The hotel is beautiful and very well located two Mins walk to the beach and all restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff and great bathrooms and water pressure. Beautiful pool! I loved the lunging areas as well. Very good spot rspecially for the price

An excellent small hotel with comfortable & modern rooms, beautiful breakfast room / outdoor area, great swimming pool, funky bar and multiple lounges indoors and out. Plus parking onsite! We spent 3 days here and loved it. Staff are very friendly. Many restaurants in the immediate area plus a supermarket. Beach is close. We might make this an annual trip!

Oh, we really enjoyed staying two nights in this hotel! It was clean, comfy, cozy and well located (3 minutes walk to the beach) Cleaning ladies are so adorable (say thank You to them, you will see how happy will they be!!!) Receptionists were helpful and friendly. They speak English. Lobby, swimming pool, garden and breakfast room are on point. Everything was great!

The terrace view from our room was breathtaking! The staff was so inviting made us feel like family. Knew our favorite table and drinks after the first night. Place to come and just relax and enjoy the sights or swim in the cove. We can’t wait to make our regular destination visit!

We had the pleasure to stay with Hotel Leopoldo when organising a destination Wedding in Castiglioncello. A lot of the wedding guests stayed here and also our team. Roberto has been nothing else then a star. He was so professional, friendly, replied fast and always was a helping hand. He even took a parcel we've send from Germany. I planned a last minute vacation to Castiglioncello and was so happy with my stay. Roberto was so kind and helpful and told us all the good spots in town and offered to make reservations, hold our bags and always went out of his way to give us an amazing experience. The town was small, quiet, and peaceful and had a magical sort of feeling. It was such an amazing time!

At first, the room smelled like they emptied a whole bottle of chemicals there. A less smelly cleanser would be advisable. At least the room was spotless clean and cool during the hottest summer days. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with parking, bags, advices etc. The breakfast was not really enjoyable but that was not an issue considering its convenient location to the other restaurants...

An extremely helpful Hotel. The breakfasts are good and varied. It is extremely well situated for the coast and for accessing the main road along the coast. Reception staff are very knowledgeable about local restaurants and areas of interest.

Hotel in the center of Castiglioncello but far from the chaos as it is surrounded by greenery. Outdoor pool in the Villa (fantastic) and indoor pool in the main building. Rooms one different from the other, renovated in a very imaginative way. Excellent cuisine with a wide choice on the menu for all tastes. Very helpful staff is nice. It feels like home.

We stayed in the main building of the hotel for a week in August with half board. The structure is not brand new but very well kept, clean and welcoming, the rooms have also been partially renovated. Also in the Hotel part there is a small spa including a sauna, swimming pool with hydromassage and waterfalls; there is the possibility to book massages (as an extra). The hotel staff was amazing. Very helpful and very caring. It's situated just a few minutes from the train station, with shopping and the beach very nearby. I could only give it 3 stars because there is some sort of musty problem in the hotel which severely affected my allergies. If you don't have allergies, then you'll find this a great hotel for your trip.

Nice hotel and good if you want to travel to the inland, but DON'T bathe in the beach 6 km south (Spiagge bianche) because it's TOXIC. The beach is so white because the local factories dumps mercury, lead & cadmium. High cancer rates amoung the inhabitants of the local city (Rosignano Solvay).

No Airco....not even a ventilator.. but you must do this !! What a great place with very friendly people and on a great location . Great old details about the history of this place.. good internet free parking. Very relaxing.

I have really enjoyed my stay and still am. The breakfast is excellent and the gramophone playing at breakfast really fits the"grandeur" and feel of the early days of this hotel. The charm is still very much present,very professional staff. The rooms are spacious aswell.

Very old fashion hotel, nice view on the Castiglioncello sea. Rooms' furniture is old style but clean. Very close to the center and promenade. Free parking is available for guests. Nice garden and garden view of the restaurant lounge. I recommend it!

Cozy residence, we had problems upon our arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned 😱😱 after our heated complaints they took care ..... The holiday went well !!! Rated 10 to the lifeguard of the residence .. Super polite, nice and welcoming!

Building surrounded by pine trees, meadows and hedges, very cared for by the staff, gardeners and lifeguards. The apartments, some on the ground floor, others on the first or second floor, unfortunately without a lift, are very pleasant, even if rather wet, but it is normal since they are just a few meters from the sea. Not all have air conditioning. The descent to the sea is gentle and degrading,...

I was passing by today. I fell badly and hit my head on concrete. I was not a patron yet they took care of me with such kindness. There was no taxi available so the manager drove us to get attention. They all blatantly refused a tip of any kind- such good people ❤️❤️

***- star hotel, great place. Workers are patiente, good dishes. Coffee is incredible (Italian traditional coffee) Incredible sights from room windows. I absolutely recommend it. In italy, Winter is not too cold, they use only heat pump type air conditioners to warming up rooms. It is enough. If You are cold, you need a plus blanket to awoid coldness. Views of the bay from the rooms and restaurant are great and the food at dinner was very nice and reasonable but the beach is a bit cramped

We have been coming to these beautiful apartments for years. They are well maintained, large and with a beautiful view of the sea. There are numerous delicious restaurants in the vicinity. The owners are very nice and always helpful, we always feel welcome. We recommend it with a clear conscience.

Lovely apartment 15 minutes from the white beaches of Vada with a private bathroom and bedroom. Pleasant stay overall. Only negative note air conditioning only for a fee. In any case, totally recommended

We booked last minute just to fill a gap in our vacation however we feel like we had to stay more days. Very nice old villa with a lot of green space outside. Very kind and helpful staff. We only regret we couldn’t try the restaurant next door because it was closed due to COVID.

Beautiful old castle and good location, just a bit noisy in the morning if there's someone above you or when cleaners start vacuuming tiled or wooden floors as sound insulation is almost non existent.

Best location in the village, kindest staff you could wish for, except the old guy in the restaurant who seems to be in charge but doesn't care about anything. In case I'm wrong and he is just mentally challenged I appologize but still the management should do something about it. Don't order the bruschetta because it's not what you expect (not the traditional Italian one) just raw uncooked bread...

Our second year staying at this amazing beach located hotel. Rooms are bright and airy with super comfortable beds. Staff couldn't be more friendly.....extra special thanks has to go to Luigi who insisted on driving us to Rosignano station on the day of our departure! If you are planning to visit Vada look no further, l promise you, you will not be disappointed, this hotel ticks all the boxes.

Quiet, quiet, clean hotel. Friendly, professional staff. The owner makes you feel at home, congratulations. Good buffet breakfast consumed in a large and cool veranda. Stayed in a new and good size triple room, equipped with independent air conditioning. The bathroom is also new and outside there is a balcony with table and chairs. RECOMMENDED!!!!!

while we stayed only 1 night the experience was soo good it’s too bad we couldn’t stay longer. They offered us a free upgrade to a huuuge apartment. Some water and coffee was waiting for us. The host was very helpfull and kind. Apartment are well equiped with everything you need, even dishwasher.

Very nice place. The appartment was very clean. The staff is very helpful (on the reception we got some useful tips for dinner). There is plenty of parking space and the WiFi works smoothly. The location is ok. It’s not near the see, but the pool works just fine. The grill space is a little tight if there are many visitors, but does the job fine.

Nice family apartments. Clean. Good location to discover this part od Tuscany. In February also price-wise was one of the best selection in this part (close to Bolgheri area).

We arrived late (23:30) the staff had placed our key outside for us to collect with a map to our room. The rooms are ok, not much decoration but quiet and comfortable. All rooms have their own water heater so you won’t run out on hot water. Every morning there is a car with newly baked bread that you can buy (around 09:00). The pool is small but the water is warm. The playing area for children...

Lovely hotel with a huge pool to relax by and ample loungers for everyone. We found it to be clean, with neat gardens and friendly staff and a restaurant with amazing food (make sure you book for dinner, people travel to visit it). It's a 5 mins walk to the beach and to a shop in the nearby campsite and 15 mins walk to a small town. The beach was ok, sand quite gravelly but shallow warm water good...

We thoroughly enjoyed this small hotel. Hospitable staff. The restaurant staff were very welcoming especially Timmy from Albania originally. The owner Giovanni started an amazing enterprise. Entire family and his "adopted" family all work together. Very clean roo.( had superior). Clean large pool. Highly recommended.

Cool place for a vacation with children. Between two towns. Comfortable, air-conditioned cottages. Everyone has a small garden in front of the entrance where you can eat, rest or dry your diving and swimming equipment. Beaches quite close. However, they do not impress with views. Better to go to other wild beaches by car. Bicycles available. Next to it, in the town of Ceccina (4 km) there is a diving...

It's a nice park. Not too big and has a charming nature. The restaurant at the park is not the best ever with food but it's a very fun restaurant and the owners are lovely. Helped with my Italian! The pool is big enough but the beds are outdated and s should be replaced and during my 8 day stay the pool had sand in it which they didn't clean out. The houses are great though and have air conditioning

Clean with numerous facilities. Friendly and very helpful people. Apartment good for 2 adults and two children not six adults as advertised. A compound in between areas and local beaches very small and busy. Although peak season still seems expensive and pool area packed.

Good friendly staff. Close to the beach. A small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. A swim cap in needed for the pool (available at the pool shop). The amusement park next door can be a bit loud late in the evening.

It was great value and very clean. Use the pool at 9 in the morning and you can have it to yourself for an hour! About 10 minutes walk to the blue flag beach! Town was quite quiet though

I rest for the second year in this hotel. Very convenient location for travel. I advise you to visit Florence, Pisa, Luca, Montecatini, Walter, Siena, Livorno and other attractions. All these places are located no more than 1.5 hours away by car. The hotel is very pleased with the hospitality of the staff, attention to children. Good restaurant, great clean lap pool. Nice and relatively quiet apartment hotel. Simple swimming pool. Breakfast is okay but variety could be better. Cleaning could be better... And the kitchen equipment is a bit sparse.

From Pisa airport an easy-to-reach friendly little hotel, very nicely decorated. Very kind and professional staff. Free water on tap all day (normal, fizzy). The apartment is well-equipped, the bed is so so comfortable, we loved it, slept very well! Plus a very nice and spacious balcony with a big wooden table and chairs. Thank you.

Great place with nice rooms and service. Closed off area with a great area for kids. 2 playgrounds, pool with kiddie pool and bubble bath. Light breakfast available. Really nice staff and smiles all around. We had a great time, would reccommend anyone to visit. Cecina is a nice town nearby with a nice promenade. The area has fantastic beaches.

The rooms are very spacios and cozy. The staff is kind and is always ready to help. The location is perfect for a tourist who plans to visit the region of Tuscany while being also perfect for a guest to sleep in peace.The food court is very big with different delicious offers of food and drinks.

The location is fantastic, certainly suggestive there are two splendid platforms with umbrella and 2 sunbeds, one very well ventilated, the other much less, certainly a place by the sea for a few well-off, the prices are equal to the customers who are looking for, few people refined customers, some exclusives are paid for, however a very nice place, not for everyone's pockets.

This is a great resort. We stayed in one of their mobile homes but there's spaces for rent camping, vans, motorhomes and campers. I have mobility limitations and they were great to work with but there's a lot of access however in order to get to the beach you will have stairs. I chose not to go down. But there's a lovely vista walk along the water and view points with benches.

Very nice camping. Staff is very welcoming and tents places are good and spacious. The beach is pretty close but is made out of rocks. For those who prefer sand, a mini-beach / tanning area has been built in the camping, which is very nice. The sanitary facilities are very clean. Everything was great, but one disadvantage- Shops with food are really far away and by walk it tooks long to get, and you are not always able to take car
