Refused to stay here. Construction going on, front entrance uneven flooring. Smell musty, afraid might be asbestos. Picture does not show any renovation.

Very bad, really bad! I called the facility on JULY 12, 2023 for AUGUST 9th to book a dinner via Smartbox, I was told by the owner's son to send an email to the facility, which was done immediately. Not receiving a response after 1 week, I decide to call back and I am told in a rude and rude manner that I must stay calm and that I will be answered. On July 27th I decide to return to the facility, the email hadn't even been read and yet it was practically at the top, at this point I am GUARANTEED that within the first days of August I will be sent a further email to confirm the booking because apparently they still hadn't studied the plan and reservations for August. This morning 7 AUGUST I show up in the building I kindly ask to speak to the owner's son and he doesn't even bother to introduce himself, but through third parties I find out that it is closed and that they are on holiday and that in these cases they take the luxury of CANCELING reservations when they are few.. truly professional, you deserve to close as is happening.

Well designed hotel and beautiful facility. breakfast is normal but I recommend reviewing the details as there are some things that could be improved (a little widespread dust, small parts with rust spots...)... slightly high prices compared to what the hotel offers

in the object what I believe to be the problem of this structure. Staying in a 4-star hotel makes you think of a certain type of services and benefits that aren't actually there. I'll try to talk about the critical issues. As soon as you enter there is a strong feeling of staying in a structure that could use a good refresh. Everything appears "old" but this could be the proposed style and so I come to terms with it. Much less so when I enter the room where the flaws are obvious. The mattress is low and uncomfortable, everything appears shabby and very worn. Then you enter the bathroom and you have the impression of entering a 60s bathroom! The bathroom toilet seat is ruined. The rod that holds the shower towels is broken, I only had to touch the towel to see the towels and rod fly! The cleanliness is sufficient and finally the breakfast is sufficient, plentiful in offering, but not of high quality. In light of what has been said I made a compromise in the final judgment. If it were a three star hotel the rating would be better given the consistency of the services with the level. since it is a 4 star structure the rating is necessarily lower. Who would I recommend this hotel to? I'll be the first to say who I would not recommend it to, that is, young or old couples who pay attention to details and are allergic to the demon.

I received a smart box as a gift for my birthday for a weekend in the countryside, too bad that when I went to see the places to choose from they were all questionable, peripheral places and 2 star hotels. We therefore opt for Campobasso where we often go for family reasons and so we said to ourselves we have the stay paid for. Too bad that the nights for two were 1 with a supplement of 10 euros given the 4 stars. Booking results in 1 de luxe room, 1 aperitif, 1 DVD on Molise and buffet breakfast. Arrival in a normal room, without accessories such as a mat, shower cap and in the morning even with cold water. 18th birthday party hosted on the terrace which kept us awake until 2am. Not even a sign of the prosecco with finger food on arrival and the DVD. What about smart box rip-offs. Luckily we won't be returning. The all-round doorman was very kind, I must say, except only him.

Very good location, the structure decorations and layout are very unique, the roof top terrace is outstanding. Very nice place to have private parties and weddings . The rooms are fairly spacious with comfortable beds.
The self parking was good and the included breakfast was great
Price is very reasonable and the stuff helpful .
As a suggestion I would use bigger flat screen tv in the bedrooms and some information booklets with the list of all the amenities and services available for the guests..

Family treatment . Friendly staff and excellent cook . Ask for tagliatelle with porcini and truffles ! Must have !
