The hotel is really nice, the area is very clean, nicely laid out and quiet. The food is great, varied and fresh. The service is excellent and not intrusive. We’ve had a wonderful time at this resort. There is one beautiful big pool and three smaller (infinity) pools. The pools were some of the best I’ve seen. We stayed a week in budoni, excellent location with market and restaurant close to the residence. Great location near San Teodoro. New clean apartment. Friendly customer-focused staff.

New residence but some negative points: air conditioning for a fee (in 2021 in Sardinia it is a bit bizarre). There is nothing included and everything is extra for a fee - no toilet paper, trash bags, there is only a hairdryer in two bathrooms. The price of the residence is too high for the services it offers.
