We spent a week in one of the apartments and had a great time! Clean and comfortable apartment. The owner is very kind and welcoming .. she has always taken care to make us feel good! I highly recommend it!

We've been on vacation for years - but we've never been able to enjoy something so authentic! And Elena and Gretel are the most helpful hosts we have ever encountered! If you are looking for Tuscany and the Italian flair away from tourism: absolute hit!

The apartments are very nice and equipped with everything you need. Rosignano is a small village that offers all the services just below the house from the restaurant to the pastry shop to the baker. We will definitely return. Thanks to Simona, very kind owner

We have been coming to these beautiful apartments for years. They are well maintained, large and with a beautiful view of the sea. There are numerous delicious restaurants in the vicinity. The owners are very nice and always helpful, we always feel welcome. We recommend it with a clear conscience.

Lovely apartment 15 minutes from the white beaches of Vada with a private bathroom and bedroom. Pleasant stay overall. Only negative note air conditioning only for a fee. In any case, totally recommended

Oh wow, this farm house is absolutely smashing in terms of all expectations. The owner Mr Andrea and his family are such warm hearted souls. They took impressive care of us with such good intentions. Beautiful place, excellent cuisine and very helpful and friendly owners. We punctured a tire 2 km from the farm and they came to help change it. Then they accompanied us to the tire dealer 15 km away. The pool is also "fabulous."

The thing I appreciated most, traveling for work is the location: yes, it is in a beautiful typically Tuscan village, despite being 5 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from my workplace (I was away at Solvay). We were guests at the Relais Il Sigillo during the Easter weekend .. stupendous location. Well arranged room with non-trivial, refined, well-kept furniture. Very suggestive environment ... between hills and sea .... silent. Very capable and helpful staff. Recommended for those who are not satisfied with the usual hotels ... Kudos to the owners ....

Laura makes this place absolutely fantastic. 12 points out of 10. Don't think twice you won't find anything better. Breakfast at her kitchen is awesome! And you never seen towels so thick and so soft like hers......

Beautiful and very spacious room in the heart of Rosignano Marittimo. Romantic atmosphere, tastefully furnished and carefully lit spaces. Breakfast is something unforgettable because of the variety, quantity but above all the quality of the products. The bathtub is the plus, the most spacious and comfortable I've ever been in. Excellent choice for a romantic and intimate beach weekend.

Wow! This was such a lovely experience... A beautiful romantic room, so nicely decorated! The breakfast was like poetry, served on a beautiful table, home cooked cake! I couldn’t recommend enough... It is a magical place, as in the photographs. The owners are fabulous, they made us a fantastic breakfast in their kitchen. In addition to having stayed in a wonderful structure, we had the opportunity to chat with two beautiful people who have created this accommodation with love and accuracy. Suggestive location surrounded by the Tuscan hills. The staff is friendly and helpful especially the owner Fabiana! Farmhouse not far from the sea but still equipped with a beautiful swimming pool. I also recommend trying the local dishes on offer. Homemade cakes for breakfast.
