I spent my whole childhood there when the legendary head nurse Rudy was still there, but even today the staff is impeccable. Convenient location on the sea, clean and friendliness. This is a very nice hotel, located just one block from the beach, with clean and comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. A friendly and helpful family runs the hotel, and they are all genuinely welcoming. I chose this hotel because it was close to the transition area for the Ironman race in September 2024, and I would definitely return in the future.

I stayed in this hotel for the IRONMAN 2024. In terms of location is absolutely amazing because it is not in the main street so you have less noise and no problem to use your car. 10 minutes walking from the swim start and 5 minutes walking from the bike check-in. Structure where the strong points are the private parking, the proximity of the sea and above all the cleanliness of the rooms and of the whole structure. Equipped with a lift and a well-kept garden with adjoining children's play area and comfortable chairs and tables. You can have, free of charge, bicycles to go for a ride in the city. We stayed in these hotels for a week, excellent experience. Very friendly staff, rooms always kept tidy and clean. Buffet breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory, very good croissants. Dinner with excellent fish and meat dishes. Another positive side is the proximity to the beach, 5 minutes and you arrive at the bathroom affiliated with the hotel.

We have been visiting this hotel for several years now. This year due to covid there was no appetizer buffet, but they were on the menu which changes every day. The owners are always cute, as are the rest of the staff. It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. At Cuba you are always pampered and eat very well, the cuisine is very accurate. Good guys keep it up!

In the Covid era it is not easy to manage a hotel. Mr. Franco is a straightforward and direct person, a Romagna Doc. Very courteous to my elderly mother and always ready for a cheerful joke. The rooms are a little small but clean, the seafront view is super and worth all three stars. Good service in the restaurant, with very good girls.

After a heavy year and a half, it took Mr. Franco with his humanity and empathy to make us rediscover the desire to laugh again and fully enjoy the sun and the sea! Thank you, a man with a big heart❤️
