Excellent, excellent cleanliness, central place where you can visit the whole village of Buonconvento on foot.

I stayed in the separate albergo part just down the road. The room looks recently tastefully renovated and it was exceptionally clean. Everything worked well and the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was very very good.

Acceptable room but old shower cubicle. At the reception the welcome is splendid. The very kind lady of rare availability helped me in organizing my stay with precious information. Cheerful and enthusiastic, she made me feel at home. Recommended!

Stayed one night off season and wished we stayed more. Laura was a fantastic host and sommelier. Property is beautiful but is remote and is appropriate if you want to immerse yourself in the Tuscan country side. Restaurant is great and convenient. My husband and I loved staying here. We drove up from Rome and stopped at a few vineyards before staying. We had a very nice stay at this villa. It is a bit difficult to find up a challenging gravel road but once you park your car it’s all forgotten. The lady that run the place is so nice and made our stay memorable. Her cooking was extraordinarily good. So if you are in the neighborhood we could warmly recommend this place.

Had a great time during my stay! It’s apartments with kitchen and everything you need. Mara and her husband were super nice and helpful. Only downside for “regular” tourists might be the rural location in the middle of nowhere. If you want to enjoy Tuscany’s calm and natural flair, this is the one for you. Il Burellino is the most beautiful B&B up in the Tuscan hills. The villa we stayed in was beautifully designed and well-equipped. The grounds and pool are stunning. Welcoming and very clean environment sin x the organization of the girls who manage it, we arrived and there was no one waiting for us despite having communicated the time of our arrival after more than 10 minutes of waiting we phoned and after the same time they gave us the keys. Another sore point is the badly organized breakfast, too bad because the structure is a gem.

Talk to the folks inside before you haul your bags up and over the hill, they can give you a temporary pass to drive in the ZTL restricted zone long enough to unload. We stayed at this place on a one night trip this beautiful city. The only issues we had were initially parking in order to get to the place. You need to park on the edge of town (about a 5 minute walk max) and walk in. We also were lucky that the manager saw us walking up because you can't get in initially without someone unlocking the front door. Overall, the room was nice and the location was great...

Our host worked nearby (at Montalcinos best restaurant Alle Logge di Piazza) and was always close. There was an included breakfast at the bar next door where you could chose whatever you wanted (almost). There was also a common area that you shared only with the second room in the building. You had a fridge and could enjoy free tea and coffee but most of all, an amazing view over the surroundings.

Perfect location, super clean, more than enough towels and linens. Perfect for a 2 night stay, we would stay longer if we could! Oh and the view was just stunning!

In the morning they have a beautiful spread of food including "eggs your way", and delicious blood orange juice from Sicily! We had excellent service and a truly memorable meal. This place is a must. It's only open for dinner service and only for 2 hours so you know they are specialists. This is the definition of home cooked food. Absolutely beautiful.
