Excellent locations, and If I am right, the only hotel to have such huge space in portico and free area in front. Warm water in Swimming pool was good too. We just missed the sauna due to COVID restrictions. Anyway, with all positive why did I put 3 star? The room was not up to mark. To give an example, the coffee maker is in the table but no way to plug it in. Literally no power points in the whole...

Great location, just by the slopes. Room was ok but nothing special. The reason for not giving a higher star was due to the staff. Unhelpful and on the verge of being rude. Asked for another room which was not on the doorstep of the restaurant, couldn’t be done. Found a huge insect in the salad at the dinner buffet, was just brushed off without even a “sorry” and not to mention the lady working in...

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks with the Canadian Ski Team. Amazing sunny visit, the staff was incredible and by the end it felt like we were family. The food was incredible and very cute bakeries across the street and a cheese shop close by as well. We did a lovely hike and had amazing views of Cervino/Matterhorn.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful. Everything it's literally perfect in there. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The bar is really nice with a good selection of liquors, beers and wines. The food at the hotel restaurant is great. The staff is very professional and friendly at the same time. The hotel has it's own ski rental and skiers can buy the ski pass in the lobby. The hotel is about 4 mins walking...

Fantastic breakfast, helpful staff who are mostly very pleasant, useful ski bus for getting to the lifts uphill, free car park, good ski room.

It can't be easy catering to so many people and doing so efficiently. Not sure I would quite call it luxury though. Very nice hotel right on the slopes. This place offers spacious rooms, a spa with a gorgeous view, an open pool, and restaurant with a menu that changes everyday. The ski lockers are conveniently located near the exit so all you have to do is slip on your skis and go. A perfect getaway hotel! The hotel manages to mix beautiful design with a welcoming and relaxing vibe. Superb hotel in the mountains not too far from Milan. Very friendly welcome by Valentina and Deborah. The decoration of the hotel is super authentic, minimalist but warm, and welcoming! This hotel is a dream. So aesthetic and thoughtful. It was all that I can ask for in a mountain scenic hotel. The view is amazing the service was so hospitable warm and accommodating. Ludo and his family are right out legends. I will return again soon !

Everything is perfect. Panorama, rooms, all amenities and an excellent restaurant. Left as a couple with a dog. Very kind staff who make you feel truly pampered and a wonderful place with attention to the smallest detail. We will definitely return.

I stayed two nights with my family this summer. Although the hotel was fully booked, the staff (from reception to the lounge / bar, to the rooms) was always very attentive and helpful, allowing us to have a truly super experience! We had two communicating rooms, with attention to every detail, in full local style, very clean, quiet and, what is not trivial, arranged twice a day, morning and evening...

Amazing birthday dinner for me and wife. Everything was perfect, beginning with the creative amuse bouche, then the local beef and lamb and finally an excellent wine list with honest markups. Count on leaving some 75 euro pp behind, some of the best spent money in any restaurant in recent memory for me.

This is the place to stay in Cervinia for access to slopes, good bedrooms and good food. The evening emails are feasts and as we were there for seven nights we had to skip one night as it’s very rich. It’s a bit pompous in ways but the food is really good. The bedrooms are the beat we have had at any ski resort and you can waddle to the slopes in one minute. My only criticism would be that the coffee...

Excellent spa! However, if you are not staying at the hotel, the spa is open to public till 4PM. I have enjoyed outdoor hot tub with the mountain views the most! The après ski bar area is great as well. They have a swimming pool there.

Excellent restaurant with brilliant staff and food. The atmosphere is enjoyable. I particularly like the breakfast area which is wood from floor to ceiling. The staff also had some surprises for us which were all exciting. Justifiable prices. I will recommend to friends and family.

It was wonderful. The service was perfect and everything was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was served at our door each morning, and our room was clean in the afternoon. Went to the spa. Great spa, lots of relaxation areas, sauna, steam room etc., really good footbaths for tired ski feet. Exciting buttons in the pool for waterfalls and currents etc. Only €35 for as long as you like!

Small family-run ski hotel situated in the centre of Brueil-Cervinia around 150m from the ski-slopes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has good and separate lounge, bar and dining areas. The bedrooms, whilst compact, are very comfortable. Best of all - the food is superb.

Just back from our first ever ski holiday and stayed here at Hotel Petit Palais. This hotel was excellent , clean modern rooms, ours had a stunning view of the Matterhorn. It is the case when you miss 0,5s when rating. I would give it 3,5. Good price/quality ratio. And very close to the cable car. Rooms quite compact but clean and overall property is fresh enough. You won’t get some things like bathrobes here. The parking they promise has room for 5 cars (we were lucky to have one free), else they would just send you to the cable car parking (not too far though). Sometimes...

The heating was on and off during cold winter nights, until we forced our way into finding out how to regulate it on our own. The sauna is very small, and the door opens every time you throw water on the rocks. All in all place is a little old, would benefit from a renovation. We visited just the restaurant. Food was excellent. Very tasty and perfect cooked beef fillet. Very kind and friendly stuff. Warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are a bit dated but they are warm and very clean. You will not find a hotel with a better atmosphere, staff treat and welcome you like family. Also the hotel has a drying room for ski gear and offer a special discount with one of the gear rental shops. I met some of the other guests who come to this hotel every year. If you come here, you will also want to come back every year.

We were only guest of the restaurant in the hotel basement. "Un mare di neve" is a very chick restaurant with French and seafood cuisine. Very elaborate and delicious food. Wine choice not the greatest. Simple but cute inside with open cooking. Staff perfectly trained, very friendly and helpful. Prices adequate high.

We spent the long weekend at the hotel last year and had a thoroughly amazing time. Nothing was too difficult for the staff and the ambience was very homely yet you had everything you needed. The meal in the hotel restaurant was 5-star. We are returning this year to have the same :)

The hotel is very nice, and quiet. They have a room to store your ski equipment. My room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good with many choices. The lady that owns the hotel is very nice, and the staff is too. It's a great place to stay.

Everything. I can’t think of a better place to stay during a ski holiday in Cervinia! Rooms are charming and cozy, food is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, location directly on the slope (reachable by snow mobile, which is an attraction in itself), terrace in the sun. Our overall price was also convenient. A very enjoyable week - wish we could come back soon!

Phenomenal food...simple, flavorful, familiar yet unexpected for such known local dishes. How good can pasta in olive and chilli oil be??? Well the answer is really really good! I found myself wanting to finish every last bit of the oil sauce. The sushi was excellent too, an unexpected dish in a traditional Italian restaurant but nonetheless, the quality was excellent. Real good restaurant with very kind people working there! Friendly, helpful and funny! And nice prices too! If you want to eat there and you need a pick up from the village, they send a snowmobile to get you to the restaurant. That's what I call service!!!!

Great restaurant for skiing lunch, but avoid the bar-food which is terrible. The main restaurant has great food and the steak was humongous. The bar which proclaims to do sushi is best avoided as both the sushi and the burgers were disgusting.

Great location with excellent food and service!

Surprising to find Japanese food in an Italian resort. Nice looking sushi and very tasty chicken noodles. The terrace is prone to nasty winds at times but a nice spot overlooking Cervinia when it's calm.
