Amazing place, very private and quiet. Natural swimming pool with super soft and clean water. Breakfast was good, no other food was offered though which was a bit of a shame. Wouldn't mind just staying there and not going anywhere else for a few days if only offered lunch and dinner. The staff was very helpful to advice as to where to have a lovely dinner.

Il Paluffo is a stunning villa in great condition! We found our time there to be very relaxing, whether it was by the pool or in the courtyard. Frederica was extremely helpful leading up to our trip and during our stay! The rooms were clean and spacious. We definitely recommend this B&B!

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast and pool are ok and the people are very friendly. The location is a bit quiet but the view makes up for it. As long as you have a car to visit other places this hotel is a nice place to spend the night.

We went to Italy for a wedding and this was the closest hotel to the venue. Overall it was an okay hotel stay, although the place was definitely not the cleanest. Very nice hotel with fairly basic rooms, very courteous and always helpful staff. We did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner but the breakfast was abundant and with various products, the price was good and it is located quite close to the center of certaldo. And half an hour from San Gimignano.

I would never recommend this place unless you have no options around. The restaurant has the same price as other good restaurants in the area. The food is just ok. I had a zuchini pasta.

We stumbled on this place while coming from the other side of the city. The location is very nice, with a quiet and cosy feeling around the terrace. The food was excellent, just what we needed fresh and light.

Wonderful restaurant in a glorious setting. The food was delightful and the service calm and capable. An experience we’ll never forget. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great atmosphere with a great view! The food is also very delicious with friendly personal. It is however pretty costly and not much! So either you order a bit more than usual or you have to go home a bit more hungry than you wish to. We also had to wait quite some time for the food and the final bill. Alltogether worth a visit if you keep the points above in your mind!

Beautiful farmhouse, nestled in the Tuscan hills, there is also a swimming pool! I was only sorry not to have the Tuscan welcome, rather cold staff and also the food disappointed me a little, especially the breakfast, very sparse. I was expecting to taste more typical, homemade things.

Ideal place for a holiday with all the trimmings. Clean apartment with all comforts, wrought iron table and chairs for a breathtaking view between rows and sunset, clean and spacious pool, excellent cuisine and fair prices. Thanks in particular to the owner who is always present, cheerful and professional.

The farmhouse is immersed in the Tuscan countryside, in the middle of the vineyards, has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. We had a nice big and very clean apartment. We had dinner and had a rich breakfast, we had a great time, I recommend it and if I can I will gladly return.

I was there for the pilates classes which take place in a room there, in the middle of the green hills. The place is wonderful, the location is enviable! I did not use the room / apartment service, but just going there to do gymnastics puts you back in the world! Clean air and breathtaking scenery!

Fantastic place in Tuscany. We rented an apartment and it was so clean and comfortable. The service and staff were amazing and the views of the vineyard are second to none. We had an incredible week at Tenuta di Sticciano. Having stayed in numerous Agriturismos around Italy, this one ranks at the top of the list. Staff are very caring and made every effort to insure our family was well settled in. We ended upgrading one of the deluxe rooms to the tower room which was phenomenal. Beautiful villa, perfect stay. Just one thing that should be improved - they charge ridiculously high fees for extra services(taxi, activities, etc), so you'll better book them by yourself.

Stayed here for a wedding and the hotel is nice. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only rating 4 stars as food choice was a little limited outside of the wedding ceremony. That being said the food that was on offer was on great quality. The wine is also fantastic. If not staying here would still recommend a visit to taste and purchase the wine available!

This was one of my favorite accommodations in my Tuscany trip because it was so unique! It’s located close to Certaldo a medieval hamlet in the heart of the Val d’Elsa which is incredibly charming and worth spending a few hours in. It is also where the famous Italian writer Boccaccio (author of Decameron) was born. Bocaccio was a great fan of Dante Alighieri, and our room in Podere Benintendi was inspired...

The apartments are spacious, comfortable and well equipped (including kitchen). Very clean. The location is great - excellent access to Florence, Siena, Certaldo, San Gimignano, Chianti region ... view of the surrounding area is perfect. The swimming pool, fitness center, beautiful garden... Wifi is functional, free of charge - just a bit slow. But - the apartments are on the ground floor, rooms upstairs...

The starters and view was great, but the main course was not that good, okay if they costed 8€ not 25€. And you have to minimum pick two dishes each. Probably the least value for your money in Toscana. Only go for the view.

The Osteria Del Vicario Hotel is good place to stay if you want good views, friendly staff and a comfortable room. We didn't eat dinner here, only breakfast. Stayed 5 nights here, stunning setting. Lovely scenic hill village. Antica Torre del Borgo has excellent rooms and a great Italian breakfast. Saskia was the perfect host. We did not need to ask her many questions but I'm sure if we did she would have answered them as efficiently and as friendly as she did everything else. This b & b is located in Certaldo below. In a period villa, breakfast is served in the garden. The owners are two very hands on people, who dispense advice on what to do and where to go. The room was very spacious and very clean. I must say that we enjoyed it very much

Very nice place, the owners are excellent people and the amenities are very good. The tranquility of the valley is one of the virtues of the novellina, you breathe peace throughout the day. The food is also top quality and obviously the same with the artisan products that they make on site.

We had a wonderful Tuscan holiday here in September 2020. The villa had plenty of room for us, we were very comfortable. The view from the pool is fantastic. We cooked outside almost every night and will never forget our lovely dinners on the veranda at sunset.

Lovely large villa with great views and peaceful location. Old villa perfect for weddings like we used it for. Large rooms with a mix of renovated bedrooms and bathrooms the house does suffer from mosquitoes and ants so pack plenty of spray. About a 15/20 minutes drive to the nearest town with a supermarket.
