Lovely hotel, managed by a very kind team, with well maintained, classically furnished rooms, equipped with real and very well functioning airco which is switched on immediately on request to the front desk e.g. once a day (sensible solution when considering costs), but operated from within the room.
Excellent beds. Nice pool and flowered garden, with kind service at the poolbar. The lake just in front.
On quiet, dead-end street only servicing a camping and some houses further on. Minutes walking or cycling from the Bolsena waterfront and beaches.
Very kind staff, excellent breakfast and restaurant!

lovely location on lake front, separated from shore only by a very little used road. set up for Italian disney-style weddings which amuses, huge pool and lots of space. We were in October with 25-28 deg, off season which probably helped

Traditional internal decor that looked as new and spotlessly maintained. Helpful, friendly staff. The best restaurant food we had in Bolsena. Front rooms have a wonderful view of the lake.

Perfect location, great service, lovely breakfast. Decor is a little tired, but a great place to stay. Wish we could stay longer.

Been in there in January low season the hotel was closed but the area surrounding was something of an indescribable beauty.
