I only stayed for a weekend, but it was a pleasant return after years. I slept on the top floor, and the room was really nice! The restaurant is the only sweet and sour note: excellent service and very kind staff, the portions a bit scarce, but very good.

Good place. Seafront room from dv s can hear the waves, private beach, private park. Courteous and professional staff. Clean rooms. Sweet and savory buffet breakfast. The only flaw, as a coffee lover, breakfast in the morning uses an automatic machine with a soluble solution. I would have liked a bar espresso more. Overall good experience cmq. Certainly if I have the opportunity to review.

Excellent location, family-run staff, exquisite and extremely helpful. Definitely to be considered for another stay.

Fabulous place. A family owned hotel with extraordinary service and charm. Rooms are OK, very clean. Bar with basic drinks and very good coffee. Breakfast is very good (different kind of eggs, bacon, sweets, fruits and vegetables). Near the beach and some nice restaurants. In general: highly recommended. A truly beautiful hotel! Just a few steps away, you're on the beach, where two loungers and an umbrella await you. You can also quickly walk to the beautiful old town and many shops. The parking lot is a bit far away and can only be opened by staff. However, someone was always available and took us there immediately, so it wasn't a problem at all. We chose this hotel for a beach vacation. The beach was gorgeous and very clean. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. Everything was well prepared, and the meals were plentiful. Vintage structure but with spacious and clean environments, both rooms and common areas. Well maintained pool area, friendly and helpful owners. The room needs a "refresh" as the furniture was already there 40 years ago. Other than that it is clean. Large bathroom but the shower has no shower surface and the closure is "artistic". The bidet is missing, replaced by a hand shower in the toilet. Large and clean swimming pool, breakfast not unforgettable, pre-packaged butter and jams, drinks not of great quality. Our stay was truly peaceful. Here we found a truly excellent service both from the owners and the staff, extreme cleanliness and attention to detail. Quality cuisine with various insertions of typical Venetian dishes and really good prices. To top it off, the free beach is just a few meters from the hotel. Family's! They seemed to have known us forever ... jovial, courteous, attentive, thoughtful and very kind. A beautiful family at the service of customers and 4-legged friends. All clean, tidy, near the beach and the promenade of Caorle, affiliated with Bao Beach and near the evening train that takes you to the center. Location next to the beach, good breakfast. I cannot say more good things. I booked direct see view room and received side see view. A washbasin drain in a bathroom was blocked so I had to spent some time to repair it. A shower drain was clogged. The worst air conditioning I have ever seen. Temperature outside 37 degrees and we were not able to cool the room. Dogs are allowed however if you want to...

Friendly and helpful staff, they make you feel like you are in a big family. They reserved us a nice and clean room, the bathroom was very large and the room of sufficient size for the living room. The breakfast is abundant with a lot of choice of both sweet and savory and above all fruit! You cross the beach and find yourself directly on the beach! The room was small , I think this was the smallest room ever where I slept with my family, It takes time to moving away before anybody tries to move in the room. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant, although we didn't book a room with sea view, we were lucky and we got a room on the side with sea view and on the terrace there was always shade and coolness. We had a very good time, the staff was very nice and positive, the cleaning ladies were very hardworking, towels and sheets were changed daily, our room was cleaned daily and the trash was thrown away...

Sea facing hotel with very nice breakfast, staffs are friendly. Room is simple and a bit small, internet not working very well. Hotel do not have swimming pool but include beach umbrella and seats. Breakfast has juice machine can make your own juice. Nice location to enjoy sunrise.

The room is clean and cleaned every day. The bathroom is quite nice so I don't understand the negative reviews. It is 5 minutes to the beach and includes a parasol and 2 sun loungers on the beach. Buffet breakfast is also fine. But I recommend replacing the plastic chairs on the balcony and adding a small table. The price per person is very good and I will be happy to return here if I have the opportunity

Seafront hotel located in the east. The first two floors have the refurbished rooms. Personally my room was a normal size for the hotel stars. Done full board, food fairly good but for my taste the pasta was a little overcooked. Friendly and attentive to guests.

We stayed at the Eden hotel with our 10 month old baby, we had a very good time, very kind and very friendly staff, affable with the children. Great food. Beach service and car parking are provided, albeit 100 meters from the property. Perhaps the "babyroom" service needs to be improved, but the idea is to be appreciated.

Young smiling staff, polite and also available for two jokes and chat. Small but clean rooms with small balcony. Perfect half board with abundant breakfast and dinner in my case always of good fish apart from a tasteless and poor fish soup. Perfect beach and parking available. The rooms are okay...the hospitality is okay... We were here with our daughter, unfortunately they didn't understand when the child fell asleep and we wanted something to eat... After we asked if we could have something in the When we got to the hotel we were told it was completely impossible, we had to make a reservation at least in the morning... We got our food somewhere else and ordered the drinks...
