Lovely setting with fabulous views across the lake, town and mountains. Very nice pool and enjoyed the verandah to sit and admire views. Short walk into town to waterfront, bars and restaurants.

Although the owner were generally nice and the property looked really good overall, a few things were disappointing: • No AC in a incredibly hot and muggy apartment • The toilets were smelling of urine (a faint reminder of public toilets) • The room was infested with mosquitoes • There was a 'tourist charge' in the end which was not communicated initially • The sofa bed was partly broken • Noisy road...

Beautiful apartment, clean, with breathtaking view of the lake and town. Bikes are available at no charge, great to get to the beach, shopping (otherwise about 10min walking distance). Free parking, onsite gym, pool, washing machine (for charge). Owners are readily available for questions, requests.

The BEST place to stay in Cannobio!

Thank you very much for welcoming us, we were searching for a place for the night and you could host us easily, with kindness and warmth ☺️ The hôtel is simple and clean, and the staff extremely nice and welcoming, exactly what we needed - with a very nice breakfast as well (lots of fruits, eggs, etc) Thank you all!

Hotel staff was very friendly. Complementary breakfast was typical for budget European hotels. Parking is minimal. Overall property was ok. Room had minor items in disrepair...peeling wallpaper, balcony door handle broken, shower doors leaked water on floor. None of these concerns would prevent me from staying a few nights; however, I would probably find another hotel for a longer stay.

Nice clean room, romantic with shutters. You rarely see that. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not self-service, but you got everything you liked.

The rooms are ok, the bathrooms are quite well equipped but the service is awkward. Did not feel welcome at all. There was an issue with the heating in our room, which was dealt with very impolitely.

The location was perfect! Your staff were very helpful and friendly. Was great that the front desk staff could communicate to us in English as we did not know any Italian. They were able to arrange transportation for us and also connect us with family living in Cannobio. All in all a terrific experience!

We where just in the restaurant and it was delicious! Waits are very friendly. Toilets are nice and clean 👌

Ive eaten all over this region for decades and this is a particularly good example of the wonderful local cuisine beautifully reinterpreted in a gastronomic yet unpretentious style. It doesn't get much better than this and prices are very reasonable. Its also a hotel that seems very nice.

The Antica Stallera was a good choice considering it being a three-star hotel. The runner up was the Hotel Cannobio, but its price did not convince us. Antica Stallera gives you a guaranteed spot for your car and it has all the charm and convenience a hotel in such a touristy place should have. the bathroom was rather poorly lit. The shower was excellent. The room was cold on arrival, but responded to the heating controls.

It was amazing experience in Cannobio. Francesco and Chiara so friendly and professional hosts. I like their apartments, and I really in love in coffee, croissants and cinnamon apple pie that Chiara serving for the breakfast. They gave me suggestions for Cannobio restaurants and walking trails, they supported me before and during my arriving. Would highly recommend this place! And would like to return...

Very good B&B in the centre of cannobio. Chiara and Francesco are great hosts! The rooms are big and recently renovated. We also really enjoyed the rich breakfast with great coffee! We are looking forward to our next stay at antico borgo B&B!

It was a nice small hotel which is rather new. The room was moderne, clean and a great balcony. The bed was comfortable, bathroom with a big shower was perfect. Breakfast was good and served in the garden. location is only a few hundred meters from the boulevard and lakeside. The beach is at walking distance. Cannobio is a great place to spend a vacation.

It's an expensive B&B, not a hotel .. and over-priced for what you get. Very clean rooms, but plain with zero atmosphere, and ours had almost no natural light. Staff all gone at 8.15pm and hard to find at check-out. They want you to pay when you arrive. No facilities. Near the promenade, what is very nice. But the road in front is very noisy in the night and the bathroom is too small. No breakfast possible. But for one night it's good enough.

Views from the apartment were beautiful, one could enjoy them both from the inside and outside thanks to a big window and a terrace. Free bike rental was handy since the apartment is not right in the city centre, but even without a bike, everything is quite close. Both the kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped, clean, nice, modern.

Accommodation in a beautiful location on the edge of the forest with a garden and bread roll service. Very warm hosts who are always there for you. The accommodation is a bit remote from the center. You can walk to the old town in about 15 minutes. Since the accommodation is nice on the edge of the forest, you have very cool rooms and a nice retreat.

Beautifully located facility, which is off the beaten track, but still within walking distance of the city center in about 15-20 minutes. From the balcony we had a great view of the mountains and lake.

We stayed there for two weeks with our dog and it was very nice. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The garden connects directly to a hiking trail in the forest. Therefore also well suited for a holiday with a dog. The bread service was great. If you stay longer, you should bring tea towels. These will not be changed

Definitely worth it as although the campsite itself is not large since it is on the side of the mountain and split in various levels, the view of the lake and the mountains is spectacular and the private beach great!

We rented out 5 mobile homes and three bungalows The Bungalow I stayed in was really nice and spacious. Bathroom and kitchen one double bed and two single beds. Was a great experience

nice camp directly next to the street at Lago Maggiore. Beautiful view over the lake. the camp itself is in an elevated position, the way to the private beach is short and the beach itself is a very calm and beautiful place. no luxury camping! I don't recommend for snobs.

Beautiful riverside location, short drive to Cannobio. Excellent restaurants on site. Clean swimming pool. Mobile home was well equipped and clean. Uncomplicated. Nice atmosphere. Very pretty site, lovely vegetation.

The customer service is correct but on the other hand for the price we did not have to pay, we could have had towels for the shower or some pet paper for the toilets and not take our things with us otherwise the comfort level the beds are large with some small beds I recommend this place for campers and not for tourists for the price offered you have hotels with much more suitable means I put one...

One of the most beautiful camping i ve been to yet! Next to a small river (where you can take a swim) - small shop with good prices and fresh food. Very clear and nice places to put your camper or tent. Recommending this 10 out of 10

Really helpful staff, great location. Facilities are excellent for families. I give it 3 stars only because we didn't have kids so the price of each day felt a little steep. We spent 5 nights there though so must've liked it.
