Always a great stay. Super Staff. Good Breakfast, very clean and professional Spa. Strategic position. Recommended.

No enough parking spots. Not suitable for staying with kids because they are suposed to be a quiet place. Also they don't let the kids go into the swimming pool in all the schedules but just from 9-10 am and one other turn in the afternoon.

The hotel is very nice , good location, very good wifi( we stayed on the first floor so I don't know how good is on the upper floors). Pool is clean and the water is warm, and it's cleaned every hour. The food is decent some very good dishes depending on the taste. But if you go half board you eat 4-5 courses for dinner. The waiters from the restaurant are very friendly and helpful and they try to accommodate all the requests and they go out of their way to help or to change or add something to the menu were possible. They clean the rooms every day. The only bad bit is that we stayed 4 days and we only had 1 wardrobe for the pool and haven't been cleaned at all . And only 2 towels in the room. The staff on the pool not that friendly. ( One small thing it might be haunted, we keep hearing knocking on the doors and chains and weird things in the night) Jokes aside the walls are very thin so you can hear all of the noises at night.

This is perfect hotel! All the stuff is absolutely professional and very kind. The food was delicious: fresh and full of taste and heart in it. Thousands of variants for vegetarians and vegans, even deserts. Every meal very reach (for dinner: soup, pasta, main meal and dessert ➕ vegetable bar and fruit bar with every meal) Room service every day, good air conditioning, swimming pool inside and solarium on the roof with stunning view, good spa treatments in the hotel by request. Coffee and alcohol bar in the hotel. Santa Aqua (healing natural water) to available to buy at the desk. Therms in the center, just few minutes to go. Really strong recommend place by me and my husband!

Among all the hotels I have been to is definitely one of those with the staff the most friendly I have ever met! Prices straccessibili and spa area very relaxing...

Stay in couple, with Friends, structure a few year, well, we have reached Chianciano by car, the town is a little deserted, maybe for the off season. Wellness Area very nice, basic, the pool area characteristic, only flaw is the hot tub is not continuous and the "breath" of air, light, the water jet for the back is cold even if the water temperature is right. Staff very friendly, breakfast varied and well stocked. Cleaning of the rooms excellent, and the hotel in general. Parking at the foot of the hotel
