We stayed here last week and while the hotel is very dated it is spotlessly clean,the staff are all lovely and friendly especially Sebas he was great. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh and set you up for the day.The only down side is the location, which is beautiful right beside the lake and stunning views with the local transport so unreliable we regretted not renting a car. Highly recommend

Great hotel. Good breakfast, really good by Italian standards. It is a bit old but the hotel is lively. You can swim in the pool and it has its own pier. Great value for Lake Garda. They accommodate my large van for parking.

The staff is very helpful. The location is great. The rooms are a bit spartan, but very clean. The breakfast is nice and diverse. And the evenings on the pier are unforgettable.

We were satisfied with our stay at Draco. The inside and bar area has a really cool vintage style which I liked. The receptionist and hotel team in general were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is set right on the side of Lake Garda. I had a lake view room with balcony, air conditioning. Breakfast was good and the bar and restaurant areas are very pleasant. The beds and rooms are adequate and comfortable and with a little updating this would be a 4 star hotel fro sure. Large outdoor swimming pool, free underground car park (note the exit has a nasty blind spot so be careful...

Clean and well looked after. The main problem is that it is quite a long way from the main areas and out of season this means 1 bus per 30 minutes....and IF it turns up it is usually to full to take more!

The hotel sits on the shore of lake Garda. You can dive right in from the lawn. You can use the water equipment to have fun. In the evening you can walk from the hotel beach to restaurants nearby.

A really outstanding hotel with superb rooms and utmost kind staff. Upon arrival we were given a private tour through the entire hotel and its different zones. Breakfast is sublime with a lot of choice, even a big array of glutenfree options. There is a welness attached to the hotel and it even has a private beach. The hotel and its staff really open up a new world for you to escape in.

We’ve had the best 5 days here, the hotel itself is situated in a beautiful, quiet location with easy access to Malscesine. This might be a 4* hotel but the service is 5*. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so consistently accommodating. Hotel Brenzone is situated only a few kilometres from Malcesine on the east coast of Lake Garda. Was a guest in this hotel on 14 May 2019. Staff very very helpful and multilingual! Rooms spacious and everything is catered for. Hotel right on the lake shore. Too bad for the weather, though! ( Rain and lots of Wind!) Will definitely be back again and can highly recommend the experience!

This is sold as the only gluten free hotel at Lake Garda and they really live up to this! Every day, I select my gluten free breakfast to ensure no contamination. You choose dinner every morning as well and again, each meal is flagged up as gluten free. The receptionists are really helpful as are the waiters and waitresses.

5 stars are few the structure deserves 10 stars. Fantastic hotel on Lake Garda run by truly unique mothers and daughters .. beautiful hotel, nice and clean rooms, ours had a view of the lake. Nice room, bathroom seemed a little old (and there was almost no water pressure in the shower and bathtub), nice balcony, pool and garden were nice, direct access to the lake via a tunnel below the street. We had booked at the Nike hotel and luckily we ended up at the Bertoncelli. The hotel has a great location lake front breakfast and dinner is priceless..we are not two critical travelers but the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement.

The owners of the hotel are very polite people, the breakfast is very delicious, the rooms are clean, but the reception closes at 10 p.m. We were promised that our key would be left on the cupboard near to the emergency exit, but it was not there. The owner didn't answer to our phonecalls, so we had to call to his brother at 1 a.m, who lives 8 km away. He came one hour later and gave us the key.

Stayed two nights, booked over Airbnb. Great experience, quick response. You can bring your dog for 5€ a day. There's a gorgeous view of Lake Garda and only a 20 second walk to the shore.

Perfect little place to spend a few days. Amazing views of the lake, great staff, very good food at their restaurant (and cheaper than any other restaurant nearby). The rooms are cleaned everyday. You do need a car to get around, and visit the towns, as it's not really on the lake.

The hotel is ok, but it is a pitty that the staff didn't bother about relatives and friends concerning the corona measures. They were free to walk in and out without any mask.

Just an average standard on the room itself couldn’t make me put 4 stars on this enormously cosy hotel very close to the famous Lake Garda. Arriving late night, I slept more than well enough and opening the veranda door in the morning looking at the mountains and sea bathing in the sun was one of the best views of my life. Mixed Feelings When I read about a 3-star Hotel I would have thought of bigger rooms. But its still enough. In the cheaper rooms(Side-House) you unfortunetly have no WiFi and the parking lots are expensive(didn't find the free ones declared on the Website). But on the other hand the food is very delicious and the staff is very friendly. Over all it has a good price-performance.
