A great hotel with a longer journey from the lake But it's worth it if you don't need the hustle and bustle and want to enjoy the peace and quiet. Perfect as a starting point for excursions Very friendly team and great breakfast And at the end of my report I have to mention the great pool.

Very nice hotel, it's a bit away from the hustle and bustle and so everything is very quiet. Class to relax. There are enough parking spaces and the cars are safe. The rooms are well furnished, you have everything you need, unfortunately we had a room that hadn't been renovated yet and that made it extremely noisy, the renovated rooms are probably better, that's the only point of criticism. We really like it here. It is a very pleasant, quiet hotel and great staff. You shouldn't miss the option of half board. The food is fantastic and there is definitely something for everyone. There is always at least one vegetarian dish.

The breakfast was awesome. The food is varios the huge choice of sweet and salty.

Beautiful swimming pool and sauna. Water was cold though as it's already October. But a v good size pool for lap swimming (though I was the only guest foolish enough to take a dip.

Couldn't find any fault with the hotel. The staff were all very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Rooms were well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely return.

We were quite desperate when we came there - we are a family travelling in a campervan, and could not access the campsite we were meant to stay at. The lady at the counter was unbelievably kind, helped us with everything and made sure we had everything we needed. Such genuine hospitality is rare.

The view is nice, but the best is the Reception guys and girls, they are so kind and professional 🙏🏽.

We spent a weekend in this wonderful place, a few meters from the pine forest of San Zeno and not far from some paths for trekking enthusiasts. More than deserves the 5 stars: for the rooms with balcony, for the cleanliness and services offered and for the tranquility of the landscape. Dear owners and staff. When we can we will return for sure.

Positive experience, well maintained hotel, impeccable cleanliness, very nice indoor pool, spacious rooms, good value for money, nice staff, hotel suitable also for children. Pretty good dinner. Negative: less satisfying breakfast, little choice, croissants that finish immediately and are not replaced. The playground you see in the photos no longer exists, why? I hope it gets back! The refrigerator...

The view from and the area where Belvedere stands are absolutely gorgeous! Staff is friendly and very helpful, and they have a stunning swimming pool and wellness area. Just lovely.

Night recommend. Great hotel whether for a family or group break. Great facilities including swimming pool, restaurant, soccer pitch, games room. Staff are extremely friendly and are more than happy to assist you any way that they can.

The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, and can be accessed by travelling up a very steep and narrow road. Hotel Costabella beautifully located in San Zeno di Montagna. Great room, pretty stiff pillows, great balcony and a good breakfast. Compared to other hotels during same trip this hotel was pretty costy. Fooled ourselves with distance down to the Garda Lake. It became a good days adventure to and take a swim...

Lovely place in a small and quiet mountain village, from which we could hike (even to lake Garda). Rooms with balconies with nice views, great terrace for dinners.

Nice and clean Albergo, although a little bit of greetings from the 80’s. Very good dining in the restaurant. Thanks to the friendly host to get up for breakfast at 7am.

Very nice people even though they speak very little english. Location is very nice. It’s a charming hotel but the rooms feel very outdated. While it being old isn’t bad by itself it does lack a certain comfort…

Good, simple fare - and their Italian is perfect. I don’t think that *expecting* people to speak English in the middle of the boonies is necessary (see other review).

Family hotel managed by very nice people. Pleasant and absolutely clean rooms. An amazing location near the cable car with a wonderful view of Lago di Garda. We felt very comfortable and we definitely recommend the hotel.

Very tasty, good, well-done food. Pasta is great, tiramisu a bit village style, but good anyway. The place is a bit pricey.

Cycling along stop to have a latte macchiato. A cheese roll and a cake. Lovely service with a smile. I was also able to take my cycle through the restaurant. To the panoramic view where the tables were.

Zeno Suites is the only place in the world, the stay was like a dream, the breakfasts are wonderful, the hosts are wonderful, we felt like we were in a fairy tale, you only regret that the stay was so short!

Francesca is very kind and helpful host. The whole apartment is modern and new. We loved the terrace with lake view and the cozy bedroom. The private parking place is a huge benefit.

Anna was the perfect host. The location was awesome if you're wanting to taste and purchase wine. An incredible restaurant is a 6 min walk away. The apartment is perfect for two people.

We really loved our stay here! Probably the highlight of our 14 day car ride through Europe. The super friendly host served us a great breakfast outside where we also got visited by her cute dog and cat while enjoying the view towards lake Garda. Clean and comfortable room. Recommended!

The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

The most astounding views. Limited WiFi but I recommend not to use technology anyway. Inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly staff. Accomodated more for vegans when asked. Cleaners probably didn't need to replace the towels quite so often in the rooms though - just to save on energy.

The view you can see from the picture is awesome. Good service and the restaurant served good food. Breakfast was free service. The rooms were warm since it's winter and well managed.

I have actually expected less because of the reviews. The room was nice, food very good (just dont try coffee or juice during a breakfast, awful). The staff was very helpful, our fridge didn't work but they replaced it within one day with a brand new one. The only disadvantage is the location. It takes 20-30 min by car to get to the lake. actually by bike it might take same time downhill. By foot...

“Unpretentious with stunning view of Lake Garda.” The hotel is clean with no frills. The staff were exceptionally helpful, easygoing, and kind. Whether from our room, the pool, or the dining terrace, the view of Lake Garda is lovely. We enjoyed our breakfast, the overall atmosphere is relaxed and very dog friendly! Good hotel with an amazing asthetic. There is a swimming pool which looks over lake Garda with a beautiful view. There is also a small astro football pitch which the swimming pool looks over. The cons are that the food here is ok, the hotel is very far from any touristic places and town centres. The walls are also very thin and sound travels easily.

Breathtaking views from the hotel's balconies in a quiet setting. Rooms on road side can be noisy at times during the night (car/motorcycles), certainly not the hotel's fault. Rooms lake side have a beautiful view over Lake Garda and are quiet. Spend time in the terrace after dinner and relax...great opportunitiea for stunning sunsets' photos. Hotel Laguna is placed hight over Lake Garda, with a fantastic wiev over Lake Garda. The hotel is very Nice build and very clean. The room is a good size with bathroom with shower and great beds. The hotel serve a outstanding 3 course dinner. The staff are very kind and give top service.

The location is great but be aware it is not close to the lake even though it seems so on the map! But the views are great and the place is quiet and really nice. The breakfast was awesome, we liked everything. The stay was overall really good, would recommend.

This is a nice beautiful small hotel with everything you need for short stay and a good breakfast. The only reason I give 4 stars is a road noise, but if you get lake-side room it should not be a problem. I advice to double-check it if you have sensitive sleep or wish to have window open for night

Breakfast was delicious, they make everything fresh if you want it ( like diff. eggs bacon . ) The room was clean, newly renovated, very modern with a beautiful view at the lake. Pizzas at the restaurant are amazing!.

One of my favorite hotels in Italy. Well-designed rooms in a charming little town overseeing Lake Garda. Great dinner option right at the hotel with delicious pizza and a very good view.

The restaurant and specifically the patio or terrace, has an absolutely stunning view and atmosphere like an Italian dream! The food and price are on point. They can be busy and short-staffed at times, so patience is required, but it is absolutely worth it! No worries if you are not staying at the hotel, the staff is quite welcoming. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location with beautiful view. Amazing staff. We took room facing toward road n view. My friend who is sensitive to noise could sleep very well. We opened window to get fresh and cool air. Beds were very comfortable. We had dinner everyday in restaurant and was so delicious with cosy environment. Decent breakfast ..love the coffee and bread. We stopped for lunch on the way back from the great jungle park. Service was kind and nice. Only had first courses and pasta but it was more than enough. All dishes were very good, unique and tasty. Ravioli especially recommended. View to the lake fantastic.

Amazing place. We had a balcony room and really enjoyed this. So much so, that we booked an extra night. We loved the buffet breakfast and the local town for exploring. Highly recommend to those after an authentic northern Italian experience.
