Everything about this place from the location to the rooms was amazing. Staff made our lives so much easier and helped us navigate our ferries and travel, gave us a late check out. 10/10, one of the best places I have stayed, highly recommend, would stay again

Loved this hotel. It was a pleasure to come back to after hot days at the beach and exploring the nearby coastal towns. The rooftop bar was a great way to enjoy aperitivo in the evening.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as a damals (5persons; 2 adults and three children).
We stayed for this time in a family room on the first floor with two bedrooms.
The reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Beach only a few steps from the hotel. Many restaurants near to the hotel. From the station (also near to the hotel) you can visit the Cinqueterre by train.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The beach and the train station are five minutes away on foot. Also the hotel has a new rooftopbar with wonderful views of the city.

Very nice experience. Most helpful staff that did everything to make the stay good. Rooms were bigger than we have gotten used to on our recent trips and had a fridge and drying lines outside the window. Wifi a bit weak and the drain in the shower did not drain properly when we got there, the staff fixed that within the hour however. Best part the brand new rooftop bar/breakfast area on level 4. Overall a very nice stay if you are in the area.

The best customer service, always friendly and going above and beyond, a wonderful playroom for babies and kids, gorgeous, rooftop patio was an awesome breakfast, I’m still dreaming of the pistachio cake and focaccia bread, it’s a bar at night.
It’s close to the beach, the train station, an amazing playground, all the shopping and piazza‘s.
The clothesline out the window was a nice addition! Perfect hotel for families!

We had an absolutely lovely stay of 4 nights. One of the best hotels we have been to in awhile.
All the staff were friendly from the reception to the cleaning staff to those serving on the rooftop bar.
The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily. I liked that they didn't replace all our towels every day, many places do that now and I find it so wasteful, so well done to this hotel!
The rooftop was a lovely area. We had a drink there on our first night, and then breakfast every morning with the amazing views.
WiFi mostly worked, sometimes didn't work on our phones but probably due to 'peak times' with everyone back at the hotel.
The hotel was great value for money, and was situated just off the front so 5 mins walk to the promenade, 10 mins to the marina. Lots of bars, restaurants etc nearby.
Really helpful when we needed water late one evening.
Upon check out we received a little fridge magnet to remember our time here.
