We are returning now after 8 days to the suave all inclusive hotel. The all inclusive includes drinks with meals and two sun loungers and an umbrella. The rooms are simple and functional. The owner Matteo is very kind and helpful like all his employees. The hotel is facing the sea. You eat very well and it is cheap highly recommended !!!

Really a great experience. Professionalism, courtesy, but above all a great desire to satisfy the customer in every request. Excellent food, convenience of parking a few meters from the hotel, but above all the excellent position facing the sea. A great merit goes to Matteo, manager of the structure, who with his sympathy, availability, courtesy has been able to make our holiday truly special.

This year in July 2021 I come to visit you because I am exactly 50 years old (July 1971) that for the first time with my parents from Modena I came on vacation for about a month with you in your hotel! and you are still there! See you tomorrow 15-7-2021 in the late morning for an aperitif and a toast !!

Excellent hotel and restaurant service for all ages. Optimal location in Pinarella very close to the pine forest, rooms with bathroom, medium quality restaurant, excellent service and quality price. Professionalism and courtesy in management, also suitable for hosting the elderly and children.

We loved it. The staff is kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are nice and well furnished, and above all clean. The waiters are friendly, helpful and well-mannered, which is by no means to be taken for granted. They change the towels every day, and the sheets every two or three. Breakfast with a wide choice of homemade cakes, one better than the other, cold cuts, cheese, savory pie, focaccia .....

I still would like to give just 4 ⭐️, not 5 ⭐️. Because we were there waiting for a room to finish with cleaning. We got the room 2-3 hours after 2 pm. The room is quite small for a small room. Best boutique hotel in MiMa. Bedroom design pretty cool although the room was very tiny. Food is excellent, SPA must be booked in advance. Reception and Hall room are very comfy.

The management of Mirko and his entire team is excellent. Courtesy, availability, cheerfulness make the holiday even more beautiful. Even if the hotel is a bit dated and the rooms need to be reviewed and restructured (it doesn't concern Mirko as manager) when dealing with this "familiarity" everything takes a back seat. We needed a place to stay for two nights while visiting Mirabilandia. The hotel is less than 15 minutes away. We got a proper family place with two rooms and a bath. The furniture wasn't really new but had also small refrigerator, TV, AC and everything was super clean. Breakfast was ok, morning coffee was excellent. The staff were super nice.

It is what I expected from a 3 stars hotel. Decent rooms, nice staff, good breakfast, always had a parking spot (even if they are limited), air conditioning, a small friedge. Cons: very thin wals.

Hotel Ariella is situated in a very nice position near of the sea. Rooms are awesome and full optional. The service is the same as a 5 stars hotel.

Simple and clean rooms. The facility is a bit dated and there is no fridge in the room. The breakfast is very simple with packaged croissants and no cakes. The bathroom is very small, especially the shower. In about 10 minutes you can reach Mirabilandia. Very nice staff. It is good as a base for visiting the Amusement Park.

We had a great time. Very welcoming and helpful. We had booked for a double having children sleeping in the bed with us, instead they prepared us a quadruple for the same price. What to say ?
