The rooms are too cold during the winter time but the lady is so kind

Hotel in the center of the village. You seem to sleep in your grandmother's room for dated furniture. The rooms are clean and spacious. On the stairs a strange smell of soup. For one night it can be a valid solution given the low cost, but no more. Breakfast not included in the overnight stay is in no way proposed by the owner.

We only stayed for one night. Convenient because it is right on the square and has a private parking, kind owner. But it is still an old-fashioned and old-fashioned hotel in sanitary furnishings etc .. a bit pricey, but on the other hand it is in the center. Breakfast is not included, for a fee there is a cup of coffee with some packaged Briosch. Don't stay there, just for quick overnight stays.

Beautiful location and Alberto was very welcoming host. Stunning views and excellent rooms. Wi-Fi didn't work for me but did for my sister hence 4 stars. Kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine etc. Clean and well kept. Easy to get to most of Tuscany esp Florence and Siena.

It is not the first time for us. Spacious, comfortable, lots of green around. Sea and city of art nearby. Very kind owner.

Have been here for almost two weeks in May 2022 with wife and son (10y). Lovely runned agriturismo by two sisters and dad working in the garden, pool and playing music :) Contact was very smooth via email and whatsapp. Apartment was fuly equiped with tv, dishwasher and above all Excellent WIFI. We could easily stream TV, video conferencing and playing games. Haven seen such good internet in Italy...

The accomodation has a very nice garden and surroundings, but apartment has old furniture and is not very clean.

Very nice hotel with fairly basic rooms, very courteous and always helpful staff. We did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner but the breakfast was abundant and with various products, the price was good and it is located quite close to the center of certaldo. And half an hour from San Gimignano.

I would never recommend this place unless you have no options around. The restaurant has the same price as other good restaurants in the area. The food is just ok. I had a zuchini pasta.

Cheap clean hotel in the city center. Besides the two stars of the hotel and definitely better than most with more stars. The hotel is on several floors and without a lift (at least I have not seen any), so inquire well before going there. Good hotel, average price. It is noteworthy that there are double glazing (great because there is a bar downstairs that is open until late). The bathroom is a bit small but the staff are friendly and there is a cute little cat.

Cheap place in the center. The courtesy of the owners contrasts with a place that is certainly not fabulous. There is no breakfast and parking is also missing, but if you leave the car only for the night, there is no problem because the paid parking starts at 9.00 in the morning.

2-star hotel, clean, welcoming with stylish furniture in the room. The only flaw is that it is in the LTZ and that it does not have a parking space or scooterone (in my case) rate in August 2015, € 35 per night.

The hospitality, views, accommodations, food, olive oil and wine were simply wonderful. We stayed five nights, enjoying dinner, cooking class, wine tasting with tour of the farm and history. We also learned much about growing grapes, producing wine and Italian wine labeling and rules. Thank you for an amazing experience!

There is no view like this anywhere else in the world. We thoroughly enjoyed our six-day stay in the main farmhouse. This is a very good place to take a rest in the countryside.

Apartment super clean. family atmosphere. pool, air conditioning. Motorcyclists very welcome. The operator Giorgio is super nice and even speaks German. Highly Recommended. I extended it straight away. The prices are fair. €60 in high season, including breakfast. I will definitely come back.

In the middle of the Tuscan countryside, this place 😍 the structure is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and silence. We were greeted by the owner with a smile that immediately put us at ease. Spent 3 wonderful days there on arrival and on the way home. Giorgio went out of his way to look after us, so friendly and kind. The whole property is magical. The pool, the beautiful garden and the fine breakfast. In the meantime we were able to safely leave our car and trailer in the parking lot. We'll be back to continue exploring the area on motorbikes.
