However the staff at the pool.and the beach / restaurant spoiled this experience. Despite other people poolside being given towels. We were told to wait until after 9am on more than occasion. The welcome and the service were excellent, we felt like we were at home; In addition, my 2-year-old son is celiac and a treatment with attention to the smallest details has been reserved for him, from breakfast to dinner. We stayed a week and we had a great time..excellent value for money..comfortable the all inclusive formula. Staff always helpful and kind. Clean rooms, the restaurant is always well stocked and the menu is varied .. all very good. Excellent position to reach the sea where you have deck chairs and umbrella included. I stayed in this hotel with my family and we enjoyed it. The price is affordable and it's all inclusive. The rooms are quite clean. The food is good but the table service a little too fast. Large hall and outside space. Poor evening entertainment. Free coffee and drinks at all hours of the day. Each room has the right to 2 sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach.

First year in this hotel from 11 to 18 June. Front row hotel with fully equipped beach, included in the price. Excellent cuisine, (Romagna cuisine never disappoints) with a large buffet of vegetables and freshly prepared dishes, very fresh! Simple rooms, but very clean and functional! New sanitary ware! We only stayed for the weekend of June, so we only enjoyed breakfast. Plentiful, all very good, for Covid reasons, the breakfast was not a buffet but served by the staff. Excellent hotel from every point of view, suitable for both adults and children. The perfect solution to spend a peaceful holiday. I spent two weeks in this hotel in August with my grandchildren and in the end we returned home more than satisfied with our stay. We really enjoyed it !!! We will definitely be back. Hotel in an excellent position, in the center and facing the sea. Good food although it could improve. A great praise certainly goes to Maddalena, very prepared, attentive and very kind and to Alex, waiter, always smiling, kind and helpful. One flaw is the room .... very small for us, we came with our little furry friend, but on the fourth and top floor with a beautiful seafront view.

It's 10 years that my parents and me have our holidays here. The hotel is located closest to the beach. The all inclusive formula is cheap. All the staff are kindly and helpful. The rooms are clean, with the air cooling system. And last, but not the least, wonderful is the "romagnola" cuisine.

Location is good, near to the beach. Breakfast is ok, there are lots of sweet cake options, but hardly any fruits or healthy options. Lunch, dinner were nice. Waitresses are too busy, short of staff, we had to wait many times for our drinks and food. It got so annoying after a while. So many times I had to approach them to ask for the main course or dessert or drinks, they just forgot us. Bad service...

We stayed here for the first summer weekend. It is a good 3-star hotel but does not offer services worthy of a 4, very clean and well cared for, but also the furniture refers to the 80s-90s. Exceptional location as already mentioned by everyone, the rooms are all exposed in the same way towards the sea and the center of Gatteo is within walking distance. Not bad catering: I have not had any discomfort...

One our favourite hotel at the Adriatic see. Built in the '80-s, all rooms has sea view, the staff are very friendly and the meals are really fantastic.

The choice of this hotel was born by chance, through the photos and reviews of the site describing a modern and elegant structure, with exceptionally high quality standards throughout. However, sometimes, as is well known, advertising can be misleading .. ... but not in this case, far from it! It was a beautiful holiday in 4: hotel very close to the sea, beautiful, bright and very clean, with swimming pool, in a quiet area for families !! we relaxed and ate very well, even snacks and aperitifs! our daughters had a great time with the animators: the legendary Marco and the sweetest Lisa, Irene and Rossella. My family and I unfortunately only spent 3 days at the property. Despite this, we found ourselves really well, super helpful staff, from the waiters, the reception staff and the entertainers Lisa Marco and Rossella, they know how to involve us guests in an impeccable way, without being invasive. The perfect stay! Modern structure and large outdoor spaces, very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. the reservation was made on the reception at 3 A.M. In the bathroom, break the door from the shower corner, the head is broken. The door doesn't close, so the light from the hallway shines through all night. For a price of €125, this does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. I would highlight breakfast, which was great.

Great location for the beach, it’s a lovely maintained hotel with fabulous staff. The bar is great and well stocked. They have a spa on the fourth floor which was well worth the visit especially after visiting to San Marino - those stairs! Free bikes to ride up and down the coast are a great bonus. The breakfast is plentiful and amazing!

I stayed for a few days during the week of Ferragosto. The structure is new, modern, beautiful, comfortable and clean.
