Perfect room, service, breakfast

Very nice and pittoreskt hotel with very friendly and service minded hosts. Really great breakfast and nice surroundings if you appreciate the Italian country side. Perfect place for a romantic weekend or a family trip.

We had a great time! Excellent location of the hotel (50 meters from the beach), excellent food with buffet breakfast and very varied lunch / dinner menu. The room was small but cozy and with a terrace from which you could see the sea. The room was equipped with air conditioning and a mini fridge. Great hotel location. Parking and beach service included. Paolo and his team are always friendly and helpful. Choice of food at breakfast is more than 2 stars. Rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable beds.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. Very family-friendly, clean, beach chairs and umbrellas included. Paolo helps with problems of all kinds (had to go to the dentist) The food was very tasty and varied, requests were also received.

Very clean, nice room near the beach, where sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the price. There are free bikes to explore the area, a small drinks fridge in the room, air conditioning that works well and the staff is very friendly. There is also a parking space for the car. All in all great, especially for the price. We'd love to come back!

Perfect Stay! The hotel is in an excellent location, very clean and with adequate space. The owners, husband and wife are extremely helpful and very nice. Price-quality more than excellent. Surely when I return to Caorle, I will undoubtedly subject to them!

Very nice, clean and welcoming hotel. The staff was really nice. The lady at the bar and the gentleman at the reception are two wonderful people, they make you feel at home. We stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel, very clean and organized, and with bicycles. Close to the beach and within walking distance of the center. Friendly, helpful, nice owners. Fair prices. We will be back and highly recommend it.

Excellent. Good food, clean rooms, friendly staff and circumstances

Hotel located in a strategic position near the center and the sea .. clean room with all the necessary comforts .. amazing catering unique magnificent and to say the least ... Fried fish mussels appetizers sea first courses of fish and meat with relative first choice side dishes .. all very plentiful and fresh .. buffet breakfast .. and then just ask and you are treated like real gentlemen ... staff...

Relaxing holiday in Caorle. Inn convenient to the beaches and the town center. Excellent hospitality, Roberta is always very helpful and friendly. Very clean room and daily change of towels. Highly recommended

Nice, clean and spacious apartment recently renovated. Convenient to the beach, towels and sheets included in the price. Parking area. The only drawback we would not have minded finding a broom .. otherwise excellent choice!

Functional furniture and cared for, clean, full kitchen. The only point against the lack of pot holders for hot pots, detergent for piatyi and toiletries in the bathroom. Also the beds were not made, we had to prepare us with the sheets provided. For the rest, everything is positive. You can buy the daily beach place to discounted price or about 10 Euros instead of 14

We stopped at this inn only one night but it was a very pleasant stay ... The room was very clean and welcoming ... the excellent and plentiful breakfast ... The owner was kind and super helpful ... The only flaw is the shower which is not equipped with a shower cubicle and the lack of TV .. Excellent service!

If there is one star for a living room/bedroom and one star for your own bathroom/toilet/hygiene area, then that has been fulfilled, but when it comes to having a little comfort, things are different. The staff are really nice and friendly, its clean, and the food is amazing.

We found everything we needed. The apartment is equipped with AC, a fridge, gas oven, big cupboards, TV (which we only used one time for a few minutes), a nice bathroom. The size of the apartment was appropriate for us (3 adults, 2 children). Towels and bed linen were available. Villaggio Hemingway also has three pools. The beach is just a few hundred meters away. Rooms and service ok. Location is fine, 10 min to center. Pools are good for everyday. Aquafollie park, just 5 min walk. Lots of children, quite some noise.

Nice aparthotel. Kind and pleasant staff. Very nice pools, one pool even heated. The room itself rather smaller in relation to the price. Supermarket is 500m close. However beach spot is cca 750 m so you walk there for a few minutes.

Great rooms. Pool area is great. It's pretty much near everything, including a supermarket just 400 meters away. Only complaints I have are the quality of the WiFi and the amount of parking spaces.

A beautiful residence close to both the beach and the very functional center, a very nice and well-kept apartment and the availability of the owner Alessandro is unique! Too bad it's low season and we couldn't use the pool! Very nice the fact that from the supermarket you can get to the apartment directly with the shopping trolley highly recommended!

The environment is wonderful, many trees, close to the sea. The beds in the mobile home are comfortable. There was no hot water in the house in the evenings, but this was not an inconvenience because the shared showers were available, which were very clean at any time of the day. There is also a grocery store and restaurant nearby. The campsite's pools are also very pleasant. We had a great time...

The B&B Ca 'd'Artisti is certainly a very good solution for those wishing to visit Caorle and Porto Santa Margherita. In about 45 minutes you can reach Lignano Sabbiadoro and Bibione. The B & B is in fact a villa of the 80s with plenty of space outside (porch, lots of greenery and ample parking). We were there the first week of September. 2 adults and 4 kids. The flat was overlooking the swimming pool, the villaggio is quiet but very close to the beach and old town. Good place to stay for a week or two. We had one room apartment with the garden. It was clean, had everything we need (fridge, washer, aircon, WiFi, umbrellas, sunbeds and even bicycles). Beautiful isolated place just outside Caorle. 8 apartments each room with their own bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, induction hob, community laundry with washing machine, large fenced green space suitable for those with a dog.

We have a Super stay with our 3 kids in Casa Sesta Presa. The appartment we have on the first floor was very nice and was very clean.
