Was a guest in this hotel on 14 May 2019. Staff very very helpful and multilingual! Rooms spacious and everything is catered for. Hotel right on the lake shore. Too bad for the weather, though! ( Rain and lots of Wind!) Will definitely be back again and can highly recommend the experience!

We stayed here last week and while the hotel is very dated it is spotlessly clean,the staff are all lovely and friendly especially Sebas he was great. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh and set you up for the day.The only down side is the location, which is beautiful right beside the lake and stunning views with the local transport so unreliable we regretted not renting a car. Highly recommend

Great hotel. Good breakfast, really good by Italian standards. It is a bit old but the hotel is lively. You can swim in the pool and it has its own pier. Great value for Lake Garda. They accommodate my large van for parking.

The staff is very helpful. The location is great. The rooms are a bit spartan, but very clean. The breakfast is nice and diverse. And the evenings on the pier are unforgettable.

We've had a week here at the Rely. Nice clean room with adequate facilities. The view from our room (at the front of the hotel) is stunning. The dining room is spacious with wonderful and friendly staff, and the food is amazing. The pool and associated bar are equally good. The hotel has absolutely no bad points in our view, and we would easily come back in the future

We had booked at the Nike hotel and luckily we ended up at the Bertoncelli. The hotel has a great location lake front breakfast and dinner is priceless..we are not two critical travelers but the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement.

We arrived to Belfiore Park Hotel after a long trek in Riva del Garda. At the reception the amazing staff welcome us and gave us tour around the bar and our beutiful room . A really outstanding hotel with superb rooms and utmost kind staff. Upon arrival we were given a private tour through the entire hotel and its different zones. Breakfast is sublime with a lot of choice, even a big array of glutenfree options. There is a welness attached to the hotel and it even has a private beach. The hotel and its staff really open up a new world for you to escape in.

We’ve had the best 5 days here, the hotel itself is situated in a beautiful, quiet location with easy access to Malscesine. This might be a 4* hotel but the service is 5*. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so consistently accommodating. Very good 3 star accommodation clean, rooms have large TV no English channels though, air con, safe, hairdryer and some rooms have lake view, a must, as just across the road. This hotel is perfectly located on the lake but off the road. Nice breakfast and wonderful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and has an amazing hillside cobble stone path starting up the hill. This area of the lake with its high mountains is beautiful yet not crowded.

This is sold as the only gluten free hotel at Lake Garda and they really live up to this! Every day, I select my gluten free breakfast to ensure no contamination. You choose dinner every morning as well and again, each meal is flagged up as gluten free. The receptionists are really helpful as are the waiters and waitresses.

We had a spacious apartment right on the pool. Everything was well equipped, even a full refrigerator with freezer. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful apartment. Well equiped. We didn't have an a microwave. A picturesque location with a view to the Garda lake. The parking demands some skills and courage. It is more then 4 stars, but not 5.

Very nice place, very well run. It is on a secluded spot, so you'll be woken up by birds and not cars. Lovely mountain views. The lake is accessible via foot path in less than a kilometer.

Stayed there with three adults 2 children and a dog for 5 nights end of october. We had a wonderful time and the place was amazing.

A very interesting place frequented by many teenagers, who were always respectful. It is attached to a collage where the teenagers are taught by nuns. Really lovely staff and the hotel itself was very nice. Much bigger than I imagined, really pretty surroundings, very clean and tidy. We didn't spend much time in the hotel as we went out all day every day for activities but no complaints at all. Got various restaraunts around and a Spar just a walk away if you need any shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Bar Gelateria. Portions won't be what you expect and snacks are better to avoid at all. You can't make mistake with ice cream, beer, wine and other drinks.

Sunset Residence was incredible with gorgeous views, delicious restaurants close by, and a gracious owner. They have bikes, scooters, and paddle boards for rent at the main office. Wow! What an experience! We were a group of 11 guys, staying for a long weekend. The property is perfect - great pool, sauna, BBQ area. The owners of the hotel are very polite people, the breakfast is very delicious, the rooms are clean, but the reception closes at 10 p.m. We were promised that our key would be left on the cupboard near to the emergency exit, but it was not there. The owner didn't answer to our phonecalls, so we had to call to his brother at 1 a.m, who lives 8 km away. He came one hour later and gave us the key.

Stayed two nights, booked over Airbnb. Great experience, quick response. You can bring your dog for 5€ a day. There's a gorgeous view of Lake Garda and only a 20 second walk to the shore.

Cute new residence right by the lake. It is very clean and neat, very basic. Good for big families. However there is literally no staff present, our communication with them was only through the phone, which I was personally ok with but it might be an issue for other guests. The restaurant on the site is not related to them at all, so there was no breakfast option included in the room rate.
