We have been attending the Residence Des Bains for years. Great location, quiet however close to the beach. Apartments of all sizes with every comfort, some with 2 bathrooms and large terrace, daily cleaning included. Small problems related to accommodation always solved within the day. Furniture a little dated (in all these years of frequentation always the same) but functional and in perfect condition. To appreciate the gallery of paintings exhibited on each floor, works by one of the managers.

Beautiful, quiet and elegant structure. Very courteous and caring owners. Possibility of parking both within the residence and at a very short distance. I occupied a back apartment with a nice balcony. I think the apartments on the back offer better accommodation than the ones on the front of the building.

We have been coming to this residence for years, since it was a hotel. Cleanliness and courtesy are the strengths. It is convenient for its proximity to the points of interest in Cesenatico. The only flaw, in some rooms the use of the shower and toilet is penalized by a step, which makes the services impractical for those with walking problems.
