Room on the top floor has a magnificent view! There is also a terrace open to all guests up there if you want to buy something to eat and drink and enjoy the view. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC worked well and bathroom was modern. The hotel is in a great location close to the lake shore.

The room was clean and the colors neutral which I appreciated, but for the price I expected a bit more. However, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in away from home and the pillows were perfect. For these two reasons, a solid five stars!

A comfortable stay but we feel overpriced for the size of the Room and whilst the view was good and the bed comfortable the room was very small and very noisy - very close to the Railway line - the room shook when the trains went past. Breakfast expensive for food available.

Friendly run family hotel in the quiet Centre of Baveno. We were lucky with the penthouse room 401 with double sliding doors to the private terrace over looking Lago Maggiore. The swimming pool was peaceful and quiet where my wife and I relaxed in the afternoons. Recommended for the passers bye and (mid-)week stay! Would come back.

Nice apartment, price is fair but could be seen as expensive since it doesn't include any other services. Location is good, about 10 mins walk for the noisy part of the street. There is a close pizzeria which is really good, you should try their pizza it was the best and there is a supermarket close by it closes around 8 pm. You will have to deal with the waste segregation and there is no cleaning...

In Japan, Lake Como is famous, both for Lake Maggiore, Baveno is the best. The La Ripa is based on this island and Pescatori the area, meals garden, can be eaten slowly and satisfaction. Hotel is old but clean and from the Full is healed. She went from 2 times.

Well located and well run. Very close to the lake and to restaurants. Basic but comfortable accommodation. WiFi. Sofia the host is very welcoming and helpful. You can get free parking down by the lake about 100 meters from the B&B (be sure to check you are on the free rather than paid bit - Sofia will be able to assist). The breakfast is good value.
