Everything was great, but one disadvantage- Shops with food are really far away and by walk it tooks long to get, and you are not always able to take car

Great accommodation. Everything is very well maintained and the hosts are very friendly. The equipment of the apartment is very good and functional! Can only recommend. Local products are also offered (olive oil and wine)

Farmhouse just outside Cecina .. a week of pure relaxation large and pleasant apartment, the garden and the swimming pool kept very well.

Swimming pool 7m × 14m, great rooms, a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax on vacation. If someone wants to visit something in the area, I recommend small, quiet towns such as Casale Marittimo.

We had a 3-storey house with a terrace and lawn where the children could play. The rooms are comfortably furnished, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean and tidy. Place with an enchanting garden, a very suggestive driveway. Hidden by the greenery, the housing structure is simple, clean and equipped with the necessary. The only flaw is the walls, you can hear a lot of noises coming from the units next door.

Clean place and furnishings and services in line with what you pay. Two sore points FOR ME of course: there is no lift and the beds are too soft for my back. Anyway I would go back with my eyes closed

Owner very kind and available to answer any request. Close to the train station. Too bad for the absence of air conditioning but replaced by 2 fans. Some lack in the replacement of linen as required by the hotel regulations. To go to the sea you can use the bus with the stop just a few minutes walk away.

Very comfortable and clean enough both the room and the bathroom no air conditioning (fan present) but at the sea I don't think it is so necessary, but in this case it was seen the chaos of cars and scooters until 3 we had to force leave the windows open for the heat and I hardly slept. Great value hotel - we stayed for one night on our way to Naples. Comfortable room - spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 child. The bes was great and so were the pillows! Nice big fluffy towels provided. Breakfast was included which was a nice change since we had been staying in airbnb accommodation.

Good, but people smoke everwhere.

Everything was perfect. The location, the house, the staff, the boss.... An excellent cook and all the people working there with a lot of heart. I was allowed to decorate a friend's wedding proposal there and everyone helped. I would holiday there again anytime. Really Amazing Place

The owner is a good person, hard worker but you cannot be omnipresent so if your son is not there, young but valid help, sometimes you will find an unsuitable staff because they are not trained. The place, however, is very nice but some things leave me perplexed ... she is like a beautiful woman but disheveled ... she lacks a touch ... both of details in the rooms (where do I put the toilet paper?...

Nice stay, very nice swimingpool. Very noisy from the hightway which is very close. I miss some way for running and walking with the baby carriage what is not problem if you are on the beach all day. The garden is beautiful. The appartement studio what we had wasn ´ t in very goon condition but ok if you are not very difficult.

The property was very clean, well equipped and first class for our requirements. All the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was beautiful with everything you could need. We were cycling the area and it is a fantastic location for great cycle routes

We stayed 2 nights in a family room consisting if two connecting rooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a sleeping couch (queen bed size), bathroom with shower and kitchen (which we didn't use). Very nice and helpful owner and wonderful breakfast. The garden is amazing and the house beautiful. There are 5 or 6 rooms in total. Air conditioning was very welcome in the midst of this July heat wave...

Extremely relaxing and well-maintained location. Excellent staff reception and thorough cleaning. The agriturismo is composed of three apartments with an antique flavor given by the period furniture, with bathrooms renovated a few months ago and large open spaces with grills and cool gazebos where conviviality is favored. What a wonderful Hotel this is. The reception team are very professional and helpful. We booked two superior rooms, they were excellent with top quality facilities and wonderful balcony view. Breakfast on the rooftop was first class. Hotel is right there on the beach and near the restaurants and bars. Perfect for my daily swim in the sea. The staff at the front desk were exceptional with their assistance. It was above and beyond. And the rooftop breakfast was very good. The staff were eager and happy to assist. The evening cocktail hour on the rooftop was very pleasant. And once again the staff were great.

Wow, very impressed with this new property. Wonderful staff, incredible room with great amenities and spaciousness, and what a view - right across the street from the beach. The area of Cecina where it is located is very lively with many restaurants. Will definitely be back next time we are in Tuscany.

This is the most 5 star, 4 start hotel I’ve ever been to. From the minute we walked in, until the minute we left, the staff was incredible and kind. The hotel room was immaculate. So clean. Smelled so good. The rooftop pool, bar, restaurant was so nice and fairly priced for such a nice hotel. The staff was always eager to ensure we were satisfied and happy. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel

This is a resort we found out about by coincidence last year. It was so extraordinary that we came back this year... and we will go back next year for sure. It is a very nice resort with owners having a great heart and a good eye to the smallest details. They just want their guests to have a great holiday and be happy in the resort. The pool is great, and you don't need a swim cap on your head :))...

We have been to Fattoria Palazzeta 9 times since 2014, and keep coming back. The Fattoria is constantly improving the service, and every year they have new improvements, to compliment their fantastic place. I have been coming to Cecina for many years with my two sons, love the area and have stayed in several places. This is the one I want to come back to. Well I have, twice in one month. The apartments are clean and well equipped, especially the larger ones. Both times I rented an apartment with a garden because we have a dog. All gardens are hedged and the owners care a lot about nature and keep adding...

Great place with everything you need for you family. Ideal for small children. Great pool, nice restaurant. Home you rent are clean and comfortable. 5 min from the beach and Cecina city centre where you find nice restaurants and bars.

We stayed for a week at the Golden Hotel and Apartments in a well equipped self catering apartment. Great place - spotlessly clean, excellent location and lovely pool area. We had 2 breakfasts and 2 evening meals and the food and service was excellent. Really helpful and friendly staff. Cecina is a great place - not over the top chic but great choice of restaurants and the local beach is good.

Resting a couple of days between the cityhoppings. The hotel is well maintained with a close proximity from the port of Cecina. Our room was spacious and included jacuzzi. The staff was helpful and friendly.

I stayed at this property for a week with my boyfriend. The room was clean, well furnished and with all the useful necessities. The location was excellent, a stone's throw from the sea and the promenade with various bars, restaurants and shops. Helpful staff, especially the boy Andrea. Only flaw ... bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable. I would go there again! 😃

Completely new, comfortable apartments 2 steps from the sea. The cleanliness is impeccable, the view is splendid. Around, right on the seafront, there are really nice restaurants and clubs. We had breakfast and dinner at La Lampara, with which there is an agreement, and we also had a great time there

I have been looking for a child free resort for a while, and now i have found it... How good it is to be sourronded only by like minded Adults. My partner and I recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to take a break from life.

San Baio is one of the best places to visit in Tuscany. We had a great time here and the staff was so nice to us. The food is delicious and the room was very comfortable. Really would like to come back here one day!

Very recently restored structure in a quiet area but a few minutes from the center, welcoming and well furnished rooms. Very nice wooden furniture, also antique but well restored.
