I stayed in this hotel for the IRONMAN 2024. In terms of location is absolutely amazing because it is not in the main street so you have less noise and no problem to use your car. 10 minutes walking from the swim start and 5 minutes walking from the bike check-in.
A big parking space is available, rooms are extremely clean, comfy bed, great shower and a small balcony.
Around you have lots of restaurants and also a supermarket in a walking distance (a bigger supermarket is around 5' driving distance).
The staff is the best part of this hotel were the owner was kind enough to cook some pasta for me prior to the race as breakfast.
I can only recommend them. 5 starts!

We loved everything! The rooms are small but very cozy. We found plenty of towels, toiletries, and air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was impeccably clean. The hotel's decor is thoughtful, and the atmosphere is very welcoming, with the staff always friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice hotel, located just one block from the beach, with clean and comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast. A friendly and helpful family runs the hotel, and they are all genuinely welcoming. I chose this hotel because it was close to the transition area for the Ironman race in September 2024, and I would definitely return in the future.

The hotel is very well located. breakfast was very good. all the people that work at the hotel are extremely nice and helpful. the room is exactly as shown in the pictures, with a decent shower and comfortable beds.

Stayed at Massimo Hotel for the Ironman event 18/09/21. The owners are lovely, this family run hotel has character and you can tell - it’s a family business they are proud of. Location is perfect, just meters from the beach. My room had a student vibe to it but was clean, the bathroom was big, everything worked and had a huge balcony. Bikes available if you’re looking to venture further away. Very pleasant stay.

Structure where the strong points are the private parking, the proximity of the sea and above all the cleanliness of the rooms and of the whole structure. Equipped with a lift and a well-kept garden with adjoining children's play area and comfortable chairs and tables. You can have, free of charge, bicycles to go for a ride in the city. Overall it is a great place near the sea to spend a holiday.

Very convenient hotel location, close to the free Pinarella beach with ample parking. New and well-kept room and bathroom. Kind and nice owners. Breakfast with a good variety of products, large dining room and well-spaced tables. I highly recommend taking it into consideration for a weekend / week in Cervia

Structure in order, rooms with everything expected of a hotel of this category, excellent cleanliness, owners and extremely courteous and helpful staff. Good breakfast served due to Covid, outdoor spaces, walking bicycles available to customers, ample parking mostly in the shade.
