Very nice, tastefully decorated place. Easy self-access. Lovely clean room with nice bathroom and balcony. Self service breakfast. Very convenient for town and ruins. Host is very helpful

Great BnB which is located centrally and close to everything important. Marco is a very kind and warm host who is always ready to help and make the stay comfortable!

Very comfortable stay. Looks like the photos. It was spacious and cosy.
Also the area was lit up at night when I was walking home late, which was a good.
Although I didnt meet the host(s) they were easy to contact by phone/text and fast to respond, providing efficient and friendly assistance.
Would recommend this place! Had a nice, quiet and peaceful stay.

Rooms are very clean. Amenities available (tea, coffee, etc). Close to train station and center.

Overall, this was a nice BNB, breakfast and coffee included was nice. But be aware that the host charged us an extra €39 12 hours before checkout (a cleaning fee and city tax) that wasn't included in the booking price - felt pretty under the table. She also threatened to report us to the Pompeii police when we questioned the extra last-minute fee. I would stay here, but ask up front about the costs.
EDIT: Nothing stops BNB operators from being up-front and transparent with extra costs (for example, by informing guests upon check-in of cleaning fees). The cleaning fee was listed nowhere, and from looking at other reviews, we weren't the first to be surprised.

Terrible customer service. They have a lot of hidden fees, so be careful!! And even after trying to cancel my booking after 5 minutes they refused. Find another hotel.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. The room was quiet and exceptionally clean. The service could not have been better. Breakfast was great and amenities available for coffee / tea at any time. Marco went out of his way to help, even driving us and collecting us from the Pompeii night show. Thank you for our stay.
