The staff is very kind and helpful, the structure is clean, new, located in front of the lake, therefore an excellent position. Bolsena is small and after so many years I go there I must say that this structure is almost the only one that respects the standards of hospitality. Handsome!
Good quality hotel and services just a stone's throw from the lake shore. The location contributes to the choice of this hotel as it is facing the lake and convenient to the centre. The staff was courteous and helpful, but staying only one night we did not have great expectations. Despite so many positive things, 5 stars seem a bit too much to me. Anyway ,I would go back .
Beautiful hotel on the lakeshore, but to be a 5-star hotel, the size of the room, the bathroom and the name of the suite are not enough. From 5 stars I found only the staff .... even the breakfast is not worth it in quality. I'm sorry, but my criticism is only to make you grow and wish you to be a top hotel.
Spent one night at this hotel, the facilities are nice with a nice sundeck and swimming pool. The weather was unfortunately a bit too cold to sample the pool but it looked nice. Hotel is super well situated. It's unique, rooms are large, very clean and comfortabel. The staff was super friendly and helped us move all the cots up the stairs. Absolute highlight of the Ludwig experience: their breakfast - best one we had this summer. Congratulations!
We highly recommend Ludwig boutique hotel for anyone looking to stay a couple of nights around Bolsena.
Oddly themed Beethoven hotel in a great location right next to the water. Staff are all so amazing and helpful. Beds are pretty hard and you have to ask to manually control your own air conditioning.
