This is one amazing hotel to stay at. the facilities are absolutely outstanding staff very friendly and have very good English so if you don't speak Italian don't worry speak very good English. The room I stayed in was top notch in great condition and was looked after very well after day. Overall this hotel is one of the best would recommend for anyone

Nice hotel in a pretty location, nice pools, food average. Reception staff friendly, comfortable room. Music loud and late a bit unnecessary perhaps. A few areas require attention to detail. if you are Irish or English this is not the hotel for you . the hotel is 15 km away from Palermo and there is no shops anywhere near . It is totally isolated and very expensive . Food ok but the staff do not understand the meaning of customer service . The menus etc are all in italian and the staff dont seem to talk english . there is no beach and you cannot walk anywhere because there are not pathways...

Loved this place! It’s located in the center of Bagheria so everything’s really close by. Great service and polite staff! Only problem was that our room was located on the second building so we had to walk through the square to grab breakfast(it was a brisk walk though)

Nothing extra. We paid for a room we got a room. There was a small TV if we needed it. It was attached to a restaurant that seemed well liked but we didn't go in.

Advance to say that I have known their cuisine for years. I would say very good. I took my friends to sleep in their hotel. They were happy. Positivo.Renewed the main hall. Very kind and friendly owner. We will be back soon.

A beautiful place, with a private beach and swimming pool. A quiet place about 5 km from Palermo. There are several nice restaurants nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent.

Located in the middle of nowhere-ish place, but driving in and out was ok. A friendly staff, lovely pool and beach. Breakfast was simple (and ok as I don't eat huge breakfast anyway) but dinner in the restaurant was good. I hope to visit this place again.

Great staff, great service and good location. The private parking was a nice bonus! The rooms were totally fine and clean! Breakfast was typical Italian but there is an option for English breakfast that has to be ordered the day before. Can recommend this place, and next time we visit Sicily again this will be our base once more.

Very clean, comfortable place, absolutely NOTHING is missing ... there is also the first aid cabinet. Very nice decor and very spacious environment ... it feels like being at home. Lovely place with a warm host! She gave us all the information we needed about nearby beaches and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. But you should know that even though there's a kitchen, they don't let you use it. A toilet scrubber in the bathroom would be nice too.

I am Sardinian and every year for the holidays I go to visit some friends in Sicily. I had a great time in this structure. The staff are very friendly and nice. The room is very comfortable and clean. Absolutely nothing to say about the price either. Next time I'll know where to go back.

Great hosts, their hospitality and relaxed atmosphere that they create. We have got the room with the best view to the small yacht port and were treated as family friends.

We stayed a week in this vacation rental; the room was very clean (which is fundamental for me) and the owners are very kind and very helpful for any eventuality. The village in which it is located is very nice, in a strategic position! Super recommended !!!
