Sertorelli Sporthotel

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend in this hotel. We booked it fairly late and I couldn’t believe how helpful the reception staff were before we even arrived in the hotel. Numerous emails were responded to within seconds and spa treatment sessions were booked with no fuss at all.

When we arrived at the hotel, the reception team again continued to impress with a very warm welcome and an attitude that seem to suggest that nothing was too much of a problem for them.!

We didn’t eat at the hotel, but enjoyed some nice meals out, but breakfast was excellent and again the staff in the dining room were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The rooms were large and the beds were really comfortable. The bathrooms were a bit dated but nevertheless did the job.

The spa area was a real treat after a day skiing and the massage my wife had was first class. I’d really recommend this hotel, and would come back again without any hesitation .

I have just returned from my second stay at Sertorelli in the last year. I absolutely love this hotel! On the last trip we stayed in one of the older rooms, and this trip we were in a renovated room- I cannot fault either of them. They are a comfortable size, with everything you might need. The beds are huge and very comfortable.
We stayed half board and the food is just fantastic. A massive breakfast buffet each morning and, then a huge buffet and a la carte menu each evening- everything I ate was delicious. A special shout out to the pastry chef- the pastries at breakfast and the desserts at dinner were absolutely amazing!
The boot room and ski hire service are very convenient and Vlad and his team know their stuff, with an excellent selection for all skiing abilities.
The spa has also been renovated in recent months and is just a fabulous oasis of calm.
But the thing that really makes Sertorelli so fantastic is its staff. Special mentions to Luca and Karla on reception, Gian Luca and Olena in the restaurant- and to our special friend, our waiter Julian, who remembered our party from our last trip and really went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. We will definitely be back!!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, rooms were great with nice views, Wellness Centre was lovely and the breakfast was very good.
I was so glad I was staying at this hotel as my luggage did not arrive until the evening of the fourth day of my skiing holiday.
The hotel was fantastically helpful. On arrival the receptionist, Luca, managed the communications with the airline and the airport and did his best to reduce the stress involved in not having any luggage.

Comfortable and decent size rooms for the price. Spa is well kitted out and welcomed after a day on the slopes. Breakfast and dinner was impressive. Each room have their own locker in the boot room. The hotel bar is as expected, sleepy. The only negative I experienced was the coffee. Good excuse to go to the Tasty Café to have a coffee.

Everything you need between the hours of skiing

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks with the Canadian Ski Team.
Amazing sunny visit, the staff was incredible and by the end it felt like we were family.
The food was incredible and very cute bakeries across the street and a cheese shop close by as well.
We did a lovely hike and had amazing views of Cervino/Matterhorn.

Perfect as always!

Nice hotel, convenient to the ski lift in mountains, transported to the ski lift from the hotel and are greeted by car, there is a sauna with mountain views and access to the terrace, where you can swim in the snow.
There is not a big minus that the wi-fi works well only at night when all the skiers returned from the mountains, to connect is not possible.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful.
Everything it's literally perfect in there.
Rooms are spacious and quiet.
The bar is really nice with a good selection of liquors, beers and wines.
The food at the hotel restaurant is great.
The staff is very professional and friendly at the same time.
The hotel has it's own ski rental and skiers can buy the ski pass in the lobby.
The hotel is about 4 mins walking from the slopes, but there is also a free shuttle service that brings people where the lifts are.
On the 6th floor there is the spa with a pool, two sauna and one steam bath.
Amazing experience!
