We had a nice chilled break - i went alone with my children so was quite nervous was little disappointed on arrival as i had asked weeks before we flew out to make sure we wasn't put in a ground floor room but that was ignored and our room was on ground floor!! food was ok very reparative but we usually found something we could have. the hotel is very clean and bedrooms were always spotless!! entertainment at night wasn't the best and quite soul destroying at times so we would go for a walk at night to save us sitting there being bored! the night market is an excellent trip to go on! we enjoyed the week away but wouldn't return again.

Stayed at Janna e Sole in early July. The hotel is beautiful, with a well-maintained grounds and bungalows. The rooms are very clean, and they are cleaned every day (starting in the very morning 😆). There are 4 pools with very clean water. All day near pools is works animation (Momo and his team), a lot of music, providing entertainment, sports activities. In the evening were super programs with new shows and discos every night. The atmosphere is warm and homey. Thanks for team (Momo) for their assistance and the wonderful time I had there. Sea is a little far , but every 30 minutes goes small train, or you can walk (600-700 m) to the beach. Food is all inclusive (very tasty breakfasts and lunches). It was a great time. Thanks to Janna e Sole team.

Stayed a week in Janna E Sole and wish we’d stayed longer. The rooms are good- a/c very strong and great with the hot temperatures. The food is really tasty. Could have a bit more variety but what they had was delicious. Snack bar by the adult bar had good choices too. The tours run by the hotel were good and would really recommend the night market to San Teodoro. The highlight for us though was the animation team. They were so friendly and provided entertainment all day. The shows at night were amazing and the team all so talented. The evenings spent dancing with them, learning new dances it just completed our stay. Massive thank you to Momo (team leader), Leo, Luca, Giorgio, Simone, Martina and Lucia just to name a few that absolutely made the holiday for us.

Mixed Feelings – A Disappointing Experience for a Family Stay I’m honestly very confused by our experience at this hotel, so I’ll try to lay out everything clearly in this full review. Check-in & Reception – Extremely Frustrating Our stay started off on the wrong foot. We informed the hotel two weeks in advance that we were coming with a baby and asked if there was anything we should know. We received no reply. When we arrived around lunchtime, we were surprised to learn that check-in wasn’t until 5 PM—information that could’ve easily been communicated earlier. We had also requested a cot ahead of time, but it was not in the room when we arrived. Despite reminding reception during check-in, nothing was done. My husband had to go back and forth from the room to reception three times in 36°C heat, and only after I personally came down visibly upset did they finally bring the cot. The staff blamed ******* for not receiving our requests. When we asked about activities since we were staying for nine days, the receptionist just pointed to some bulletin boards or suggested going to the port. Days later, we discovered that the hotel actually had their own organized tours, which no one told us about. To make matters worse, the air conditioner broke on day 4. Our baby couldn’t sleep because of the heat. Although we were told a technician would come, no one showed up until we physically went back to reception to demand it be fixed. It was a stressful and potentially dangerous situation with a baby involved. Room – Not Family-Friendly The room was very small and compact, making it hard for a family with young children. It also didn’t help that we were placed on the second floor with steep stairs, despite having informed the hotel about our baby. Upon check-in, I reminded them again, but they claimed they were fully booked and only offered a smaller room far from everything. We had no choice but to carry the stroller up and down every time we left the room. Food – Underwhelming for a 4-Star Hotel The food was mediocre. Definitely not up to 4-star standards. The selection was limited, although the kitchen staff were friendly and clearly working hard (often looking stressed). Snacks were disappointing—mostly sandwiches, burgers, or leftovers from breakfast. Only the fries were freshly cooked. Drinks were average. The buffet wines were good, beer was okay, but the cocktail selection was poor and overly sweet. Also, the bars were quite a walk from most rooms, and in the summer heat, it’s honestly not worth the effort. Wi-Fi – Virtually Nonexistent The Wi-Fi was practically unusable throughout our stay. I’m not sure if it works better in certain areas, but in our room and most common spaces, it either didn’t connect at all or was so slow it might as well not exist. I had to rely on my own mobile data the entire time, which was frustrating—especially in an all-inclusive resort that advertises Wi-Fi as a standard amenity. Private Beach – Nice but Inconveni

Great in the main but some things to be aware of.. Just come back from a 7 night holiday here and some observations.. Positive Accommodation - The accommodation is good, but the rooms we had (2 of them) did not really have outdoor terrace or balcony, a couple of squares of tile and that’s it, accommodation was nice and comfortable but we were up the hill in block 100 and on a hot day it felt a long way to go back Food - really enjoyed it, snack bar was nice but the breakfast finished early and also if you hungry later on there are no options at all, so get snacks for the room in case of evening hunger Pools - they are great, one adult which is quiet and one for families - never had a lounger problem ever to find one Needs work - Animation - was weak really and they tried their hardest but the shows needed variation and the lighting was terrible - couldn’t see the performers in front of the huge screen Beach - it’s a train ride away and literally nothing there but loungers, parasols and portaloos. Also train doesn’t run in the middle of the day so you had to time it to get back for lunch, really needs some work Be aware - the club coralia signs are not a name for the animation team as we thought - they are a French tour company that runs a resort within a resort - they have their own activities which you can’t join in - they also occupy a lot of space which you then can’t use - never seen this before and it’s strange really Overall we would go again, friendly with good food

Just returned from a 10 night stay Hotel is lovely, room was on 2nd floor., room was spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed and the air con worked really well and quiet. powerful shower and water was always hot. Water was slightly brown on occasions. My only disappointment was the shared balcony. We like our privacy so didn't use it as much as we would have liked. Gorgeous adults only pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Never had an issue with finding one. Pool was spotless, no food allowed in pool area and cardboard cups are needed. The kids pool area looked lovely but as you can imagine it was noisy not only with children but with the entertainment staff. Great if that's what you like! But not for me! The food was great, always plenty of choice, even better if you love pasta. The pizza was amazing! The food wasn't ways hot but there was a microwave so you could heat it up if you preferred. The restaurant is a bit like a canteen very noisy and I felt the staff were slow to take plates and clear tables. Eating outside the restaurant is an option but there seemed to be a wasp problem so that wasn't so pleasant. The snack bar was next to the adult pool and served burgers, hotdogs, chips. There was also fruit on occasions and pastries. If you sit by the bar they will serve your drink in glasses which is lovely. Bierre moreti is the draft larger. The wine is OK. You certainty won't go hungry. The all inclusive stops at 11pm so if you want drinks after that you will need to pay extra. The entertainment was poor in my opinion even though the staff were trying their best. Some people seemed to really enjoy it but I guess that's just personal preference. The French guests have different entertainment. You can walk easily to the beach and around the headland to the right and to the port if you turn left. There is also a train that runs from the hotel if you would prefer not to walk. Each time we went to the beach it was absolutely packed. We took a boat trip to tavolora which was great, worth every penny. Take beach towels as they charge €5 each and additional €3 of you want it exchanged. They also charge €10 refundable deposit.. Cash only! Some of the trips are cash only also All in all we had a lovely time and would definitely return.

Excellent Hotel – Unforgettable Stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities were great, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the animation team – you brought so much energy, fun, and positivity to each day. Your hard work and creativity made every moment enjoyable, from morning activities to evening shows. You truly made our vacation unforgettable!thank you momo Also, a big thank you to the kitchen staff – the food was absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and full of variety. I really appreciated the attention to quality and taste. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect holiday. I’ll definitely be back!

We were sold a four star all inclusive holiday by tui. This is NOT a four star hotel. It is a 2 star plus at best. We also had to pay for half of our drinks. Anyone who says the food is good at this resort clearly stays in the most basic and cheapest holidays. It was terrible. Burgers left in hot plates for 7 hours straight. Drinks machines never working. Was told there were two bars but was physically told to leave by the French workers. What they don’t tell you is that half of the hotel is only for use by the French hotel coralia guests.(even though they have access to all the other parts too). The adults pool was supposed to open at 9 am but never did till about 9.20. When it did open everyone was told to not use the pool as they were cleaning it.(this was everyday). The other pool had a human poo in it which the staff refused to remove so a customer had to with a bay swimmer nappy. The lady entertainer (who sang the same five songs every night) (I now know the words to most Adele songs)had her tips stolen. A customer had her bag stolen from the dining area. Every night they shut half the grounds off for the hotel coralia guests to have their own entertainment. Our bedding wasn’t changed once in the 10 nights we stayed there. The air conditioning unit leaked water constantly. The shower door fell off. The shower screen had a big chunk taken out of it so was sharp. We also had to pay for half of our drinks even though we were all inclusive. There is a cocktail menu but you are only allowed one cocktail. Children playing football in the dining area whilist people are eating. The staff are incredibly rude as soon as they see the colour of your wrist band. The tui rep is very rude(all messages saved to my phone off the tui app) I have raised a complaint with tui and I’m also in contact with the ombudsman. It absolutely baffles me that people say how wonderful the place is. I would love to see their face if they actually stayed in a four star hotel and not a 2 star plus. Don’t say I didn’t warn you of you carry on and book this hotel. Unless your French and booking with hotel coralia of course.

Ignore the bad reviews on here!!!!! Honestly shocked at the amount of people moaning. First of all yes the cups are paper, but think of the logistics to the staff they would have to wash all the glasses, there’s potential broken glasses around the pool and potential to drunk people smashing glass ! Ridiculous people are moaning about a paper cup. The rooms are absolutely fine, air-con works perfect and beds are super comfortable. I’m convinced the bad reviews about the air-con are just people who didn’t figure out how to turn it on. Staff are amazing, there are some negative comments on here about them. They work incredibly hard, it’s okay if they have one moment where they might not be in the best mood. They are human, it is hot and we all have those moments. Don’t be so selfish. Food is great!! It can get busy but I’d recommend going to dinner at around 8pm/8:30pm. We never failed to find a table outside. We never once struggled to find a sun-bed either in both pools so don’t worry about that. Overall ignore the negative comments, we came here really apprehensive due to them but have been completely over the moon with our stay here! Definitely recommend. Well done to all the staff
