The staff are incredibly helpful. You just have to ask and they will be willing to attend to your every need. They are always cheerful and pleasant and wanting to help. We had a wonderful stay.
The hotel is tucked away but the location is also well connected to all the main towns and an 15 to 20 min walk to the train station.

I was here with my mom in april 2010, 14 years ago as a tourist from Sweden. We traveled with several other tourists w a travel agency. I remember that we had a good time. We have visited a place there we ate a good pizza. The place looked like a ranch w planty of olive trees. Then we visited a pasta factory, and they showed us how they make pasta...
Then we went to visit Sorento, Positano by the bus and Capri by the boat...wow! What a trip! Unforgettable!
In the hotell O have been drinking a good vine called Tears of the Jesus ( ...del Christi).
Then, several days later, we paid about 35 euros and visited volcano Vesuvius and Pompeii!!! Because I LOVE history especially the antique Romans , I was blessed to be there! Incredible entrence in the past and complitlly diferent world! Wow! The best part of our trip! My mom visited Hercullanum! Incredible! I had many pics, but over time, I lost them almost all... My usb went crazy and almost all pics were deleted... But memories are still here - FOREVER!
P.S: And what made me give the hotel 5 stars was when my mom had forgotten her golden ring in the toilet. The hotell stuff found the ring and gave it back to my mom! Great deed! Thanks to all those who worked in the hotel by that time - FOR EVERYTHING!.
And congratulations for 4 stars! In 2010 it was 3 stars!

I loved loved loved my holiday with everyone that works at Europa di Stabia hotel! Francesco was lovely and sweet, always greeting us with a smile and a hello and went above and beyond when helping us with our beloved Europa di gatto. The servers were amazing and chatty and always fed us up, even when we’d had a larger lunch and tried to order a small dinner, bringing us lots of bread and small bites, and not judging us for breaking Italian etiquette a little. Even the cleaner was amazing and friendly, making sure our room was fully cleaned, organised and stocked, we never ran out of fresh towels or sheets or soap. I fully recommend it here, from the scenery to the food to the people, I’ve not had a more friendly and welcoming holiday. Thank you so much guys. ❤️ arrivederci, from Emily and Rhiannon. Look after our gatto :)

They charge 20€ per day for their own parking. 10€ euros per day for air conditioning, even though you can barely breathe in their small rooms. They charge extra 7€ euros per day for using their warm fridge, and 5€ euros each time for an iron or hairdryer. Additionally, they demand a fee of 10€ euros per hour for two in pool access!! It's astonishing how many necessary expenses are associated with this hotel. On top of that, there's a 1,5€ euro fee per day for having a car and driving on the streets, payable upon arrival at the hotel, a combined fee of 13€.
Their breakfast buffet offers a limited selection of 2 types of cold cuts and cheese, cakes. Water, juice, and coffee from a machine. There's a lot of noise from neighbors talking, children next door, and noise from above due to poor isolation. The street noise, with honking cars and motorcycles, is also quite bothersome. They even charge 1€ for every cup of ice cubes, despite their refrigerators being warm.
Think twice before booking and consider reading other reviews that have had similar experiences. It seems like the owner responds to all reviews and strongly defends the hotel, so do your research before booking.

Mold in shower. Bathroom grout and floor filthy. Fees for everything. Would not stay here again. Read the reviews and LOOK at the photos. Mario at the front desk is a nice man and helpful.

Hotel Europa Stabia exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, and the pool, though closing at 6 pm, was stunning. The breakfast was a highlight, and it's just a 20-minute walk to the waterfront. The pricing is fair, though extra charges apply for kids. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor considerations.

This place is a gem. We were lost on their doorstep and the staff here got us a room and took great care of our family including a young infant. Peaceful pool and nice central location for exploring the surrounding areas. Very nice complimentary breakfast. But most of all, the staff works as a team to provide the best possible and most comfortable experience for you and the entire family. Hope to come back here again some day!

We spent four nights at this hotel. We had an excellent experience. From the our arrival we were greeted by the owner, Francesco Donnarumma. He was always present making sure that all clients were satisfied and had what they needed. All the rest of the personnel were very kind and helpful. We had dinner twice at the hotel and the food and the service were excellent too. Umberto Appuzo delivered great service and friendly humor. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. The sheets were changed every day. I gave 5 stars to the location because it was a place of peace and relax out of the noise and bustle of downtown Castellammare di Stabia with a well curated garden and a pool. This hotel will remain in my list of preferred hotels.
