Average hotel in a nice spot. Breakfast was very nice with good coffee, wide range of choices and a few tables outside to enjoy the morning.

The Hotel has in my opinion the best spot in Maccagno. Only a 2min walk to either a bus stop taking you to Luino or to a ferry stop from where you can visit almost every city at Lago Maggiore. For a low budget including breakfast, I can definitely reccommend a stay at Hotel Torre Imperiale. The rooms are clean and the Service is really kind. It’s an amazing place where every single request is met with attention,love and comprehension. I have celiac disease and the breakfast and attention that I received couldn’t have been any better! Room is very clean and has recently been modernized. I have a single room and the only downside is that my (private) bathroom is in the hall, meaning you have to leave the room when using the bathroom.

Fantastic lake view. Wonderful staff. All in all a pleasure. Did not like paying 45 Euro cleaning fee AND they require you to take out your trash and wash dishes! No linen or towel changes and only 1 roll of toilet paper!

Golfo Gabella was a wonderful pleasure. The Resort is all in all perfect - we had a nice and clean room with a fantastic view. This is an extremely beautiful place. It is directly on the lake. The gardens overlooking the beach and lake are beautiful, with many nice places to sit or lie down and relax. The apartment was lovely -- spacious, new renovated bathroom, and well-equipped kitchen.

We stayed in a vacation rental with 3 dogs. So very dog-friendly, rooms are also cleaned here daily, I don't know that about holiday apartments, I think they're great. Breakfast great! Very nice and very clean room. Hearty breakfast in a lovely setting, even the products are not homemade. Only negative point, there are no shutters in the room and the curtains are not blackout which means that the street lamps light up the room too much at night which is very unpleasant.

I had a wonderful time at this very cute b&b. The room was nice and clean. During thr night ut’s a bit too bright, beacause of the lanterns, and the white curtains don’t help. Anyway. The b&b is located a bit out of town (which is a good thing; less tourists and an amazing view on the lago) on a hill. The rooms are all you need but not very big. The breakfast is really excellent with everything you possibly want. During your stay you can get free coffee and water and a bottle of wine cost you 7 euro! Undescribably amazing

The breakfast table is always superb. Huge choice of fresh fruit, pastries, meats and cheeses. Also champagne, fresh fruit juice and a basket of vegetables to make healthy smoothy. An ample supply of hot drinks.

Had a wonderful experience. Stayed in the Spa Suite and loved it. Sitting in the jacuzzi hot tub with views of the lake and Mountains was the perfect way to relax and enjoy our vacation. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Plus the staff were always available and happy to help.

Ive eaten all over this region for decades and this is a particularly good example of the wonderful local cuisine beautifully reinterpreted in a gastronomic yet unpretentious style. It doesn't get much better than this and prices are very reasonable. Its also a hotel that seems very nice.

The Antica Stallera was a good choice considering it being a three-star hotel. The runner up was the Hotel Cannobio, but its price did not convince us. Antica Stallera gives you a guaranteed spot for your car and it has all the charm and convenience a hotel in such a touristy place should have. The B&B is in a perfect location, very central and not far from the water front. Stefano is a great host giving us tips and ideas for our day trips. He also recommended good restaurants nearby. The room was amazing, very good size and I personally loved the jacuzzi after a day of hiking.

It was a nice small hotel which is rather new. The room was moderne, clean and a great balcony. The bed was comfortable, bathroom with a big shower was perfect. Very nicely renovated property. everything was in perfect condition, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very tidy garden with use of jacuzzi. only 2 bedrooms accessed by a spiral staircase. The property was on the edge of main town but a 5 or 10 minute stroll takes you to the centre and avoids any parking issues. Lots of places to eat down by the lake.

The house is within the walking distance of Cannobio, but calm and quiet. The room was refurbished and comfortable, with a lovely balcony, and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended!

Nice two room hotel with very modern rooms and nice hosts. The rooms are large and very modern, the bathroom has all the comforts and is very large. The breakfast was small but had everything you need.
