Brief description. Under no circumstances is this resort 4star. In my opinion this is just about a 3star rated establishment. Bedrooms are extremely basic. No service in restaurant, although I would call the restaurant a self service canteen. 10 euros CASH ONLY for the beach towel hire. There are more negatives than positives to this resort. I would not recommend this to anyone that is expecting a 4star holiday.

5 friends and we have just returned from what was expected to be a well rated Tui holiday.
Rooms small definitely old and tired , one of us had aa bunk bed..were all over 60 by the way, food was not hot..(there was a microwave if you wanted to heat it) pool was like ice bath.the sea was warmer . French / Italian speaking seemed to receive a better service.
Drinks we laughable..we could have mimosa (proseco and orange) but not just proseco what's that all about.
Tui this resort should either be lowered in rating or removed as this is not a good reflection on your standards.

We stayed here for one night and for a reasonably low cost all inclusive, in August, thought it was great.
Staff all speak English, Italian and french and are grateful when you try in their language.
The room was clean, as we were only sleeping we didn't mind the size.
The restaurant had several antipasti, primi and secondi options. With snack bars running through the day.
All inclusive drinks package was still extensive even if you wanted to spend an extra few €€ on additional cocktails.
There is also a shuttle bus running through the day to the beach (included).

Really poor experience. Most times we ordered drinks at the bar the servers would place them elsewhere and point. Italians had their drinks given to them. We spoke to a lot of people and it wasn't just us with this issue. Essentially they made the English feel unwelcome.
Reception were helpful regarding our issue of an ant infestation affecting our room but we were unable to switch rooms due to them being full.
The hotel is a long way from anywhere and when we inquired about a taxi we were told that on weekends there are no taxis due to airport transfers. In the 30⁰C+ heat walking 2km to civilization is difficult.
The hotel rooms are dated and tatty. The second restaurant is permanently closed. The resort looks tired. The one restaurant and the reception looks well decorated but that is the extent of it.
We will not be going back. The £3250 we spent for 7 days (plus flights) would have been better spent on a different holiday.
We were left sadly disappointed. One couple as we left refused to take their room and were in tears.
If you book via the hotel the all inclusive is very limited, there is an upgrade to the TUI package of all inclusive that gives you more variety of drinks.

Spent one night here during our holiday in Sardinia and absolutely loved it! The facilities are all well kept, and the pool area is very spacious and lovely. The food and the drink options were also great. The evening entertainment was mostly for kids but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall highly recommend!

Firstly let me explain that we had a week here in the 3rd week of June in a group of 12 to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday and we all booked it as an all inclusive TUI holiday. It cost about £900 per person which was much cheaper than booking the accommodation and flights separately. As such I will endeavour not to include any aspects that were under TUI’s control.
When we arrived as a coach load from the airport at the resort at about midday we were directed to the reception where they had three members of staff ready to receive us.
Some people were allocated a room there and then, other were told our rooms would be ready after 3pm.
This was to allow them to service the rooms after the previous occupiers had checked out.
Not a problem for us as we could leave our suitcases in reception where we knew that would be safe.
As we started to look around the site we noticed that the reception area, the square behind it and the bar/pools, arena and restaurant were on the same lower level and everything else rose as you went away from the centre.
The accommodation behind/beside the reception area was on quite a steep hill while the area behind the restaurant was gently sloping but vast. As we were both suffering some mobility issues at the time I went back to reception and asked for a room on the lower level and ideally not too far from the centre.
They immediately gave me the key to room 551. This room,as we were to discover, was at the furthest possible pony from the reception in the area behind the restaurant. It was in the corner, next to the perimeter fence and the main road that went passed the site. The road was relatively busy all night plus the long, gradual climb was as much as we could manage. So the next day I asked for a room change. They said they would pass it on to the manager. Yes we could have requested that they send the gold buggy to transport us to and fro but that wasn’t the point however on the second day we did use the buggies.
Fair play to the team they found us a room right next to reception, Room 404, on the third day and this was ideal. It had disabled facilities and was quite big.
We had a minor issue with the air on which they fixed on the second attempt.
The pool area is very big with three decent sized, well maintained, clean pools and surrounding paved areas. During the day the reps lead various activities in and around the pools such as aqua aerobics, music quizzes, darts and bowling competitions although the darts and bowling equipment needs as major overhaul.
In theory there should be some evening entertainment on the plaza in front of the bar and restaurant but this was, in general, lacking.
On one night Wifey got up and started singing which got the crowd along with our group up dancing and this continued until the end. A lot of people said this had been the highlight of their visit.
The food in the restaurant is decent and there is a wide range to choose from. It’s all self service and it seems everyone is on the all inclusive deal. Breakfast was pretty much the same every day but the lunch and dinner menus did vary day by day.
Next to the restaurant there is a pizza booth cooking fresh pizzas at lunch and dinner time too. They do various pizzas and you take your pick. They do not cook to order so you get what they make.
The bar has a reasonable range of drinks although the spirits are parallel brands rather than the big names. The measures are large and there’s no 2drinks per person per visit rule so you can get a round in for your group when it’s your turn.
From my point of view as a non drinker the coffee machine at the bar and the two machines in the restaurant were a boon but I hate to imagine how many cappuccinos I drank during our 7 day visit
Behind the bar there is a large comfortable indoor lounge area with a big TV and lots of comfy sofas and coffee tables
The staff in all roles were exemplary. They were friendly, cheerful, helpful and always approachable and this applied across all their roles.

Stayed for a week from the 8th June 2024. Overall it was okay, but it was nothing special.
Service & Entertainment - I thought the reception staff were polite and helpful upon arrival, but once you get settled in and go to the pool, bar and restaurant most of the staff ignore you. I found that the staff will talk to the Italian and French customers and it’s like they avoid the English customers. All the entertainment is in Italian / French. Literally not a single word is in English so it was very hard to understand what was going on or get involved in anything that was on the entertainment timetable. It was a shame because they would do quiz nights but you couldn’t get involved due to the only language being spoken was French. I understand there is a big French tourist population that comes to this resort but having nothing open to English speakers was disappointing. The same songs are blasting out of the speakers day in day out, songs that were released over 10 years ago. Don’t get me wrong we love a good classic song, but I just thought switch it up a bit. This goes for the entertainment dancers as well, they must get sick of those same songs they dance to.
Food & Drink - The main restaurant opens at 19:30 (Thought that was a bit late) and the food variety was good, but it’s not always hot. Everyone’s waking into everyone trying to get the food they want, it’s just a stressful situation. If you’re all inclusive you only get a selection of drinks you can have. Anything else you need to pay extra for (including bottles of water) so it’s a lie when you pay for all inclusive. Some of the bar staff can’t wait to serve you and get rid of you. They slam the drink down once they’ve made it and shout for the next customer instead of ‘enjoy’ or ‘thank you’. They also pour half cups like it’s coming out of their wages.
Cleanliness - I thought the resort was reasonably clean, nothing stood out that I thought was disgusting. Cleaners came into your room every morning to change the beds, wipe the sides and mop the floor. Pretty standard cleaning. I don’t think the toilets next to the bar were cleaned regularly. It always smelt like piss and the floors were wet and dirty where customers would go in after being in the pool.

This is an amazing resort if you enjoy a relaxing holiday. The place is huge and has 2 pool areas (one for adults only), a little gift shop and plenty of entertainment. There is nature all around. From the cristal clear water beach, to the pine tree forest, to the pond with flamingos in it. If you enjoy bird watching, there are plenty of different species. There are a couple of towns nearby, but it's about half an hour/ 45 minutes walk. The food is absolutely delicious. Plenty of choice and even a pizzeria next to the bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Food - A good selection of food however a lot of the "warm food" is cold. The buffet is good for people who really like fish. The snack bar is not worth it.
The all you can eat pizza however is extremely delicious, the staff are very polite and cook the pizza from fresh. Highly recommend - Simone was outstanding at cooking the pizza
If you ask for a view, you get good views of the sea, the lakes and the pool.
The walk to the beach is down a gravel path which is around 7 - 10 mins. I would recommend walking 30 mins down the beach to Budoni where the beach is very nice with a lovely restaurant.
You have to pay 2 euros for big bottles of water which is not an issue but worth knowing in all inclusive.
They have a good range of alcohol and drinks, you will have to pay extra for an iced coffee. They also have both wine and beer on tap in the restaurants with is great!
I went when the weather was around 21 to 25 degrees so the sea and pool is cold but you do get used to it.
In the evening they play both kids/adult music with staff to ensure the you kids are satisfied.
we were there for 4 days and visited 3 different villages, all very nice and worth the walks.
They have a football pitch!
Easy to get taxis and rent cars, receptionists very helpful with bookings
We didn't have this but some rooms you have to share balconies
We went in May which meant there was plenty of room to sit outside, not fighting for sunbeds but the buffet did get very busy at times.
The rooms were clean, shower was large and air-con was okay
Overall the staff were incredible, drinks were good and the pizza was excellent.

A great destination for a completely relaxing holiday, if you are the kind of person that has a smile on your face.
The hotel was a great place with super friendly people who all worked hard to make it an enjoyable time.
We visited over the August holiday and there was a fabulous special evening put on with extra special food, drinks and dancing. All drinks were included for us as well as snacks and food. The food was varied and tasty. The wine from the self service machine in the restaurant could have been colder, but we still managed to drink plenty of it!
We had an under the stars massage, which would have been perfect, but for the loud music coming from the evening entertainment, but still managed to enjoy it. Close to a beach, but it's a little rugged but still beautiful - be careful of the mosquitoes at the beach as the sun sets!
Good evening entertainment, great for families and the quiet pool was perfect to lounge around all day.
Please consider using reusable plastic cups, rather than the paper cups that were handed out for the pool.
A great holiday overall. Would go back.
