A few hours after I've checked-out, left the rooms keys and paid them more than 1500 euro, the hotel wrote me an email claiming that I didn't return my room keys (simple magnetic plastic cards).
I wrote back saying I did return them, and even suggested them to check the security cameras to prove that (with the time and person I remember took them).
They ignored all my e-mails and then I found out that they used my credit card without my consent and charged me 40 EURO!
This is pure theft!
Be aware from attending this hotel! Once they have your credit card details, they can make up random excuses to unlawfully charge you as they please! I am sure this not the only case!
- Very bad wifi connectivity
- Poor breakfast
- And worst of all - charging without consent additional 40 EUR for plastic cards which we returned!
I've stayed at the hotel and spent more than 1500 EUR for 3 nights.
Few hours after I've checked-out, paid all my outstanding balance and left the hotel, the hotel wrote me an email claiming that I didn't return my room keys, even though in fact I did return them and even suggested them to check the security cameras to prove that.
Then I found out that they used my credit card without my consent and charged me 40 EUR for these keys (just magnetic plastic cards)!
Besides showing a petty behavior towards a customer paying 1500 EUR - this is outrages behavior of taking money from customers without a proper reason! This is pure theft!
Unfortunately, they are also ignoring my emails on this topic.
Be aware from attending this hotel! Once they have your credit card details, they can unlawfully charge you as they please and abusing credit card details
