All good. Breakfast the first morning was room service only, think I under ordered slightly but good for the waistline. First day of the stay was a public holiday, not easy to find places open nearby but much better later. Room was an upgrade, Sky, bit lost on me, I don't watch TV.

Great location, friendly staff, super confortable room with an amazing view of the sea.

We enjoyed this hotel with nice personnel, good service and a nice ocean view from a clean and nice room. The breakfast was good.

This is a nice decent hotel just 300mts walking distance from the beach and seafront promenade. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily and made up as a good standard hotel should. Breakfast with a selection of sweet and salty. The elevator broke down and that was the only negative thing so far as it could not be repaired right away.

Cool place to stay, the room was nucez well furnished with a nice and big bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and abundant, the staff was nice and the hotel is very close to the sea. There are cafés, restaurants and shop in the area nearby and you can practically walk everywhere from Niagara Hotel.

The location on the water is wonderful and the beach is lovely. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and there was a good selection of different food dishes.

Awesome place

Great place for vacation, nice rooms, hotel excellent for a family rest, however placed in the center of nothing. No bicycles for rent in place, no attractions near hotel, BUT great animators (if You know italian) and base for sports such like a tennis or archery. The beach is not sandy but only pebbly.

I've been going there for 10 years, I said everything.

Quiet place, near and very beautiful sea. Ideal for relaxing, family holidays but also for groups of children. Convenient area for beach and non-beach bars, supermarkets and also located 10-15 minutes from very interesting places both for the sea and for spending the evening (e.g. Soverato). Recommended.

Nice place for professional convention. They have a superb coffee, bit chairs aren't the most comfortable.

Spacious and very clean room with good beds, good location with lots of places to eat around. Behind the hotel is the place where the younger local drunks are hanging out. The old part of the city is within walking distance. Fair price of 80€ for a double room. Good breakfast.

Located in the historic center of Catanzaro in an optimal position among the characteristic streets of the city. Simple and comfortable environment, very clean, maximum autonomy. My sister and I still want to thank the very kind owner, we greatly appreciated his availability. We certainly recommend visiting this establishment.

The hotel is tiring now. Been going since 2010. Having young children with me who wanted to use pool we ensured the children could play and splash there. This was confirmed to us, by email in advance. However reality is that certain people who i could not conclude if they worked there ensured the children feared playing - shame. They are children and they will splash, its a family hotel and NOT a romantic...

They were accommodating even in the middle of the night; ample rooms, but nothing different than any other Hotel in Calabria. Every manager/owner, should be more creative in making the buildings warmer; fantastic locations and very mediocre or less, ambiance. The breakfast was good and the waiter was attentive.

Big clean rooms but they put us on the front of the hotel even if the hotel was empty. The back of the hotel had a sea view. As it was new year eve everyone was celebrating so u could hear from the parking lot downstairs from our secon floor room

A lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean and the staff are all extremely helpful. Good breakfast and the room was great and the bed so comfortable. Had a cute balcony overlooking the marina. I was there alone and felt very safe during the whole stay. The beach was fantastic too, could book the umbrella and sunbeds directly with the hotel reception. I speak pretty decent Italian but all of the staff...

All that is expected from a hotel in this category. Staff are friendly, helpful and can arrange a variety of additional services i.e taxi etc. Breakfast is great, hearty, choice is fantastic. Rooms are clean, and some come with a great view of the port. Visited for work, stayed for quite a while. Recommended

Hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. However I can't comment on the restaurant as it was closed for renovation for our stay. Parking is quite limited and you may get blocked in. Reception staff was outstanding and we wanted for nothing. This location was the bright spot of our time in the area.

Great location for the very quiet sea

Structure with various types of rooms suitable for all needs, located just 5 minutes from Catanzaro center, 5 minutes from Catanzaro Lido and 5 minutes from the Germaneto University Hospital, near all services. Recommended for everyone.

Excellent structure halfway from Catanzaro and Catanzaro Lido; very comfortable room with all amenities. Ideal for all types of stay. Highly recommended for those passing through the Calabrian capital.

I would give this super hotel 10 stars !!! Location about 15 minutes from the sea. "Sin", if we wanted to define it that way, absolutely negligible given the past experience. The staff, starting with the owner, was a kindness and helpfulness never seen before. I stayed in the hotel for half a day, as the booking made by my agency was confirmed at the last minute and I had already planned the weekend by the sea.
