I just had the best time in this hotel. Staff is amazing! Annalisa is so sweet. I most definitely want to comeback. If you want to have a more relaxing time (not crowded, full of tourists) while still being able to see the ocean, and be able to visit places like Positano, Sorrento and Capri Island, during the day, stay here!

The hotel is truly beautiful and in a great location. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a very large TV. Towels are available for an extra charge, but they are very soft! The staff is truly pleasant and attentive. The breakfast is excellent, and the dinner is even better, always with a sea view. I'll be back!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and were absolutely delighted! Starting with the room—spacious, clean, and with a beautiful sea view! The breakfast was plentiful, with everything from sweet to savory, and the waiters were very helpful and kind. Excursions and shuttles were organized down to the last detail, and the reception staff was beyond friendly! Thank you for everything!

Buyer beware! This hotel practices some deceptive crap! We were part of a bus group that arrived and stayed at this hotel. Some of our group received very nice updated rooms with ocean view and ample space. However, some of us were put in outdated non-renovated rooms with back street or courtyard views! Our room was the size of a broom closet with nonstop sewage smell from the old toilet (no pee trap) and more mildew than grout in the super small bathroom! The AC cooled the window sill and that's where it stopped. At night (around 1130pm or so) we had the pleasure of listening to the staff dump bottles and trash for the better part of an hour through our open window, since the room smelled so bad! My mother's room was a bit bigger, but her shower kept overflowing into the room! Our shower barely drained, so we showered with flip flops on our feet. Our towels were old and worn. Some had stains. The bed had a big lump in the middle and the mattress felt very dated. We all paid the same as part of the travel group. Not sure how they decided on who gets the disgusting rooms! My husband and I own a hotel and we'd be ashamed to rent out a room like that! We complained 3 times and we were brushed off! All they did was put some caulking over some of the mildew in the shower the next day. They do not have any pictures online of these outdated rooms, so not sure how they decide who gets them. Russian roulette, I guess!

Hotel is fine for few nights. It is the best place in that area. Very close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants around. A bit mishmash, luxurious but oldish, some parts need upgrade. Reception staff was amazing, friendly and helpful, excellent service. Bar was beautifully decorated, bar staff also excellent. Room was basic with little balcony to the street which was bit noisy. Smart tv didn't work. The bathroom was small with no storage. The shower was tiny, couldn't move in it, the door didn't close properly, after every shower we had flood in the bathroom. We got new towels every day which was great. Rooftop area is beautiful, we really enjoyed our time there, sunbathing with little refreshing dip in the small pool. The restaurant looks amazing, the views from there were fantastic. Buffet breakfast was nice, good variety of food.
But forget about taxis or uber. Very very expensive. Train station is about 12 mins walk.

We had such a great time at this hotel! The rooms are very nice and tidy and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the highlight is truly the rooftop. The views are breathtaking! You can see both the mountains and the sea and it is so beautiful. We also had dinner at the rooftop restaurant which was really fantastic!

A very mixed stay. The hotel is well located, but several advertised amenities are lacking (non-existent gym, non-existent tennis, non-existent massages). Furthermore, the restaurant and outdoor pool were not actually accessible during our stay. Furthermore, a rooftop party took place without any prior warning, which greatly disrupted our peace and quiet.
The on-site team was friendly, but I regret the lack of information and the discrepancy between the description on the website and the reality. It's a real shame, because the hotel has potential.

Not considerate and wont let me cancel a booking due to illness. Room is not that cheap to waste
