We had lunch here 4 times during our 1 week ski trip. The food was fantastic, the staff were friendly and welcoming. It is cosy and warm on a windy day and the sun terrace is bathed in glorious sunshine on bluebird days. The food is wholesome, tasty and served piping hot. Will look to stay here on a future trip to B-C.

Very stylish and cozy hotel, run by a family. You will feel that you came to good old friends. Pretty good breakfast (however not too much carbs) with exceptional croissants prepared every morning. Warm rooms, ski dryer room (and it works good), 5 min walking from ski-lift.

Everything. I can’t think of a better place to stay during a ski holiday in Cervinia! Rooms are charming and cozy, food is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, location directly on the slope (reachable by snow mobile, which is an attraction in itself), terrace in the sun. Our overall price was also convenient. A very enjoyable week - wish we could come back soon!

Phenomenal food...simple, flavorful, familiar yet unexpected for such known local dishes. How good can pasta in olive and chilli oil be??? Well the answer is really really good! I found myself wanting to finish every last bit of the oil sauce. The sushi was excellent too, an unexpected dish in a traditional Italian restaurant but nonetheless, the quality was excellent. Real good restaurant with very kind people working there! Friendly, helpful and funny! And nice prices too! If you want to eat there and you need a pick up from the village, they send a snowmobile to get you to the restaurant. That's what I call service!!!!

Great restaurant for skiing lunch, but avoid the bar-food which is terrible. The main restaurant has great food and the steak was humongous. The bar which proclaims to do sushi is best avoided as both the sushi and the burgers were disgusting.

Surprising to find Japanese food in an Italian resort. Nice looking sushi and very tasty chicken noodles. The terrace is prone to nasty winds at times but a nice spot overlooking Cervinia when it's calm.

The location is incredible, in one minute you are on the slopes and there are lots of restaurants around! The staff was very friendly and informative, especially the man at the reception. The rooms were cleaned every day. You get a discount card that is actually really useful.

what a charming hotel! in the center of town, 5 min walk to Cretaz ski lift (the only lift needed), you can almost ski in to the hotel. excellent coffee shops and restaurant around. you also receive discount card for varied options. we had 3 different rooms all were pretty and comfortable. in one of them we had a balcony with a beautiful view to the mountains. the staff is super nice and helpful. breakfast...

Excellent location, a good buffet style continental breakfast and friendly staff. We got a discount card for some local restaurants and a discount on the lift pass. The room was small but comfortable, and the soundproofing on the windows was good. Apres ski music was audible but finished before 10 every night.

The hotel is just right in front of the ski lift! The ski gear rental is just below the hotel! How wonderful! The staff are friendly, breakfast is basic but it serves the purpose, location is excellent. It's super cold in December 2017. I enjoyed my stay here and it's recommended.

In summer four yeas ago, I stayed here for a week to climb Matterhorn (Monte Cervino). Location of the hotel is so convenient to anywhere in this small town. The room is clean and comfortable for climbers like me. The best thing is kind and gentle staff here. I could found good supermarket, cafe, mountain guide, all thanks to them. I wish to visit Cervinia again and stay this hotel with my wife someday...

Newly renovated, clean and all you need. Breakfast was good but always the same and the only minus came from charging us 60e for late check-out even though my husband and I had injured ourselves (he had crutches and I had a broken wrist) and couldn't walk around waiting for our bus drive to the airport. Would have hoped for some understanding....

Small family-run ski hotel situated in the centre of Brueil-Cervinia around 150m from the ski-slopes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has good and separate lounge, bar and dining areas. The bedrooms, whilst compact, are very comfortable. Best of all - the food is superb.

Beautiful room with Matterhorn view. Clean with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Extremely friendly and helpful owners. Smallish ski room but was never overcrowded and lovely and warm so all our kit was dry in the morning. Will certainly return.

An excellent base for skiing in Cervinia The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place has a very natural, authentic hospitable atmosphere! It is also very close to the nearest ski rental (where you will get a discount) the ski pass kiosk and the two lowest two chairlifts!

You can get to this place by road but we did Ski In - Ski Out for Lunch off Red 3. Lovely High End feel to this restaurant and the service was friendly and efficient. Food was great and we thought the prices were very reasonable too. We will do Dinner next time we're passing.

We were very early in the season, when you might have expected some teething issues, but these guys know what they are doing! Kristin, James - and the amazing Anna - made us all feel very welcome, as did the rest of the team - in the bar, the restaurant and on the shuttle bus!

Spent 6 days here and enjoyed a lot. Great location (ski in and out) with fantastics views. Hotel is relatively small so you really get to know the staff and enjoy great service. Service was great. Dinner is also very good and we were well served on our sometimes challenging requests on timing, etc. Highly recommended and will come back again!

This was our second visit to the Principe. We were welcomed as returning family by Anna on reception so warmly. The room was lovely, a little larger than last year. The food was very good as always. Visited the restaurant for evening meal. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Cocktails by the fire were amazing, as were the numerous snacks/nibbles offered alongside. The dining room was cosy. 2 family ski trip over the Christmas New Year holiday. The hotel is beautiful and unique. We had a 2 BR apartment which was very spacious, had 2 fireplaces and a small kitchenette. Martha is a wonderful host. She is very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. She updated us every morning at breakfast with the snow conditions & let us know which lifts were open. Her hotel is perfectly positioned between both the chair lifts & bubble lift. We would definitely stay with her again. We highly recommend her. La maison de Vacance is a complex located in the middle of the green larch trees of Cervinia, mainly private apartments with 6 timeshares of these there is the possibility of weekly rental or more, I am the owner of 2 weeks, end of January and September

A typical mountain structure, the hotel and related services are closed this season, but apartments are available for booking. We stayed for three days with our dog. Recommended also for its location, just steps from Cervinia and Lac Bleu.

If you want to experience the real Aosta hospitality and a genuine atmosphere book a room in this nice family hotel. You have a fantastic wiew over the peak of Cervinio and wonderful surronding for walks. The hotel shuttle to the lift is always prepared.

The family and staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location was a 15' walk from the town center but there was a shuttle that would transport you to the lifts or town. Rooms were nice, breakfast was fine, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and perfect after a day's skiing.

My son, my large dog, and I stayed at this hotel for a few days. The room was clean and the bathroom was renovated. The lady at breakfast was very kind and helpful, and recommended hikes. The breakfast was good. Great value for money.

great little apt, very compact and would not recommend for more than 3 people (2 adults and a child). Had everything we needed and great ski in and out location. Team very helpful.

Eight of us stayed in two of these compact apartments for four days of skiing. They were clean, tidy and functional and the bed was pretty comfy which was a bonus. Shower was powerful and water hot. Claimed to sleep six but that would have been a stretch me four was about right.

Nice appartments easy ski out but very difficoult ski in... far away from major pistes and centre of village. Market near appartments is expensive and it is more cafe than market actually.

Quite a cramped space, however apartments are in a convenient location with ski runs, restaurants, rentals and groceries all within easy walking distance.

Cannot recommend this place enough. The rooms are beautiful, so much thought has gone into every detail. They are cosy, stylish and warm. The location is perfect, right in town, all amenities within a few minutes walking distance. The bar area where breakfast is served is elegant and beautiful. I can't comment on the hotel, but we were recommended the bar for a civilised drink at the end of the ski day.
