The place is in a great location and with the best hospitality I could ever had in this location, the owner is a very kind and helpful person, everything was above my expectations !! highly recommend it !!

Personale cortese e disponibile, per esempio per il self chech-in. La stanza era pulita e ordinata, spaziosa e con arredamenti nuovi. Il bagno carino e luminoso. La posizione era perfetta per le mie esigenze.

as a location it is not the best close to a sports center but the room despite being essential is valid with wifi, air conditioning, TV and mini bar that must be covered with something as the light inside it causes the transparent door, at night it is Very annoying!

Location-wise, it's a little far from the city, but the staff offer rides as a service. The breakfast is nice. Staff are friendly, but only one can communicate in English. Despite this they are allbalways willing to help. There is a pizzeria right beside the b&b where the food is great.

Great hotel just outside the old city center. They offer free rides to the publicense transit stations which is nice and the hotel staff are very understanding. Would stay here again.

We are on a business trip and were looking for something simple for one night. Found the B&B Porta di Mare and are very pleasantly surprised. Very nice rooms, nice bathroom, great reception. A very nice place in the middle of Catanzaro.

The essence of a hotel welcome in a B&B. I appreciate the simple, white, spotless and "crunchy" bed linen. Comfortable bed. Redeveloped bathrooms. Perfect water pressure and abundant shower flow. Good breakfast and great availability. comfortable to the max

Very nice and nice B&B, good cleaning of the rooms and common places. Excellent and abundant breakfast. The girl who welcomed us at check in and who followed the breakfasts was very kind and helpful to provide us with any necessary help, including indications on places to see in the area and restaurants to dine.

There are parking place, but there is not enough place to park all guest cars. Actually there is one or two places. There missing some litle things like a mop...
