Very well located, rooms are functional but. first night I had a room with window in the street and was horrible, plus walls were like from paper. you could here everything from hall

Fortunately I was so tired so I could sleep 😂🤣. In the morning I could hear a domestic fight with screamings a drama

Great location in the center. Nice small bar and good breakfast. Rooms and furnishings are very dated but clean

The pool is big and nice but they don't give out pool towels ( they rent though) and you can't bring your room ones. I haven't tried their restaurant. Close to many nice restaurants and beaches

Spotlessly clean hotel and pleasant and helpful staff but the rooms need some updating. Our aircon wasn't working but was soon fixed however the broken fridge was never mended despite two assurances that it was ok

To the sea 5 minutes walk, the beach is rocky and covered with algae. Near the hotel there is nothing, it is necessary to go 10 minutes to the nearest restaurants and shops

Rooms need updating, but have wonderful sea views and a spacious balcony. Bathrooms are large, have everything you need. Daily cleaning, change of towels and bed ECO System. Breakfast odnoobrazny, but lots of choice

Large property with large grounds and a large swimming pool. WI-FI is not integrated into one network, so you have to switch between networks, the pool of Internet

Elevators fast and sufficient, no long waiting time. The pool was also very enjoyable

There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, nearest supermarket just 4 min away. Just you need to travel to a nearest beach

The Staff was awesome. The food was reasonable and delicious. It's location is perfect. Close to the City and close to the Beach. I stayed for an extended period of time, loved every minute there.

We spent 5 nights and really enjoyed it. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, free air conditioning (you can use it during day and night times), frequent room cleaning

Good breakfast especially if you like sweet treats, plenty of different cakes, musli, croisants. Cheese, ham, eggs, juice and coffee/tea also at self-service

For dinner restaurant had complex offers, which we tried and enjoyed, lovely food, portions and very attractively priced

The lift we used had cracked plastic in the inside that certainly could cause an injury to a younger person. It was also a very old lift that the doors closed on you if someone pressed a button,no door safety sensors

Perfect hotel with underground free parking. I would defenetily come back again. Very helpful staff on reception which is really doing their best for comfort of the guests. Thank you for great holiday.

We have mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, as a 4-star structure, it felt underwhelming. On the other hand, there are not big faults, just a few improvements

Top location , close to the Marina / old town restaurants/ shopping area. Modern structure, comfy rooms & hall, well furnished bar, very good b'fast buffet

The room had a window opening basically on a wall, not the best even though it did not matter as we only had to sleep before an early flight. It was clean and big enough but floor panels needed some maintenance

You can grab the deck chair from the hotel (for free) and place wherever you like! There are few restaurants (within 100 meters distance) which are cooperating with the hotel were you can get delicious food (OTIUM and their pasta with shrimps 5*!!) As you are staying on the Poetto Beach (one of the longest in Europe) you can grab a bike (again, for free from the hotel) and have awesome ride along the...

The also have a good deal with their restaurant partner on the Poetto Beach who offers free sunbeds + umbrella to Nautilus' guests (the beach restaurant is located only 50 meters from the hotel)

The hotel is very convenient and quiet, the beach is right in front of it and a bus stop to take you to downtown Cagliari is right behind it

The hotel is exactly as advertised - convenient and central location; boutique style; clean; friendly and warm staff who are willing to help (guide on parking, recommendations for food, directions to attractions, etc)

Very good hotel with splendid English speaking service …( met 3 different receptionists, all three were as friendly and helpful ) compared to other places I have stayed in Cagliari this hotel really outranked higher starred places ! Very clean / stylish ( bit Nordic style of wood and spacey light Color’s ) good breakfast buffet and very good location near the harbour and Via Roma

The breakfast is fantastic and has a nice room set for it. The staff made a wonderful set of cappuccinos to go with the food offerings. The room sizes are as we expected for city center locale in Europe

The room was a good size, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean - must have a great cleaning team. The bed was really comfortable. The receptionist was so welcoming, efficient and helpful

The only minor issue was my room was on the main hallway and near reception therefore it was a bit noisy when people walked down the hall and I could hear all the reception conversations

Note - there is not 24/7 staff, which is zero issue for the key based entry at late hours, but plan accordingly if you intend to check-in late

Central location, close to the train station and port, direct bus to the beach, and walking distance to all the main attractions. Service is impeccable and the decor is upscale, like a modern art gallery

Hotel is near the port and central station. Rooms are small and uniquely decorated. Airconditioning was prepared before arriving. The hotel is dog friendly. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The rooms are a little small, but the hotel is pretty and the staff are friendly. However, it is an old building, so there is a smell in the sink hole of the toilet because the drainage facility is not good

I can only recommend this hotel. Their service was the best that I've ever experienced. It was also beautiful. The ocean was clear, the pleace was relaxing and I'd love to come back their again.

Can't fault this hotel, it's excellent. Great location, staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. It's brand new, the design is clean and modern. The roof top plunge pool is a nice touch

This beach front accommodation was fantastic. We stayed in august 2021 and the room was very clean with very welcoming people and always willing to help you, to give you the necessary directions

Lovely staff, right across the road to the beach, large rooms, excellent cleaners, good breakfast for a small place. The rooms aren't fancy but more than what you need for a lovely Sardinian holiday

Right at the wonderful long beach Poetto with several Beach Clubs around. We had a wonderful junior suit, which was really big and wonderful decorated and very private

You can catch the bus into Cagliari for €1,30 to explore the old town and recommend renting a car to do some beach hopping. The countryside and coast is spectacular

rooms are straight forward, cosy, friendly atmosphere and clean. inner yard is friendly with lots of seating options available, but very hot, no shade (beginning of september)!

emerson private beach right in front is a perfect location for time/days on the beach. adjacent dinner place is good, breakfast is served their too, with ok selection of food

The first time I went on his boats was with my boyfriend, for our anniversary, we spent a romantic night on the boat, with all the comforts it has to offer, a TV, a kitchenette, a comfortable and very large bed , and on the mezzanine floor there is also the possibility of having a comfortable breakfast on a sofa with a sea view

The boat ride was the most fun I've ever done, including: tour guide, snorkeling with wetsuit and all the equipment already included, excursion to the sea caves of Cala Fighera and water games with canoes, water skiing and surf! All fantastic and Andrea is a terrific person

An experience to be redone another 1000 times. I've been on a boat twice with Andrea, a golden person, cheerful and easy-going, one of those people who after 10 minutes of talking to him you seem to have known forever

In addition to the night on the boat, the package also included a boat ride and an excursion to the caves of Calafighera (wetsuit, torches, flippers, mask and snorkel included) to end with an aperitif on the boat

Unfortunately, surprised by the bad weather, we were unable to finish our tour, which also included water games, and for this reason, with great pleasure, we returned on another date

Stefano the host was so good to us, he arranged football tickets, booked tables in restaurants for us and recommend great beaches for us to visit

There are plenty of bars, restaurants and small shops in the area, many of the city landmarks can be reached on foot. The bus that brings you to Poetto beach stops just across the street

Stayed at The Cagliari Old Town B & B for 5 nights with my partner in August / September. Can not recommend this place highly enoight. Great location, super clean, excellent host and very good breakfast each morning

ALL about this place was amazing! We spend 4 nights there, Stefano and his wife Laura are amazing people. The location is perfect, were been there in the highly summer and the tips about the city was precious
