Class hotel staff members are amazing very friendly and helpful Clean throughout the hotel food Good and plenty of it We are two coach drivers with a group of students doing different venues round the lake and students loved hotel too

This is a beautiful hotel. It's very quaint, with bright flowers making it a very appealing hotel indeed. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, and can be accessed by travelling up a very steep and narrow road. The rooms, although simple, are so very clean and well-kept that they feel outstanding (which they are in many ways). The beds are comfortable and very soft, which allows for a good night...

The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

The most astounding views. Limited WiFi but I recommend not to use technology anyway. Inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly staff. Accomodated more for vegans when asked. Cleaners probably didn't need to replace the towels quite so often in the rooms though - just to save on energy.

Good, tasty and plenty meals, friendly staffs, beautiful views of nature. The location seemed a bit remote and I can't say it was very clean.

The view you can see from the picture is awesome. Good service and the restaurant served good food. Breakfast was free service. The rooms were warm since it's winter and well managed.

I have actually expected less because of the reviews. The room was nice, food very good (just dont try coffee or juice during a breakfast, awful). The staff was very helpful, our fridge didn't work but they replaced it within one day with a brand new one. The only disadvantage is the location. It takes 20-30 min by car to get to the lake. actually by bike it might take same time downhill. By foot...

Couldn't find any fault with the hotel. The staff were all very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Rooms were well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely return.

The hotel has many advantages and we highly recommend it: It is in a stunning location; The surroundings are very relaxing and peaceful; All facilities are well kept and clean, including the pool area; There are plenty of sun loungers; The beds are comfortable; The food in the hotel is delicious and well priced for the quality; The drinks are a very good price; Most of all, the staff are incredible...

We were quite desperate when we came there - we are a family travelling in a campervan, and could not access the campsite we were meant to stay at. The lady at the counter was unbelievably kind, helped us with everything and made sure we had everything we needed. Such genuine hospitality is rare.

The view is nice, but the best is the Reception guys and girls, they are so kind and professional 🙏🏽.

We spent a weekend in this wonderful place, a few meters from the pine forest of San Zeno and not far from some paths for trekking enthusiasts. More than deserves the 5 stars: for the rooms with balcony, for the cleanliness and services offered and for the tranquility of the landscape. Dear owners and staff. When we can we will return for sure.

Positive experience, well maintained hotel, impeccable cleanliness, very nice indoor pool, spacious rooms, good value for money, nice staff, hotel suitable also for children. Pretty good dinner. Negative: less satisfying breakfast, little choice, croissants that finish immediately and are not replaced. The playground you see in the photos no longer exists, why? I hope it gets back! The refrigerator...

The view from and the area where Belvedere stands are absolutely gorgeous! Staff is friendly and very helpful, and they have a stunning swimming pool and wellness area. Just lovely.

Night recommend. Great hotel whether for a family or group break. Great facilities including swimming pool, restaurant, soccer pitch, games room. Staff are extremely friendly and are more than happy to assist you any way that they can.

Hotel Costabella beautifully located in San Zeno di Montagna. Great room, pretty stiff pillows, great balcony and a good breakfast. Compared to other hotels during same trip this hotel was pretty costy. Fooled ourselves with distance down to the Garda Lake. It became a good days adventure to and take a swim...

Lovely place in a small and quiet mountain village, from which we could hike (even to lake Garda). Rooms with balconies with nice views, great terrace for dinners.

Nice and clean Albergo, although a little bit of greetings from the 80’s. Very good dining in the restaurant. Thanks to the friendly host to get up for breakfast at 7am.

Very nice people even though they speak very little english. Location is very nice. It’s a charming hotel but the rooms feel very outdated. While it being old isn’t bad by itself it does lack a certain comfort…

Good, simple fare - and their Italian is perfect. I don’t think that *expecting* people to speak English in the middle of the boonies is necessary (see other review).

Nice 3 bed, capacious room. Average breakfast. Almost 750 meters at the mountain.

Great hotel with a great view of Lake Garda. There is also a very nice pool area and plenty of free parking spaces. Service is very good and the breakfast buffet is also very good. The dinner for 35 EUR per person for a 3-course menu is outstanding.

A great hotel with a longer journey from the lake But it's worth it if you don't need the hustle and bustle and want to enjoy the peace and quiet. Perfect as a starting point for excursions Very friendly team and great breakfast And at the end of my report I have to mention the great pool.

Very nice hotel, it's a bit away from the hustle and bustle and so everything is very quiet. Class to relax. There are enough parking spaces and the cars are safe. The rooms are well furnished, you have everything you need, unfortunately we had a room that hadn't been renovated yet and that made it extremely noisy, the renovated rooms are probably better, that's the only point of criticism. We really like it here. It is a very pleasant, quiet hotel and great staff. You shouldn't miss the option of half board. The food is fantastic and there is definitely something for everyone. There is always at least one vegetarian dish.

The breakfast was awesome. The food is varios the huge choice of sweet and salty.

Beautiful swimming pool and sauna. Water was cold though as it's already October. But a v good size pool for lap swimming (though I was the only guest foolish enough to take a dip.

Family hotel managed by very nice people. Pleasant and absolutely clean rooms. An amazing location near the cable car with a wonderful view of Lago di Garda. We felt very comfortable and we definitely recommend the hotel.

“Unpretentious with stunning view of Lake Garda.” The hotel is clean with no frills. The staff were exceptionally helpful, easygoing, and kind. Whether from our room, the pool, or the dining terrace, the view of Lake Garda is lovely. We enjoyed our breakfast, the overall atmosphere is relaxed and very dog friendly! We needed a no-stress, affordable mini vacation - Grazie di cuore.

Good hotel with an amazing asthetic. There is a swimming pool which looks over lake Garda with a beautiful view. There is also a small astro football pitch which the swimming pool looks over. The cons are that the food here is ok, the hotel is very far from any touristic places and town centres. The walls are also very thin and sound travels easily.

Breathtaking views from the hotel's balconies in a quiet setting. Rooms on road side can be noisy at times during the night (car/motorcycles), certainly not the hotel's fault. Rooms lake side have a beautiful view over Lake Garda and are quiet. Spend time in the terrace after dinner and relax...great opportunitiea for stunning sunsets' photos. Food is good and staff ready to help with food allergies...

Cycling along stop to have a latte macchiato. A cheese roll and a cake. Lovely service with a smile. I was also able to take my cycle through the restaurant. To the panoramic view where the tables were.

We had dinner in this hotel, the views were spectacular. The food was good, the Lasagna was great! The staff was also very friendly.

The hotel looks old but the view is beautiful and also breakfast was good. Staff very friendly, parking, bus 15 min to Garda. Restaurants, icecream, playground near.

Hotel has a great view and fantastic terrace where you can sunbathe. Good breakfast with sweet and savoury options.

Hotel Laguna is placed hight over Lake Garda, with a fantastic wiev over Lake Garda. The hotel is very Nice build and very clean. The room is a good size with bathroom with shower and great beds. The hotel serve a outstanding 3 course dinner. The staff are very kind and give top service.

Huge thanks to Silvia, and all the personel who made our wedding day something magical. The place is wonderful, the food is masterclass. Ideal for peaceful time but great for party with style as well. Highly recommended for spring/summer time.

The location is great but be aware it is not close to the lake even though it seems so on the map! But the views are great and the place is quiet and really nice. The breakfast was awesome, we liked everything. The stay was overall really good, would recommend.

5 min by car to Garda and Bardolino, beautiful views of the Garda lake, very nice owners, very good breakfast.

This is a nice beautiful small hotel with everything you need for short stay and a good breakfast. The only reason I give 4 stars is a road noise, but if you get lake-side room it should not be a problem. I advice to double-check it if you have sensitive sleep or wish to have window open for night
