. Another downside for me was that the pool closes too early in the afternoon.

I spent 3 days in this nice hotel for an international meeting, and everything was perfect. The location, an earlier monastery, is really charming: you nearly can hear the monks singing. There is a bug in living in this location. I heard the sound of racing cars all night. Also, it may be because the floor height is too high or the house is too old, I always feel a little cold and humid at night, but there is no air conditioning here. So I was noisy all night and felt a little cold, so I didn't sleep well. In addition, the check-out at 10 o'clock felt too rushed.
