Our family stay here when visiting and Erica and Andrea are lovely. They’re so helpful it is amazing. The rooms are lovely and the terrace bar is perfect for an aperitivo with friends. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights after escaping a hectic 3 days in Rome. It was a lovely setting with fantastic modern rooms. We were made very welcome and enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the train car. Each night we walked along the lake to choose a restaurant for dinner. We're happy to highly recommend this guest house.

The owner, Vespa enthusiast! Cozy location, which directly overlooks Lake Bracciano. Simple but efficient rooms, abundant breakfast with sweets (pity the lack of salty, but not heavy). Prices more than reasonable. Highly recommended

The host, Federico, is wonderful. He has gone out of his way to provide information and support to make our stay extra special. The rooms are beautiful. Two of them have gorgeous lake views and the third view of the town on the hillside is also pretty. We arrived on the Monday after Easter when the ferry was running and the market was bustling. Views and walks by the Lake, the old cobbled streets, the people, the food and coffee was so cheap and tasted great

The location is Incredible, very close to the lake with an incredible view. There is a nice terrace looking over the lake. Stefano was very friendly. Overall I would say that it was a great value for the price paid.

We had an amazing 12 day stay at Domus Anguillaria. We visited Rome by train and Calcata by car. The lake is very nice for swimming. We had the 4 personroom. It was clean, cosy and the owner is very friendly. The balcony offered a beautiful sunset and view over the lake. The breakfast around the corner is delicious. We recommend this b&b. The only problem is that you don't want to go home ;)

Great location with stunning view of the lake.Right in the centre of the town so you can walk everywhere. Quiet in the evenings. The breakfast is served on the terrace which is a plus. Clean. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the bathroom is shared.This was also used as a set for an episode of Everybody Loves Raymond.

Wonderful, fully renovated apartment in a great location at the historical centre of Anguillara. It has two bedrooms equipped with airco and two bathrooms, plus a cosy living room with open kitchen. There is free parking nearby (5min walk) and a big supermarket. Great views from the roof terrace and close to the lake. Our host was extremely helpful. Great quality - price!

The view of the lake from the terrace was breathtaking! Beds were very comfortable. Spacious apartment.

I don't want to recommend it at all because I would prefer to keep this place to myself. What a gorgeous B&B. The terrace alone is worth the stay! Just sit and watch and enjoy life! There are only two double rooms, so it's nice and quiet and cosy.

Fairytale stay! The location in the heart of the historic center is perfect, very convenient to see everything you want to visit in the surrounding area. Well furnished, clean and pleasantly quiet environments. The terrace has a panoramic and picturesque view of the lake. The sunsets from here were the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

The owners of the B&B are very nice and helpful. The rooms are medium in size and very clean. The only flaw is that these are actually rooms with attached bathroom inside the same apartment and the doors are quite thin, so you can hear "neighbors" when entering / leaving. Furthermore, the rooms are located on the first floor and there is no lift.

A lovely, homey B&B. It's comfortable and the breakfast is to die for! There were several delicious cakes, cereal, pastries, and yogurt. They even bought eggs to make for tomorrow morning.

We stopped at this hotel, which is beautifully situated on the lake. The room was spacious and comfortable, even though the night was cut short and by a violent storm without consequences for our stay. Due to the power cut, the breakfast was almost non-existent, the room was paid for. In terms of service, from reception, to breakfast, it wasn't great. We will hope for better days.

We really loved our stay in this hotel, we had a room with a beautiful view onto the lake and the personnel was always very nice to us, trying to do their best whenever we needed something. Plus, the location is great as really close to all the main restaurants and the city center and you can easily go and visit the other lovely villages around (Bracciano, Anguillara etc…)

Delightful apartment! All with great attention to detail, the owner is really kind and welcoming. I was there in July with my aunt and her little dog, the lady was nice to us, we had a problem with the hot water and she immediately helped us! The apartment was large with everything needed: a kitchenette, a not too big bathroom, two bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and a sitting room with television...

It was a fantastic experience from the very first moment of our arrival: the super friendly personnel, the charming yurt that we booked, the restaurant on the beach and just the whole beautiful territory of the camping. The yurt had everything, even a fridge and a small heater (we arrived on a cold day)♡

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff checked me in and let me to my yurt and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. The camp is across the street from the beach. It was very peaceful and allowed me to fully relax. The food was also very good.

If this place has any drawbacks, it is made up infinitely by the lovely helpful staff. Peaceful, quaint, and great for shoulder seasons - I was there in October.

This is an amazing place to be, they have all the structure for camping. Also, if you want to stay in a bungalow this is great idea. They have a private beach in front the lake with a fantastic view and a great BBQ area where me and my friends had a fantastic time. Muito obrigado to Alberto and Manuela family's to receive us, I cannot wait to be back.

I stayed at the property last weekend and I must say that it is a welcoming place with very clean rooms (a fact of no small importance today). The hosts are available and of unique courtesy. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended and cheap place.

Hotel is about 20miles from the main tourist attractions in Rome. Room was clean, basic setup to sleep and shower, nothing fancy. Staff was VERY nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was light. A/C worked fine. Bus to the local train station stops right in front of hotel. To get from Massimino to Rome is about a ten minute bus ride to the hote then about an hour train ride into central Rome.

Beautiful setting and very friendly service. Our booking was somehow mixed up through booking.com but the owner and his staff were very accommodating. The food was absolutely amazing and I can definitely recommend staying here for a few nights. Close to the sea and in the lovely landscape surrounded by olive trees and lemon trees. Very nicely situated location, certainly not a classic hotel. Very suitable for couples looking for peace and quiet. If you can get involved in it super pleasant, but more like staying with friends and not to be compared with a business hotel. The driveway is rather unsuitable for sports cars. But who can drive gets there well. We would love to come back.
