Ok place but I went on the winter so didn't see the holiday atmosphere. Pheasant people there. Small rooms no English speaking TV. Minimal breakfast. I would start here for the TV and breakfast reason. If that didn't matter to you then it's fine but small rooms... Very small the one I had.

Renovated podium structure, nice room, spacious and clean, great location, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. We wanted to take a day trip to the island of Elba and Ilaria immediately activated to give us directions / book the ferry, highly recommended, if we have the opportunity we will definitely return!

For a three stars hotel you get what you can expect. Location is great. Rooms are quite comfortable but beds could be larger. We had good experience dealing with staff. The view from the top floor is astounding.

That was a great experience. For us it was really important that the hotel is close to the beach. Our room was small but really clean and cozy. There was the best breakfast we have had in italian hotels. Really delicious coffee. There was a little problem when there were many people having breakfast 2 stuff people in the breakfast area could not have cook, clean, make coffee on time. I think here...

Very ordinary hotel. The hotel needs a lift, its most falling apart(the outside part) the rooms are small. Location is very good.

The brontina is the gourmet pizza, the more good you will EVER eat in your life. It is balanced and exquisite. Kudos to the pizza chef!!!!

We liked the position of the hotel and the lovely garden area in front. It was great to have breakfast in the garden or to just chill in the shade in the afternoon. The beach is just five minutes walking. The staff was incredibly polite and was always there for any questions. The breakfast was really good

Had a great stay. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Very close to the sea with a nice walk through a pine forest to get there. Big plus was the comfortable romantic garden. Dinner was also quite good.

Excellent Hotel at an excellent location next to the beach. Rooms (Junior suite) were very clean and specious. Staff working at the hotel are extremely friendly. The terrace with the swimming pool on the 5th floor is unbeatable. Special thanks goes to Federica, Lara and Lorenzo for their valuable support during our stay.

Upon arrival we discover that we do not have a parking space, that we do not have an umbrella which for a 4 star must be discounted especially after paying that amount. Parking: I had to go to make a season ticket and park in a public parking lot where any person can damage the car, even involuntarily. Great new hotel, directly at the beach, spacious rooms and suites at very reasonable prices, very nice and helpful staff. A great place to stay!

We stayed one night in the residence: beautiful room very well furnished, equipped with everything and very clean. Unfortunately there is no private parking but the hotel issues a pass just for that.

I stayed at this property for a week with my boyfriend. The room was clean, well furnished and with all the useful necessities. The location was excellent, a stone's throw from the sea and the promenade with various bars, restaurants and shops. Helpful staff, especially the boy Andrea. Only flaw ... bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable. I would go there again! 😃

Completely new, comfortable apartments 2 steps from the sea. The cleanliness is impeccable, the view is splendid. Around, right on the seafront, there are really nice restaurants and clubs. The place is quite on low season (probably not on summer) and offers a lot of activities (pool, tennis, ping-pong, football etc), but the room was not so clean (many insects on the ceiling) and the bathroom was smelling urine (probably due to a leak). The restaurant doesn't provide good quality. Prefer going in restaurants outside, on the see side.

Low season, not the best place to be I think, but probably a super nice place in high season! I will come back for sure! They are very nice, many langages spoken, beautiful swimming pool, lots of activities. The area is quiet.

I spent only one night in a very nice apartment, apparently recently renovated and certainly very comfortable. The owner was warm and friendly, the pool is beautiful! I advise!
