Staying at the hotel, Rossy was a wonderful experience! The rooms were spacious and the host Amadeus was accommodating to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great Bavarian experience.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for this trip. The building is an historic building but modernized for the comfort of the guests. It is family owned and they are very friendly and informative. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our recent Overseas Adventure Travel tour! The rooms were quiet, comfortable and spacious, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the staff was friendly, professional and accommodating! Within a close walking distance of everything you want to see. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We are on a tour with a travel company and I told our guide she saved the best for last. This lovely boutique hotel has been in the family for over 100 years and the original building is from the 1500’s. Rooms are larger than the usual European rooms and interiors are well appointed Breakfast is not your usual fare, definitely a step above. Absolutely delightful and beautiful.

In three weeks of travel in Switzerland and Italy this was our overall favorite hotel! It's a small family run hotel and the rooms were spacious with fast wi-fi and a comfortable seating area. It's in a good location only 8 minutes walk from the main piazza so it's away from the bars and quiet (but good gelato is just minutes away).
But the best part was the breakfast! Really superb breakfast buffet plus omelets and eggs can be made to order. The staff are friendly and professional--Amadeus is welcoming and quite entertaining as well. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Nothing more than average.Pool was closed on a hot day in early September.They still charge high season prices and the bar and restaurant were closed too.Poorly stocked room..not even kleenex in the room.We called directly and they lost our reservation,thankfully they had room.Clean,good parking and good location in this quiet "city".Not worth more than 130 a night.

Wonderful hotel with great rooms and breakfast services! The lady that checked us in was more than helpful in getting our group set up and ready to explore the town. Most everything about our stay was pleasant and above and beyond.
Unfortunately, I am leaving a lower than average review because of a single instance of unprofessionalism from one individual who apparently was employed at the hotel. I say apparently because he spent the majority of the evening on his cell phone, walking in and out of the front, paying little to no attention to the coming and going of hotel guests. He rudely scolded us for the use of the lobby television, treating us like children. On a separate event, when one of our party was asking about a second pillow, he refused to pay attention and shrugged off the question as if it was not his problem. So yes, maybe this man was just a random creepy guy, hanging around the front desk... and wasn’t actually employed by the hotel. Because it seemed completely out of character from what we had experienced so far during our stay.
It is tragic that one moment can tarnish the perception of an experience. This hotel is wonderful and deserves your attention and patronage, just make sure you done inconvenience this guy. It seems to really put him off.

Very friendly staff. Fluent in Italian, German, and English. Very large rooms with great views. The breakfast that is included with the cost of the room is great. Don't forget to ask about your brixen card for free bus and cable car service, as well as other discounts.

Everything about my stay here was awesome! The breakfast was great, the room was great, but most of all was the sheer saving of lives by the hotel manager! He gladly booked me a taxi for the morning that I left as my german and italian were abysmal. So the morning that the taxi was supposed to come (which was too early for the hotel to be open) I found myself no taxi coming. Here I was in a foreign country needing to catch a taxi to the bus to the airplane home. If the taxi never showed I would miss the bus and thus miss my flight... And here comes this angel, sent down from hotel heaven who swept me up and drove me himself to the bus stop! Apparently the taxi company (after I called them to figure out what the heck was going on), called him saying they weren't coming and he went out of his way to drive me 6km away! Thank you sir! You are a saint!
