Great value. Rooms are a bit old fashioned though

Good value - you get what you pay for though! The rooms are fine (I was in a more recently renovated room) - clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast is fine, staff are fine. The rooms aren't anything fancy, and could maybe do with some repainting in places, but the hotel is very affordable so no complaints. Perfect for a budget stay!

We ended up here after having trouble booking our preferred hotels. Front desk was basic service. Not rude, but not outgoing my friendly and not speedy at check out. They did allow us to store our luggage for the day after check out. The room provided us with a clean place to stay. The bathroom was a horrible shade of green. Not a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very old. A/C feels more like a fan. You can set the temperature lower, but nothing really happens. The staff at the reception is quite unfriendly. We said hello every time we walked in but barely got a hello back. Very unhelpful when we lost our bag, which is of course our own fault, but it would be nice to have some level of service. The place is nice. The pool is big and nice but they don't give out pool towels ( they rent though) and you can't bring your room ones. I haven't tried their restaurant. The breakfast is good though. The hotel has free parking. Close to many nice restaurants and beaches.

Spotlessly clean hotel and pleasant and helpful staff but the rooms need some updating. Our aircon wasn't working but was soon fixed however the broken fridge was never mended despite two assurances that it was ok. Pool was immaculately clean. The hot food on the buffet was always lukewarm at most however the food from the menu was hot and tasty.

Huge holiday hotel with all facilities. Relaxed atmosphere. We just stayed one night on a Sardinia round tour. Carpets could be improved, otherwise all was fine. We would take it again. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Elevators fast and sufficient, no long waiting time. The pool was also very enjoyable.

Large property with large grounds and a large swimming pool. WI-FI is not integrated into one network, so you have to switch between networks, the pool of Internet. I was working for a movie and i didn't visits the room, the hotel is very very big, there is an incredible open swimming pool and a lot of open space for eat or to stay under the sun, the staff is very polite and professional. I've been here for about a week 11-20 /08 with my family. This hotel is a very big structure with many facilities available.Good laundry and cleaning services. Very coeliac friendly! With a rich breakfast and only one (daily) menu suitable for everyone. Really kind and reliable staff. I'd suggest it.

The hotel was clean and very well located, which I appreciated. However, I was given a room with a connecting door to the neighboring room (which I did not request), and unfortunately, the soundproofing was very poor — I could clearly hear the conversations from next door. There was also unexplained water seepage from a wall in the bathroom, not from the shower area, and it remained damp regardless...

Hello. The hotel location was excellent. The room was clean but average. The bed was uncomfortable and the decor was spartan. Adequate but nothing special. The breakfast was limited though the setting on the upper floor was a plus. They would due well to take better advantage of the stunning rooftop space they have available. The staff were polite and helpful.

I really liked this hotel! It's walking distance from the train station and the marina and lies within the historical city centre. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great. Breakfast was also decent. I can recommend!

Location is great, right on the beach. Rooms are very clean and tasteful, and the grounds are pleasant with full security gate entrance. All of the staff were lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend this Hotel on Poetto Beach.There are abundant eateries and Beach Clubs along the Lido. However be aware that the full opening season starts on the First of June.

Lovely, small, intimate hotel with a 'little family' vibe in terms of being looking after by the four great managers. Great character this 'converted' Italian villa hotel. Beach just across the pedestrianised road and over ten great restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

The accommodation was in a very good location. A few minutes from the train station. The room was very clean. The view from the 5th floor was beautiful. We got a clean towel every day and it was always cleaned. We were also able to pay by credit card.

Nice place to spend a few days in Cagliari. The hotel is located in the center near the railway station. It's nothing special but if you want to visit cagliari on a low budget this is a lovely place to stay in a good area it's not beautiful and very basic but it's perfect for a short stay. Its surrounded by restaurants cafes and a supermarket only a 5 minute walk. If your interested in seeing the city and the culture rather than a luxury holiday then this is the place for you

Very nice basic hotel. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and the reception stayed up till we arrived at 1 am, then offered us an upgrade on our room. It's very very central easy to walk to from the bus station and close to lots of great bars and eateries.

Excellente location and price to visited the city. The hotel managements/employees are very nice. The only bad point is a bit if noise for the room on the street side. But if you are partying as well I would clearly recommend it.

The hotel was lovely, bright and airy. The room was spacious and well laid out. The pool was small and a little cold. The pool bar staff were a bit inattentive and forgetful.

The king superior room is not for 2 people at all...ultra small, AC doesnt go below 22degrees, theres no iron boards available when you request them, shower door didnt close and the breakfast was mediocre at best for 25 euro per person. Not sure how this hotel is considered 5 stars. Its 3.5stars in my opinion.

Easily the best hotel in Cagliari, Great staff, immaculately clean everywhere

We stayed a few days with my wife and my son, located in the heart of Cagliari, near the port and equipped with all public transport stops for travel. We were greeted with such warmth, and we spent a relaxing holiday.

In a strategic position, in the center of the Marina, near the station and the port, supplied by a myriad of small restaurants and local bars, as well as served by public transport that connects the city center with the various suburbs. Nice and friendly owners, excellent service.

1 star hotel in the center of Cagliari, overlooking via Sardegna where in the evening it is filled with tables and people. Despite the centrality, the night passed quietly. There is no need for a restaurant because the beauty is to choose the rooms in the alleys. Thanks to the owner who made us feel at home. Really worth a visit.

Located in the heart of Cagliari the friendly front desk staff are what made this hotel a memorable one for us. Roberta, Joel and Lorenzo in particular were all very welcoming and helpful. They helped us maximise our 3 day visit and accommodated all our requests. Attended a conference. Didn't stay either can't comment on the rooms aside from the conference room which was great for a 75-100 person conference. As part of a larger group, I booked 4 rooms for a week long stay in Cagliari. This hotel is excellently situated, close to both the marina and also bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms look better in pictures than in real life. It was clean but really old, the rooms are not sound proof and the wifi didn’t work. The staff was nice. Concierge guys are super friendly and helpful. I found our room clean and okay however instead of providing us 1 big bed, they combined 2 single beds so my boyfriend and I sunk in the middle 😂. Good hotel with excellent food and friendly people but the location is not ideal for a summer holiday with kids because the location is industrial and next to a tank station and a busy road. When you try to discover the neighbourhood you may end up one street ahead with street hookers.

So far, at first glance it is very beautiful, and quite large. Now let's see how you sleep. SECOND DAY. I woke up, and slept very well, then went down to the first floor, and had a very good breakfast. Excellent location. Rooms are dated and need fresh paint. The floor could be cleaner. They have central air conditioning and it's not cold enough. Toilet seat in room 201 needs to be replaced.

You can walk to the center of Poetto beach in 15 minutes, and to the extreme western part by bus in 30 minutes, taking into account the waiting time for the bus.
