I don’t normally write reviews but I was compelled to write one for this hotel, for a hotel that showed such promise it fell short in so many ways. Firstly when checking in, we had to chase to get access to our room, there was rubbish all around our room. The amount of excursions available were limited. The TUI welcome was warm but not personal, fit as many people in a room and do a presentation. The staff at the bar were let down by a couple of people in their team, who were rude and unhelpful. The food was hit and miss. Certainly not 4 star quality. Location was amazing with a lovely beach. Sardinia is a beautiful island but this hotel with huge potential gave us a bad experience.

⭐ The Good Swimming Pools The pools are a standout feature. They’re large, clean, and well-maintained with plenty of loungers and parasols—even in peak season, there’s no need to rush for a spot. There’s a peaceful adults-only pool (no music or activities), located near the gym and path to the nature reserve. The main pool includes two small baby splash areas, and poolside activities like Zumba and water polo are available. Gym Small but functional and usually quiet. However, it opens at 8:00 AM, making it hard to fit in a workout before breakfast ends. 🚫 The Not-So-Good Swimming Pool Limitations Pools only open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, so no early swims before breakfast. No poolside drink service. Breakfast Served from 7:30–9:30 AM, but it’s very basic. Poor-quality coffee in takeaway cups No cut fruit, pancakes, or pastries Queues at toaster stations Hot food includes greasy bacon, fried/scrambled eggs, and low-quality hotdog-style sausage Food stops being replenished by 8:50 AM All-Inclusive Shortfalls Starts at 10:00 AM - no drinks (even coffee) included before then (outside of buffet) Bar queues are long (only one bar for ~1,000 guests) at the main pool and dining area Drinks are extremely poor quality.
 White wine tastes like vinegar Red wine is too sour to drink “Sailors” whiskey looks & tastes nothing like whiskey. Tastes like the suspicious alcohol served at 18-30’s bars in Benidorm in the early 1990s before alcoholic drinks were regulated. Staff openly admit they wouldn’t drink the all-inclusive options themselves Many guests end up buying alcohol at the supermarket Tip: Great hotel if you’re planning an alcohol detox. 🛏️ Rooms Rooms are small but clean, with functional bathrooms (rain shower + handheld, bidet, and reasonable space on 2nd floor rooms. Ground floor rooms are smaller). Good air conditioning and a safe TVs, writing desk, and a decent-sized wardrobe—but only 4-5 hangers No iron/ironing board presumably unless requested? Ground floor rooms have a private terrace; upstairs rooms share a small balcony with neighbours 3 metres away - very little privacy Some rooms face a wall/hedge—not the sea Despite requesting adjacent rooms 3 months in advance, we were separated from our kids (aged 12 & 14) who were placed in another building. Staff were unhelpful, and the manager (Paola) refused to speak with us in person. 🌴 Outdoor Areas & Dining Sun terrace is nice in theory, but swarmed with wasps in August - making outdoor meals impossible Live music is a good touch but the singers are like good karaoke quality singers, but again, only one bar to service everyone 🌊 Beach Access & Location Nothing nearby - you need to take a shuttle train (every ~45 minutes) to the beach The hotel shares its reserved beach area with 3 other hotels Front-row sunbeds require a paid reservation in advance The beach is clean, but entry into the water has some stones/shingle 🚗 Accessibility The hotel is very isolated.
