Clean hotel, the structure is located near the sea, the room was very welcoming and throughout the structure there was a very pleasant scent, the bathroom was small but with a large shower, we stayed 3 days and the cleaning with the change of towels was also daily I must underline the kindness of the managers and the excellent welcome. I highly recommend the structure to everyone.

Two nights stay in quadruple room, Hotel conforms to the category, positive note for the staff, kind, friendly and always available; excellent location, very close to the sea and a few minutes from Noto and Avola; advised.

Everything just perfect! Nice personell, Nice room, perfect breakfast. And there is a restaurant in the neighbourhood with Michelin standard.

Beautiful location. The hotel is lovely, the swimming pool is great and the staff is just amazing. I would strongly recommend it.

It has a rural charme. Very clean. But not made for families with small children. Be careful when making a booking. Without telling, there are very strict cancellation or change rules. Had no customer orientation or flexibility in that regard.

Beautiful secluded place. Very friendly helpful staff. If you want to go out you will need a car!

This place was even better than we anticipated. The breakfast was fantastic - plenty of locally sourced meats, cheeses and salad, along with croissants, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee. Very pleasant eating said breakfast amongst lemon trees on the outside terrace. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Always happy to make recommendations as to places to visit and eat. The places are fantastic hotels very poor

It was low season but still a bit disappointing that some of the features wasn't available. The masseur never showed up, the spa was out of order, the sauna took 2 hours to fix, and the rental bike had flat tyres (though it was also free to ride). The restaurant is next door and would as well get 3 stars. When I was getting to Noto the public bus got cancelled and I had to call the hotel. The manager...

Molto bella la camera tripla, ampia con arredamento moderno e funzionale (migliorerei un pochino l'insonorizzazione) un bel bagno, molti punti di appoggio assai utili in vacanza. Ottima soluzione per villeggiatura a Marina di Noto, molto frequentata da famiglie con bimbi. Small hotel carefully managed with some 4-star services. Recently renovated structure, spacious rooms equipped with everything. Staff available and attentive to needs. Good quality cuisine and available for customization. Strategic seafront location for visiting the area. Suitable for everyone, especially families. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay. Close to a nice beach. Food not so great: better look around in the village or other towns which are very close.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool, rooms and facilities are superb. The staff are amazing and made us feel so welcome. The staff worked so hard to make sure we were happy. A huge thank you to Sebastian who really looked after us and made our holiday so lovely. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back in the future!

Wow is the word, If I could give 6 stars I would have done it. The place is magic, sunny, relax and nice people. It is in a strategic area where you can move easily and have a lot of things to do nearby. I loved the Italian food made house and the room was so clean and comfortable. We will defiantly come back again next year. Superraccomended

The hotel is lovely, but to the good beaches 30 minutes to go.

Wonderful people who run a beautiful property. Out from the hustle and bustle of downtown but convenient to the sea. It offers service of bed and breakfast (varied, tasty and delicious!), but there is a restaurant for dinners in the garden. It also has a beautiful swimming pool.

The 4 stars are exaggerated, the room was nice and with a wonderful garden. A difficult position and not exciting, even if convenient to reach Noto and the beaches of the south. Rooms scarsine for a 4 star hotel: fridge, 80s, soaps scarce and counted, safe box (2 euros per day), bed quite uncomfortable

Beautiful location, lovely grounds, cute little bungalow, spotlessly cleaned every day. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. For Italian standards there was a wide selection of local products for breakfast, both sweet and savoury. Everything was very tasty. next beach is 20mins walk or 5mins drive away. Lido di Noto. The B&B a few steps from the sea is a strategic place to move and visit the whole South Eastern area of ​​Sicily. Our plan was to move every two or three days to visit this part of Sicily but we verified that Noto was perfect as a base point and the B&B Ansise contributed in this choice. We were looking for a self-catering solution in Lido di Noto and instinct led us to this B&B run by Ada Corrado and her sons, an exceptional family! Perfect choice! We stayed in a delightful and comfortable studio apartment equipped with all comforts, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Convenient parking under the house. A few meters away are beaches, bars, restaurants...

I found this place by chance, and we were lucky to have found it. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean (they clean your room every day) the owner together with her Son will make you feel at home. My partner and I eat salty in the morning and they prepared the salty breakfast (very good) just for us. Fresh and good food. GOOD coffee. The small garden outside the b & b is very nice and welcoming....

Excellent location, very close to the free beach and the lidos. Very clean rooms. Super nice and helpful owner. Abundant and varied breakfast. Excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend it!

Great welcome, hospitality and availability on the part of the owners. From the garden, to the veranda where the breakfasts took place, passing through the room, everything was excellent and very comfortable thanks to the location close to the beach.

Get a great pool house in Avola. Air conditioning, TV and washing machine available. Own small terrace overlooking the pool. Owners live in the main house with two adorable dogs. The pool is super nice. It is not far to the beach, the most beautiful beach is in Noto, one village further. We recommend. In the evening you can have a nice meal in Avola and have a drink on the promenade.

BECAUSE THERE IS ALSO A LARGE ENOUGH SWIMMING POOL.

Gospodarze bardzo przyjaźni i pomocni. Spędziliśmy bardzo miło urlop w tym miejscu. Pokoje są bardzo ładne, czyste. W bardzo bliskiej odległości znajduje się piaszczysta plaża, restauracje. Bardzo dobre miejsce, polecamy.

Clean and spacious room, inside the owner's house, who is all too kind and present during the stay. Lido di Noto is unfortunately a somewhat isolated place, with few services for those who stay. Too bad because it is a beautiful place. The b & b is a stone's throw (literally) from the sea, with equipped beaches and an endless free beach.

Bb in a strategic position, right in front of Lido Azzurro. The owner Tania, very nice welcomes her guests with an extraordinary Mediterranean smile. Excellent cleaning. In the morning rich breakfast with fresh fruit salad.

Excellent location, 150 meters from the beach of Lido di Noto and a minimarket. At 1.5km there is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, La Pizzuta, and within 15-20km there are the most beautiful beaches of the Vendicari Oasis, Noto, Avola...

Excellent structure a stone's throw from the sea, spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast, the owner Mrs. Tania an extraordinary woman, helpful and so kind, I felt at home, I will definitely return.
