Only stayed one night but was really impressed. The hotel is very well run and in a great location. I loved the pool, jacuzzi, and generous breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive. As someone who watches prices, I found the value for money exceptional. Came by bus from Switzerland—an easy trip with stunning views of Lago Maggiore. Highly recommend!

The service at this hotel was impeccable, the staffs are really kind. Located in a beautiful spot, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The Italian cuisine was very good, and the hotel's differential is also the transfer to Luino included in the daily rate. Highly recommended.

We liked the atmosphere. It was all ok for our purpose. But since we arrived late at night we had to park our car outside since the parking was full inside. It was ok.

The hotel overall felt very relaxing with its interior and exterior design. I loved its atmosphere. We loved their three-course dinners. One thing they can improve is the elevator. It is very slow and very hot inside on hot summer days.

The Hotel has in my opinion the best spot in Maccagno. Only a 2min walk to either a bus stop taking you to Luino or to a ferry stop from where you can visit almost every city at Lago Maggiore. It’s an amazing place where every single request is met with attention,love and comprehension. I have celiac disease and the breakfast and attention that I received couldn’t have been any better! Fantastic lake view. Wonderful staff. All in all a pleasure. Did not like paying 45 Euro cleaning fee AND they require you to take out your trash and wash dishes! No linen or towel changes and only 1 roll of toilet paper!

Golfo Gabella was a wonderful pleasure. The Resort is all in all perfect - we had a nice and clean room with a fantastic view. We recently celebrated our wedding in Villa Porta and we had an unforgettable event there. The location is amazing and a special thanks to all the staff that helped us organize our big day. Food was delicious and the service is outstanding Special thanks to Lara, Betta and Sumith that did an incredible job. A quality that is almost impossible to match.

What a beautiful place! We stayed there for a couple of nights and had booked two rooms as we were traveling with our kids. The place has a spectacular view over the lake and we especially liked the pretty garden behind the house. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. I am sure that we will be back!

Very nice located Hotel right at the lake. The Hotel has a large beautiful property. The park attached to the hotel is full of beautiful trees and flowers. You can find a large green space to relax in the sun, a playground for kids, a pool for kids, a jacuzzi, daybeds.. and much more. As you walk through the park you can also enjoy a coop drink at the outside cafe/ bar or relax in the wellness area...

We had booked an overnight stay with breakfast. The journey with a navigation system was easy, the entrance and exit for our X3 was a bit narrow, but possible. This is an extremely beautiful place. It is directly on the lake. The gardens overlooking the beach and lake are beautiful, with many nice places to sit or lie down and relax. The apartment was lovely -- spacious, new renovated bathroom, and well-equipped kitchen.

We stayed in a vacation rental with 3 dogs. So very dog-friendly, rooms are also cleaned here daily, I don't know that about holiday apartments, I think they're great. Breakfast great! Here it seems to enter another dimension! Excellent cleaning and nothing is left to chance. The owners are young and dynamic, they know exactly how to please the customer! Moreover, it is a very romantic place, spectacular views and delicious breakfasts. I highly recommend it without any doubt !!!

Nice house on the Lago with nice and very good English speaking owner. The breakfast is extremely rich for a B & B, Wi-Fi is included. Parking nearby footpath 2min. Due to the age of the masonry the lake is in waves and the birds unfortunately very good to hear, impractical if you want to sleep longer than five clock :)

Very nice and very clean room. Hearty breakfast in a lovely setting, even the products are not homemade. Only negative point, there are no shutters in the room and the curtains are not blackout which means that the street lamps light up the room too much at night which is very unpleasant.

I had a wonderful time at this very cute b&b. The room was nice and clean. During thr night ut’s a bit too bright, beacause of the lanterns, and the white curtains don’t help. Anyway. The b&b is located a bit out of town (which is a good thing; less tourists and an amazing view on the lago) on a hill. The rooms are all you need but not very big. The breakfast is really excellent with everything you possibly want. During your stay you can get free coffee and water and a bottle of wine cost you 7 euro! Furthermore the host is so super friendly and always smiling and laughing....

The breakfast table is always superb. Huge choice of fresh fruit, pastries, meats and cheeses. Also champagne, fresh fruit juice and a basket of vegetables to make healthy smoothy. An ample supply of hot drinks.

Stayed here for 11 nights. The people are delightful, so very helpful and welcoming. Ive eaten all over this region for decades and this is a particularly good example of the wonderful local cuisine beautifully reinterpreted in a gastronomic yet unpretentious style. It doesn't get much better than this and prices are very reasonable. Its also a hotel that seems very nice.
